The large sandwiches were bigger than we expected and we only finished half, we're excited to enjoy the leftovers later. My husband had the cheesesteak sandwich and I had a hot Italian and we enjoyed them a lot. The fries weren't the best we've had at Penn Station, maybe they had been sitting for a bit? I assume people were out Christmas shopping and that changed things up. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup with a tea. Everything was brought out hot and promptly, again, despite how slammed they were. It was all done with a smile. The food was fine, but the employees were what really made me want to return.
