Haven't tried Jersey Mikes in a couple years but the two sandwiches we got last night were really good ! We got a Giant Tuna Melt with Banana Peppers and Jalapeños on Whole wheat , it was very good. We also got a Ham and Salami on White and it was excellent! Give them a try ! read more

I was having a really bad day. I started a new medication and it upset my stomach a little . My tummy was a rumbely and I decided to pop over to Jersey Micheals Sub's and boy oh boy that was a bad idea. On the drive over I was clenching to keep my tummy mess in , upon arrival the restrooms unsatisfactory toilet paper littered the floor so there was no way i could use it . I went to notify the staff the lavatory was not to customer standards when suddenly it all slipped out . My nice new work slacks were soiled . The staff was extremely rude to me all while this was happening. Whispering about me, rolling their eyes, and gagging while I was placing my order . Will be returning for the Big Kahuna Cheese Stake though ! read more

First - Jersey Mike's has the best "fast-food" sub. Meat sliced to order, a large, wide roll. Great combinations, and the same price as others in the end. This location will be great to pick up a sub on my way home from work for those times my wife is away and I don't want to cook. This location was doing a Isabella Santos Foundation Fundraiser - and as my wife and I entered the place was slammed. The wait however was not. It was over staffed for the rush, the line kept moving steadily, and the subs were made just as it should have been. Downside was the place was ridiculously noisy - it was hard to order and speak to my wife. The manager was working the register and knew what he was doing, but the sub wrapper had just slammed a bunch of subs together that had multiple orders and confused him - his reaction could have been a bit more tactful in my opinion. IMHO this Jersey Mike's is THE BEST in Charlotte. Friendly staff and ALWAYS quality sandwiches. Even when they are busy, they are THE BEST! The manager Maura is an amazing person and she hires *only* quality employees. I always pre-order my sub on Tuesdays or any other day and it's always ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. read more

I love Jersey Mike's. But this is the slowest, poorly organized store I've been in. It took over 30 minutes to get a hot chicken sandwich. And only after I asked twice about it. It turns out my sandwich had been done for 10 minutes, but they forgot to tell me. So much for a hot meal. I'll never go to this location again. Horrible. read more

Poor service, get treated like you are a source of disturbance ( why are you here ) ? And they have a tip jar....really!! I do not mind you all being overpriced but I dislike the fact your level sucks...no spirit in your location ( it makes your food tasteless ) No pride in what you serve and when ordering Mikes way it's not even done like Mikes way? Hopeless joint ..do not waste your money sub lovers. Disappointing. I heard that JM's was one of the better subs, but I disagree; at least here. The staff was cocky and didn't know the business. For example, when asking for water, he said he didn't have any but could give me some water from the sink. I spent nearly $60 for 4 cold subs to go with one side and no drinks. By the way, as I was leaving I saw bottled water in a cooler. I pointed it out and his response was he forgot it was there. read more

Good subs but far overpriced compared to Subway and Firehouse, even after taking into account the slightly larger JM subs.

The location has Very good subs, but they don't toast them like Subway...disappointing. The bread is much better than Subway, although there are not many items to put on the sub, compared to Subway that used to be in the same location. read more
