If I have one complaint it's that for $14.00 I think the sandwich could have been a bit bigger, or maybe I was just too hungry because I scarfed it down in an instant! Still the chips that accompanied it were a good snack and I enjoyed my meal. This is definitely a good spot to grab a lunch, I wish I had more time and I would have enjoyed the opportunity to browse their market. Around 9:20 PM, I received a call from Olivia, the shift lead. She was incredibly calm, professional, and kind while explaining that she wasn't at the store and the employees working that night were fairly new and that they usually appreciate a little advance notice for catering orders. She asked whether I still wanted to move forward with the order. I told her I completely understood the situation and wouldn't be upset if they needed to cancel since it was so late and inconvenient. A little while later, Olivia called me back to let me know the catering had turned out great and that they could still deliver it if I wanted. When the order arrived, I was so impressed! Both catering boxes looked fantastic, and everything was prepared beautifully. I truly appreciate the employees who stayed late and put such care into making our order, and I especially want to thank Olivia for her outstanding customer service. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee and also someone I suspect to be the manager. I was helped right away and was happy to find that my sandwich was ready for me when I came in (unlike my experience at the Uptown location). I was also thanked for coming in and wished for a great day when I left. This location is bigger than the Uptown location and the parking situation is much easier too. If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular.
