This location is improving since I've been coming here the past couple of years. My food is always good and I have never had any issues! always delicious. The place is always clean, I have never seen it dirty or anything crazy! The service today was outstanding. Visited the men's bathroom and the soap dispenser had no soap and was not working. Neither did the paper towel dispenser. I had to go into the ladies restroom to get paper towels and the soap dispenser was not working in there either. How are the employees washing their hands ? I'm concerned, there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant so I don't see why the employees could not check the bathroom from time to time for its cleanliness and operation. read more

I go through the Zaxby's drive thru a couple of times a month. There salads are really good and I love that all of the nutrition is published. My recent go to is the house zalad with buffalo tenders and light ranch. Their Buffalo tenders are so good! Sometimes I'll order a side of the torch tenders and a side salad as well. The staff is more concerned about their own conversations than helping anyone. It's very common to have your order served incorrectly then have to wait for ever just to get help. I placed an order on line with Zaxbys on 8/27/2024 for pickup at the store. Upon arrival at the store, I was told they had no salads. They also couldn't give us a refund to the debit card. We were told to contact Zaxbys to get a refund. I have contacted Zaxbys at least 3 times with little to no response. The last response was approximately 3 weeks ago. All prior contacts have never been acknowledged. The one contact 3 weeks ago, I received an email saying I would receive a refund to my account for the purchase price. I haven't received this refund. What do I have to do now to get my refund? We will not be visiting your establishment in the future. This is the 2nd occurrence of visiting the store and having a problem with no resolution of refund. I wouldn't know how the food is, we never get whatever we order. Went through the drive through and they forgot 50% of my order. The food tasted stale that they did give us. When calling the store 5 times about the missing food, the lines were "busy". Called corporate who sent an email to the local store and gave us a $5 voucher to be used in 7 days. Manager got back and said we had to call the same day for a refund, but we did call... 5 times! This is the worst zaxby's around. Unfortunately it's the closest to me. Food quality is good if you can get past the bad service and how long it takes to get it. By then is it worth it though? With less than 5% of the volume Chick-fil-a it doesn't seem that hard? This is by far the worst Zaxby's that I have ever visited. The housekeeping was not good, there was paper on the floor in the service area, no paper towel in the toilet. The wait was unacceptable. We stood at the counter to place our order for more than 5 minutes before somebody was even in the area. Another customer had to leave the drive thru and walk inside to get her order right. We did not receive cutlery or napkins with our order. I waited at the counter another 5 minutes or more to ask for them. The food was alright but the boneless wings were a bit on the anorexic side. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service of all time. I walked in yesterday to order food was standing in an empty line at the counter for about 5 minutes. One of the workers looked at me and then carried on with what they were doing. I was never greeted by anyone they were all too busy dealing with the drive through and other things to worry about the 1 person they had inside I guess. I've worked in food service so I understand how things work and that you have to meet certain drive thru times for service but the number 1 priority should always be to take care of the person standing at the counter, it should never be to do other things. I walked out and went to chick fil an after my order was never taken. I go to this Zaxby's frequently the service has rarely been good, this is the last time I will ever step foot in this Zaxby's. I'm not one to complain or write bad reviews because I understand that things aren't perfect all the time, but the number 1 rule of food service is to always take care of the customers in front of you, when a customer walks in you greet them and take their order especially when they are the only person in line. The bad thing is I have some friends from school that work for this zaxbys and not too many of them like the job. To the people who said this place has improved - what were you paid? $40 for three meals and a kids meal! Took about ten minutes from ordering to get our food with the dining room practically empty and still the hottest thing was barely lukewarm. One of the meals cane with the wrong sandwich and the replacement took another five minutes - cold. The batter on the white cheddar bites was so thick that the cheese on the inside was cold and uncooked. Vegetables on the sandwiches should have been thrown away yesterday. Not a good experience.
