They were out of turkey but they allowed me to sub it with any other meat and their roast beef substitute was delicious! The guy who dressed my sandwich did a great job of not rushing and double checking if I was ok with everything before he slapped the two sides together. I gave Mike's way another try and even though the bread got soggy on my leftover, I grew to like the tangy flavor. I just didn't think to ask about meat in dressing but feel other compassionate diet customers should know. Love the building and ambiance. It reminded me of my grandmother and Wisconsin in the 80s.
