I stopped at the Mint Hill location 7 minutes prior to closing!!!! When I tell you I was sick of myself and felt sooooo bad but I had just gotten off a flight and was rushing to grab a bite to eat. This Jersey Mike's is a gem! My family gets subs from here once a week. We always call in our subs and they are ready when we walk in. The staff is very friendly and follows COVID protocols. Tuesday's are a great day to go to Jersey Mike's because they have a meal deal with chips and a drink. My go to sub is the chicken philly add lettuce. This store is clean, efficient, and has friendly staff. They're obviously doing a very brisk online Take out business, which is great! The only thing that kept me from giving five stars was an employee's insistence on not properly wearing a mask (covering nose to chin). I realize we're all just doing the best we can under the circumstances, but you may want to make sure that all of your patrons feel comfortable coming into the store to pick up their orders. read more

I was there around 4 so I didn't really have to wait to place my order. They have plenty of choices including hot and cold subs. I went with my usual (super special) because it's always on point. I also like the fact that they offer spicy relish, something you can't get at other sub shops. My favorite part about Jersey Mike's is the bread. Even though I order wheat bread, it's always fresh. Jersey Mike's also has a rewards program that gives you the regular sub of your choice after about buying ten or so. Tuesday night also offers discounted combos. My spouse and I ate here the other day. It was our fI rst time to a Jersey Mike's and Oh boy was that a mistake. The service was great and friendly. Food was bland tasteless and nasty. It was frozen chicken cooked, very watery, no flavor. We bother got two different chicken Philly's. Mine was was meant to be spicy, had no spice to it and the other was a normal chicken Philly. Both was bland and tasteless. The chips and drink was the only flavor to the meal. We will not eat there again or to another Jersey Mike's. read more

This is usually my favorite location to go to but today I went in to pick up an online order and they had given my order to someone else who ended up taking it to their car and bringing it back and then they handed it to me. For health reasons this was super alarming that they handed it to me and didn't offer to remake my order after someone else had touched it all. Especially with the Coronavirus precautions, they didn't even apologize for the mix up or anything. It was horrible customer service. I will not be back to this location. read more

I am a loyal customer of Jersey Mike's and have been for years, but that ended tonight. At least for the Brighton Park location in Mint Hill NC. I placed my order online and receive a pick up time of 6:27 pm. I arrived and they were busy so I waited to see when my order would be completed. The workers behind the counter would not make eye contact or speak to anyone who came to the register without going through the line. I wasn't the only person waiting for an online order. The workers were completing orders for people who were coming in to place their order before they were completing online orders. I had to force one of the workers to acknowledge me to give me a status of my order and they told me I was the second online order in line but I watched as they skipped the sandwiches that were for online orders to complete the orders for walk in customers. When I finally got my order and walked out to my car it was 7:28 pm. I waited an hour for my order to be completed and watched a lot of walk in customers get their order. I will NEVER go to this location again and maybe not go to a Jersey Mike's again. If you plan to go to this location, DON'T submit the order online. The staff were not friendly, they were slow and had to be asked to change their gloves after handling money. They had a sanitation rating of 95, but I can tell you if an inspector had seen the things I saw tonight that rating would have been much lower. Had I not have paid online, I would have walked out. read more

Just order a #7 Turkey and Provolone. I have to say I am so disappointed with the amount of turkey I got on a $12 dollar sandwich.. $17 as a combo that I had to write a review. If you can not taste the turkey over the bread because it is so thin and when you open the sandwich you see thinly slice piece of turkey not on the length of the whole sandwich....... The subs are great. However it seems lately they are without turkey. Four times in the last month I have arrived to find there is no turkey. Also too many times their machine is down that keeps track of your points. Harris Teeter and Publix are within walking distance. Both offer great subs as well and less expensive. read more

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. It well deserves over five stars. Their customer service is top notch and better than most places. Besides their friendly customer service, they actually know what they're doing when it comes to making my food. I always get just the plain number three on white with salt and vinegar chips.
