Around 9:20 PM, I received a call from Olivia, the shift lead. She was incredibly calm, professional, and kind while explaining that she wasn't at the store and the employees working that night were fairly new and that they usually appreciate a little advance notice for catering orders. She asked whether I still wanted to move forward with the order. I told her I completely understood the situation and wouldn't be upset if they needed to cancel since it was so late and inconvenient. A little while later, Olivia called me back to let me know the catering had turned out great and that they could still deliver it if I wanted. When the order arrived, I was so impressed! Both catering boxes looked fantastic, and everything was prepared beautifully. I truly appreciate the employees who stayed late and put such care into making our order, and I especially want to thank Olivia for her outstanding customer service. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee and also someone I suspect to be the manager. The truck also serves things like quesadillas, loaded fries, and cheese steaks, all with a unique halal spin. My girlfriend got a chicken Philly and she was nice enough to let me try a bite.
