The bagel was the most perfect texture ever - a crisp bite on the exterior and a soft doughy middle, perfectly warmed up in the sandwich. The sausage was also super tasty and balanced out the egg well. I can't stop thinking about the texture of these bagels they were that good! I also loved the rosemary flavor of the bagel and would highly recommend this one. Overall, must try!

The line can be long and yes, sometimes they sell out. That's the risk you take. Consider it part of the experience. If the line is out the door, get in it. It was such a bummer to not have it spread on and even more so because I didn't have a knife to spread it (we were traveling and I didn't know it was on the side so I didn't grab a knife from the place).
