Awesome well-run store, from the minute you walk in you are greeted enthusiastically and engaged. Jersey Mike's is ahead of other sub stores in terms of customer service, speed, and positive vibes. Of course, all of this wouldn't be important if they didn't have awesome sandwiches: just the regular size is enough to fill you up (if you take the proper amount of calories), the meat is cool, the veggies are crisp, the bread is fresh, and the tangy toppings are just right. I've been waiting for this location to open ever since it was announced since it's right by my house. Super clean and the staff was on their A game since it was opening day. This is honestly the best sub shop I've ever been to. It was very clean and the meat, cheese and vegetables were very fresh. The subs I got were so delicious!!! Seriously so good. Avoid this location. My wife and I were the only customers there on a very dead Sunday night and somehow we received the wrong subs. Luckily my wife got her correct order before leaving. I didn't realize that I had the wrong sandwich until I was already at my condo. Ended up with a plain ham sub and paid for a club. read more

AMAZING LOCATION!!! I am a big Jersey Mike's fan and this is the best location I have ever been to and I have been in locations in California also. I ordered their new grilled portobello sandwich and it was off the charts. I swore they gave me the wrong sandwich because the mushrooms were grilled to taste like actual meat. I had a horrible and disappointing experience at another location and brought it up to the GM Charlie. Charlie apologized and to make it up to me he told me he would take care of me and my family when we visit again. This is what I call THE BEST OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Have visited twice and waited an unnecessarily long time on both visits. I know the location is new and they are still figuring things out but I doubt I will give them another chance after my last visit. I ordered online and was told to arrive at 6:50 for my order. I showed up a few minutes after. Not only did I stand at the register while the guy at the counter continued to take people from the other line (when you order online, you're told you can skip the line..not true in my case), once I was helped, they hadn't even started making my order! They had it in their system but did nothing with it until I arrived. So I waited 5 minutes and they hand me one of the subs in my order. I ask about the other one and they look at me like I had two heads. So I waited another 7 minutes and finally got my order, almost 20 mins after the promised time. Another person came in after me to pick up his online order and suffered the same experience. The manager on duty offered no explanation or even an apology. Bottom line...don't come here if you value your time and money. Horrible service, overpriced and very inefficient operation. read more

I love the sandwiches and the staff is always nice. But every time I have come to this location I'm given bread that is just sitting on the counter. It's always so crusty it rips my mouth up. Shouldn't the bread be put away? I prefer soft bread, I don't even like it toasted, but crusty from being left out really bothers me. The service is horrible. I ordered two hot subs... simple No PEPPERS on either one. I was then asked did you want to add anything to each sub.... to the chicken add tomatoes and lettuce, for the steak add Lettuce Only........... I watch the grill as the sandwiches are being prepared. Employees attitude was a I don't want to be here attitude. I watch him put the sandwiches together, the steak was first - he adds tomatoes- the chicken he added tomatoes and lettuce. When he delivered them to me I questioned why he added tomatoes to the steak sandwich, "Because you orders it that way." At No I didn't - he slowly walks to get the ticket and slowly walks back looks at me and say "Oh ...Me bad....... what do you want me to do about it?" I ordered for my family and when I went to pick it up at the time it said it was ready it wasn't ready. Not the worst part because about 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready I get told that they ran out of white bread, that's something I should have been told immediately since they didn't even start my order yet at this time. I agreed to continue the order with wheat bread. If that wasn't already a big inconvenience I was told almost 20 minutes later that they ran out of 90% of what I needed for my order. I requested a refund since it's already almost an hour after the estimated pick up time and I was told it would take 3-5 business days which is another big inconvenience. I've had minor issues once before and tried giving it another chance but this time was absolutely unacceptable. read more

Very tasty subs. The Big Kahuna was awesome, the jalepenos give it a nice kick. They made a small mistake with my order and we're happy to correct it. The place was jam packed when I got there and the line moved about as quickly as it possible could. I hope they keep up the good pace and quality ingredients. I'll be back. read more

There is BLACK MOLD in the back where they prep food and on the dishes. There is also MOLD under the hot sun unite and grill. It smells bad in there and EVEN WORKERS said it's hard to breath as well. Went here for lunch. Ordered the Big Kahuna which was tasty. Yes they are a little slow but like the other review said they have only been open a few days. I had coupons but the pop machine wasn't working. Not sure how that happens with a new place. Oh well, won't stop my from going back. Second time in a week that they just didn't have it going on there. This time around I showed up 10 minutes after an online order. Well, after 25 minutes of sitting there and asking twice about my order, watching everyone that has come in since then and placed their order at the counter and leave/sit down to eat, I ask again. Where is my order? Guy looks into it, prints out a "receipt" and goes to make my subs. I could go on, but I won't. I got my money back and left. Ordered online. Showed up 5 min past pickup time. I was only one in the shop and after several minutes of not being acknowledged at all by either employee I just shouted I was here for pickup. One employee asked my name, looked at the order slips, and then began to make my sandwich. By the time I left it was twenty minutes past the pickup time I was told and two more customers were in line not being acknowledged. Jersey Mike's is our favorite sandwich place. So we were really excited when we found out there was one going in close to us. But unfortunately this location has been disappointing. They are SO SLOW! I went in tonight and there were only 2 people in front of me and I was still there for 20 mins. The guy making the sandwiches was definitely not in a hurry and had a bunch of sandwiches lined up to make. The other employees were just standing around at their stations Instead of helping him. Wouldn't it be more efficient if the person running the cash register jumped over to help the sandwich maker if there was no one at the register? Also, they didn't listen to what I actually wanted on my sandwich and had to make it again. Ugh. For now on I'll probably just drive to one of the other locations and save myself the headache. read more

I love these subs. Delicious. I was born n raised in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, less than one mile from the one original sub shop, decades ago. My childhood years were filled with Friday night subs from Mike's. I am so friggin' happy to have a location so close to me. They are pricier than I remember. Oh well, Whattyagonna do? I was here when it first opened and continue to go- yes, they were slow when they were learning. They are great now. Super nice. They did make a mistake by not firing our first sub when we went once, but were apologetic and comped our next sandwich to make up for it. I am not sure where to begin because there is a lot wrong with this place. It was disorganized! They have different stations for hot subs and cold subs so one guy would come around and would take hot sub orders only. It was confusing because the our subs were done at different times. The main thing slowing everything down was that they had one guy cutting all the meat and cheese. They should have two cutting stations for when it gets really busy. The staff was nice but there was a lot of confusion and yelling about who ordered what. It was painful watching this especially because I was starving. I would suggest ordering ahead if you can to avoid the same dilemma. By the time we got home and finally ate our subs we concluded the amount of time it took to get them didn't justify the taste. I mean they were subs and nothing special. Certainly not worth a 45 minute wait in a cluster storm. read more
