I read the other reviews after I went there and had eaten my sandwich. I was surprised by what I read. For me the service was great. Every one there was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they prepared my sandwich. No exaggeration - I paid, grabbed my cup, and finished filling my cup with lemonade. I turned away from the machine and they said my order was ready. And the sandwich tasted very good. The sandwich was large so I saved half to eat back in my hotel room. You go through 3-5 minutes of ordering the offer only to find out this store doesn't offer it. I made the suggestion for Jimmy John's tonight and boy am I disappointed. I ordered a turkey tom with bacon and no tomato and shared it with my daughter who works at a local sandwich shop. My husband also ordered a sandwich too. Should have went to my daughter's place instead. It had very little meat and was mostly bread. I called and spoke to the closing manager and while he was very nice he said they receive that complaint a lot. I wasn't looking for a remake of the sandwich or a refund either.. Came here for lunch today and they weren't very busy. The cashier ignored me at first and then finally took my order, which was odd considering they always greet you entering the restaurant. Placed my order, which the #9 without mayo or onions (not a fan of either of them), also adding peppers and extra dijon. Not to difficult, right? But, today I added some avocado spread. So, I get my order and start eating. Well they barely put any avocado on it, tasted it in 3 bites out of the whole sandwich. But what bugged me was they didn't put any dijon on it, WTF?! I love my mustard and they deprived me of it. It ruined my lunch. They get only 1 star for this betrayal. They also seem to busy bullshitting with themselves to actually get the order right. Horrible customer service. twice in one month has this location taken the online order, charged the card and never shown up, no call, no email. I call the store to be addressed sarcastically by a person that said they were the manager, BUT WOULD NOT GIVE ME A FIRST NAME. I was told that delieveries are now sporadic, but he could not tell when they do deliver. I was left in very bad spot due to this being a business lunch. When I asked him for a general manager or number to call he told me to call the owner! I asked for the name and he said Jared no last name and told me to google it then he hung up on me. I understand that they might be short delievery drivers, but then don't accept the order or call the customer. Guy delivered and then hung out wanting a tip which I had already put on the order. He smelled like he had worked outside all day and looked at me like I was dumb for mentioning how long it has taken. I don't get the fad? The bread is just ok and the fillings are piteful. They don't have very many veggie options to make your sub a little more hearty. The chip flavors are strictly their brand and could use more variety. It's a bit expensive, about $10 for a medium with chips and small drink, compared to it's competitors. I'd rather do firehouse and get a meaty sub then just some bread. I do have to give them props for fast service, clean restaurant and delivery! read more

Ok first time here or actually ordering online. Ordering online is nice and it was fast. I opted to pick up our subs since we are five minutes away. So I got there and the guys were nice. My subs were already done when I got there. So I got home and my wife and I opened our sandwiches, wow what a disappointment. First impression, pathetic excuse for a sub. I looked at my wife's sub,"The Pepe" and it had one thin slice of ham barely any lettuce or onion which she asked for. Seriously it had like two rings of onion. The sub is supposed to come with provolone and it didn't even have it on there. Also asked for Dijon mustard and again a swing and a miss. My sub, "The Vito" was ok at best. We won't be ordering from here again. It doesn't seem like you get your money's worth or even an accurately made sub. My wife and I will opt for Firehouse Subs. So much better in our opinion. This particular location must have management issues which is probably why they are lower rated than other locations. I have always really liked other JJs locations and it is unfortunate that this one is in my delivery location. We have had less than stellar service in the past but recently was the last straw. Almost 40 minutes for delivery (obviously not freaky fast) and the order was wrong on multiple issues. In filing a complaint with corporate, I was told it was an individually franchised location.
