Check your mobile orders EVERY time. Almost always wrong or missing entire entrees. When you go back employees will be puzzled and confused despite clear explanation. Will have to argue to have order corrected. Rude, young employees. Go to the other Matthews location at Sycamore. It'll be worth the extra 1.5 miles! read more

Their menu says that the kids nachos come with a drink and now they are not giving you a drink with the meal, they charge you. The employee was rude when I asked for queso on the side, because I am dairy free. I have come to this Qdoba many times, and today was the last time I will be here. read more

Food is great, service has been great! They have been pleasantly well staffed the last couple times we have been in. Now for my complaint.. it is always FREEZING when we go in, usually around 6 PM. We've been once a week for the last month and it is so uncomfortably cold that we rush through our dinner so that we can get out of there. They have 1 tiny space heater that does nothing. PLEASE turn on some heat! Otherwise, we love going! Thanks! read more

İf you close at 9.30 pm why do you write that you close at 10.00pm on the door and on your website???

service is not good. workers are not friendly or nice. "changed the menu" on us so we couldn't get we normally get. usually we order the kids nachos with queso on the side because some of us can't have dairy but they changed it and started charging drinks for kids meals. read more

They don't answer the phone and the app glitches. Very unsatisfied.never again. Especially for first time visit

Can this location get any worse?? I try and I try to have a good experience and they continue to disappoint. Here it is 2.22.2024 at 8:00 pm and their register is down forcing everyone to use the app to place orders. I've been here for 30 minutes waiting for my app order to transmit to their computer and the guys are looking at me like I have three heads. Guess I'm done with Qdoba. Hello Chipotle. read more

Scheduled me for an interview, no one was there when I came in at the time set. Came back the next morning, told they were overstaffed and he didn't even know why I was told to come to his store. Other stores he recommended were hiring for cooks, not the assistant manager position I was scheduled to interview for. Terrible management, terrible experience, got a free entree card for wasting my gas and time. Not even going to use it. read more

Had an AWESOME experience. Visited 10/27/22 around 5pm. A couple young men working and they they had smiles, engaged in conversation, and were quick and efficient. The food was good. The place was clean. Would definitely go back. In fact, my tummy is growling right now thinking about it. Major kudos to the young people who work in restaurants like this and probably don't make much more than minimum wage, but try. They deal with staffing shortages every day, demanding management, and demanding customers. Give these guys a break! read more

don't get me wrong....i LOVE qdoba more than my first born child, however, this one in particular has been a hit or a miss. today they burned my quesadilla not once but tWo times, taking 10 minutes to complete my vaguely simple kids meal. my boyfriend got the short end of the stick with his bowl....im not going to try to explain, and a picture is worth more so here's a few (: p.s they tried to charge us for the 2 quesadillas they bURNT like bro what overall 3/10 read more

At first I was afraid to go to this location because of the reviews, but I stepped out on faith and gave it a try and I'm glad I did! The guys working late last night were friendly and extremely helpful, plus my food was fresh! No complaints, I'll definitely be back! read more

Honestly probably will never come to this location again. Employees were nice but the food was bland, and half of the sodas in the Coca-Cola Kiosk were unavailable. The sweet tea was also completely unsweetened. Sad to say this but my experience here was just not good :( read more

I typically have a good experience at Qdoba. Can't recommend this location. The chicken (only 8 pieces on my nachos) was full of fat/gristle, and inedible on over half the chicken in my order. The cashier was handling money and food- gross. Avoid!! read more

My family and I have frequented this location for years and our children love it. Before today, we've always had pleasant experiences and enjoyed the food, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the restaurant. We've also ordered catering from this location and received fantastic service! Today I visited this location and realized my order was not quite what I anticipated. I went to the counter to request clarification and the general manager was horrible! The manager belittled and berated me when I requested clarification. It was ridiculous and embarrassing! Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and will suggest the same to friends and family. read more

Well today might be it for me for this QDOBA. They have been doing good but today was TERRIBLE. The service was better this time but to food was gross. When I unwrapped my burrito I could just smell the burnt tortilla but I paid for it and was starving so I still tried to eat it. Imagine eating a burnt tortilla and then continually tasting burnt chicken as well. The entire meal just turned me off. I think I am all out of chances with this place. What a shame! read more

We frequent this Qdoba a lot and have only had exceptional experiences. Great food, generous portions, and a very friendly inviting staff. The place is always clean and approachable. I can also vouch for the catering and will do that again whenever we have a big party. Only complaint is they sometimes forget the "salsa on the side" with the online orders but I feel that is common with all food establishments. Would choose this place over chipotle any day. read more

Good food, friendly staff and clean environment! It is definitely one of the better Qdoba that I have been to!

My boyfriend and I Always like the food here and come here quite often! Although for some reason today the girl up front is on the phone on her AirPods and having a full conversation with someone on the phone while taking our order. Whatever got over it, then she forgets about my boyfriends quesadilla and it gets burnt and she just keeps talking on the phone on the phone and doesn't say anything as we wait and it burns. Another guy got it out and apologized and she just stared and didn't say anything but whatever continue with youre phone call hun. Everyone is cleaning while we're eating and she's just standing taking on her phone behind the counter. read more

This restaurant was so bad that I quit going for months, although it was the closest one to my house. The service was horrible, they were always out of items and the place was plain dirty. Under my protests, my son asked to try again. I relented and was pleasantly surprised! The new manager was super attentive, service was great and the restaurant was spotless. As an added bonus, corporate finally brought back the loaded tortilla soup. Give this place another try!! read more

Although I have enjoyed Qdoba in the past, this location is not one of my favorites. Due to lack of options in this area however, I find myself there occasionally out of necessity. I will not make that mistake again. Despite the fact that my friend and I arrived at 11:30, the chicken in my burrito bowl was cold and dry. The black beans and brown rice weren't much better. His quesadilla was okay. The workers are friendly enough and the place was clean, but I can't tolerate mediocre food. Since it has been better at other times, you still might want to give it a shot in a pinch but I'm done. read more

I loved Qdoba when they first came to NC. It was one of my favorite restaurants. Sadly they have gone down hill and this particular one was never as great as the ones around town. After having a horrific meal more than a year ago, I decided to take a chance because every time I drive by I want the food like it used to be. So today I stopped and got a burrito bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, chicken, cheese, salsa verde and guacamole. The service was five stars. The people greeted me on my entrance, were pleasant and helpful. Now to the burrito bowl, it wasn't bad. I've had horrible meals at this Qdoba before. I would give it a strong 3.5 stars. Not perfect but satisfied I got my Qdoba fix. How could it have been better? It seems like they have cut back on the seasoning on the chicken and veggies. The beans were good, the guacamole tasted decent but I was a little worried as it was not bright green and fresh looking and I ordered at 11:40, so I was in before the lunch rush. I would say they were a little skimpy on the amount of chicken but gave me plenty of rice for two meals. I will definitely go back in this year when I'm craving a good burrito bowl, but I'm likely not to be there next week. 3.5 on food. 5 on service, got me to a 4. read more

Literally the worst Qdoba I have ever eaten at. The chicken burrito I had was less than half the normal size and completely bland. The guy making it was scraping the bottom of the rice, beans and pico to get less than a scoop. I asked him to please spread out the sour cream and quac, which was all slopped on in one spot, and he just looked at me and started folding. I wish I had just walked out. I asked at the register who the manager was, and yes, that's who made my burrito. I won't be back. read more

I love restaurants that are clean and smell like food! lol Unfortunately, this was not the case the other day at this location. It smelled like sewage! Sewage smell typically occurs when there is a crack in the drain. Since my son loves Qdoba, and outdoor seating was an option we ate outside. Also, the tables and floor were dirty with food and debris every everywhere with no help in sight! lol The outdoor tables were not much better, (nothing that my Clorox wipes in car can't handle).! lol There were two employees in the entrance way to the kitchen area who were just talking, oblivious to the need to clean! Back-in-the-day when my kids were small, this was the place to go, especially on the weekends after recreational games at the Y. Their customer service however was pleasant. They appeared to do the best they could. One gentleman had excellent manners, but that doesn't keep a restaurant clean. I called one of "managers" today to make them aware of the sewage, table and floor as an FYI. It would be a good idea if they designated someone to clean, staff permitting. I will give them another chance and come at another time. To be honest, I would prefer a clean environment over average food any day. And since the food is already average, an unclean environment makes the food less than average. read more

I went in here and was immediately disgusted with the store. Trash all over the floor and just like that other guy said, the drink area. Oh. My. God. The iced sweet tea lid was gone. Completely open. Who knows who could have dropped something in there, Sneezed and gotten saliva in my sweet tea, the possibilities for them passing a health inspection to me would seem at slim to none. But SOMEHOW they manage to stay above 85. HOW?! And the food.... Here we go... The food sucks. It really does. All the meat is tasteless and unseasoned. The "seasoned" ground beef tasted like the steak. No difference. Not to mention my ground beef was rubbery and very dry. Almost as if it had been sitting there for the whole day. The person who made my burrito was extremely sloppy. Slinging the ingredients everywhere. And when he rolled my burrito he ripped it almost completely down the middle and then quickly wrapped it in foil, hoping I wouldn't notice or something. The ONLY good thing here is the chips and queso. THAT IS.... If you get fresh chips. Most of the time i go in there the chips are greasy and almost flexible. Stale chips in a restaurant that serves chips with every meal?! WHAT?! I'd have to say that even Taco Bell does better than this. read more

Literally the worst Qdoba in Charlotte. They're always running low on things and their burrito makers are the equivalent of kindergarteners trying to draw inside the circle. I've gone there multiple times and had my burrito looking more like a ball than anything resembling a burrito. Half the time I go there, the employees are just standing around which makes it weird that their supplies are ALWAYS low. They try to scrape the bottom of a crusty queso pan instead going to get a fresh one. Just a horrible place to eat. You're better off driving to the one in the Arboretum. THE WORST IN CHARLOTTE! read more

I have been going to Qdoba for years. My last experince may be my last at the Siskey location. I had to wait for them to cook chicken, then there was the issue of no rice or queso in the bins and had to wait for those to be replenished. The queso was cold after waiting 30 minutes to get my food. The store was not busy so I don't understand why the bins were not replenished and food warm. tThe floor was covered in food and trash cans overflowing. Manager needs to spend some time on the evening shift. read more

Had a Great experience. Even given all the social constructs of what we have to abide by lately, I felt taken care of. Speaking of which, everything was taped off and distances were maintained. I am very impressed. The service was swift. The manager was visible and accommodating and asked about my experience. Never mind I took it home and it was delicious. Between the manager and the staff and the food, I will definitely return! read more

I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I was astounded at the rating and reviews I read for this place, so I'm making an exception. Worst in Charlotte?!! No way. This is our favorite QDoba in Charlotte! We eat there frequently and have ordered catering from them. They have never, ever disappointed us. The dining room is always clean, the food is consistently good. Someone on the staff generally remembers us and greets us accordingly. We have a fifteen-year-old autistic daughter, and they couldn't be more patient and accommodating with us. Furthermore, they often participate in fundraiser nights for our elementary school. We come back time and time again, and we will continue to do so. I have no problem whatsoever giving them five stars! read more

Continues its downward spiral. Subpar service with completely enthusiastic employees. Always out of something; fajita onions & peppers. Food prep is questionable with the rice not cooked properly on most occasions. Most of the time the chips are greasy and undercooked. Gross. The queso is the only saving grace. Skip it and go to Chipotle and come back here for the queso. read more

Not the best location at all. No one in this store listens when you make a point to ask for a small amount of beans on your food. I've tried saying just a little bit, like half a spoon full, etc. and every time they just slop it in there so heavy the burrito is a soggy mess. I don't have this issue at the other location off Matthews township. It's like they don't listen specifically to that part of your order - even when you point it out. Everything else is fine, but that one part is really irritating. It's happened on several occasions. read more

The did a poor job of managing customer and employee health. None of the employees wore a mask or face covering, did not practice social distancing by stay at least 6 feet from other people, customers were forced to go inside and wait to pick up order which they had to find on a table (if it was ready, we waited 1 hour for an order that was supposed to be ready in 16 minutes), and the time I was in there did not see any employee disinfect and clean work spaces and equipment. They also kept filling walk in orders before online orders. read more

The worst experience. First of all Bald tall Manger is super nice and friendly but staff he hires seems like they hate there job specially girls short blonde and tall blonde omg No smile on there face always rude and cranky. Always tight on giving meat like they are trained to charge extra for one spoon of meat with an attitude wow seriously very disappointing. The meat you charging extra already dried up by sitting over hours. I am sorry girls if you loose your job over this but if you cut your attitude and put a smile on your face and greet customers and be generous on giving customers extra meat with no extra charge you can stay. Don't forget you are in food business and learn some manners from your boss. Dear Boss you better train your staff soon and make this place friendly otherwise you will be closing down soon too like your next door midwood smokehouse lol Not just the girls all the boys too they are stingy and always try to short on meat just to charge extra. Only this location Sisky YMCA in front of publix is the worst one. other locations I went omg they were super nice greet as soon as you walk in doors with a big smile like you are welcomed and give you extra meat at no extra charge and always talk friendly with a smile and always say come back and see us again and makes you feel like go again but not this location. Well I will not be coming back to you guys Goodluck read more
