For the past three days, I have been eating here every day, and each time I asked them to refill my Coke, they did. Today, after getting my food, I ate in my car in the parking lot. When my drink was finished, I went inside to ask for a refill, but the employee told me they couldn't do it. They said they don't offer refills once I leave the property, but I told them I hadn't left--I was just eating in my car. Still, they refused. Is this your idea of customer satisfaction? I wanted to grab the kids something quick, and I generally love this chain so I went. I pulled up, and could tell it was a little off because there were two team members waiting for customers, but the second team member waited for a while before she came over. She just stood in the empty lane. Once she finally decided to come over, she was giggling but said, Can I get your name for your order? I said sure. Let me grab a Mac and cheese please. I'll also take the chicken nuggets meal and sub a Mac and cheese instead of the fries. She was ready to input the meal but said her tablet died. It was still on but since it was 8:52 pm I guess it quit on her. The second team member was able to process the order and charge me, but then told me that her manager signed her out. The first team member came over and said, yea. Justin just signed you out. They both smirked at each other, but I didn't find it funny. They told me to drive around. It was 8:58 pm at this point. I pulled up, and one of the team members told me that they had a Mac and cheese ready and asked for payment. I showed him my Apple Pay screen and that I had paid 15 dollars and some change for a meal as well. He didn't see the meals. Some of the team members were smiling like, here we go. They were already cleaning up and so I assume that because he only offered me the Mac that they didn't have the rest of my food. I saw Justin standing there, with his name tag on, so I said, are you the manager? He came over and I said, the team members said you signed them out. He said, "I didn't. But that will be 15 dollars and whatever change it was." I showed him my Apple Pay, and that the charge had been approved. He told me, "I voided it because the tablet cut off." I said, I don't see a reversal on my account. " He then told me that I would see it tomorrow. I let him know that, that wasn't true. Banks don't process anything on Sunday. He said, "Well my bank does. " He was totally unprofessional and rude. I asked for his store number and the address. He told me he didn't know the store address. I said, "Your address will come up on the receipt. " He stormed off, closed the doors, and went inside. I could see other team members smiling and some cleaning. Then he came back and said, "I googled the address," to be funny I'm guessing. He was still yelling about the bank reversing the fee on Sunday as I left after I mentioned it again. All in all, I thought it was crazy that he never apologized, signed his team members out before 8:58 and wanted to argue. I didn't care about the refund really. I wanted the food for my kids. He should have been honest and just said it was late and they didn't have anymore food. Instead, he had an attitude and the entire store acted immature. Closing early meant more than finishing up right for the night. My kids left without their Mac and cheese, and nuggets. I left, slightly flabbergasted and shocked by Justin's rude and unprofessional behavior. I will not be going back to this Chi-fil-a. read more

An afternoon lunch, or even a late night stop, at Chick-Fil-A sometimes is often needed. This location, like so many others, draws a crowd and although it may seem packed service is always on point and whether you hit the drive thru or dine in things move pretty quickly. Most visits, and like this recent visit, I ordered the 8 piece Chicken Nuggets meal with a side of pickles. My meal was hot and fresh and makes me wonder why I don't treat myself more often with a visit. Popped in tonight 15 mins before closing. Line was busy so I didn't mind going in. No wait inside and a little busy at the time but the cashier was helpful and very polite. My meal was made to perfection and would of been even better if I ate it right away. Dining in was offered even at that time. The drive-thru line was still filling as I left. Salads weren't available but I went with the usual club with bacon meal deal. The cheese was melted and the bacon had a nice texture. No chew. The drive through was tight. Some car didn't park all the way into their parking spot which almost made me hit a cone for the drive thru. Gotta be careful. I can imagine to the heckfulness on a busy day. So I am a fan of Chick-Fil- A so much I'm a red member. The food is great and this location is consistently busy. Every time I go there is a line going down Randolph with cars just to turn into the place. Don't come here if you are on a time crunch. They are not my favorite location due to their customer service here. The people working who occasionally forget the mission or vision of the company. However, the good is consistently good. Honestly it's hard to complain about Chick-Fil-A as far as customer service in fast food there is no comparison. Some days the food is better than others but that's almost pretty much everywhere you go. I like this location for the most part except for Parking & the drive through entrance. You can literally sit in the middle of the road for 5-10mins trying to get Into on some days during lunch traffic. Even with the huge crowds they still do a great job getting you in & out & the employees are soooo great. Listen, I really don't like posting reviews without the pic, but I keep getting emails and Yelp notifications reminding me I need to leave a review. I ain't got no pic for y'all (bad grammar so you know it's real). I went through the drive thru and said I wanted the largest sized fries they had- I had been craving them all day. I blinked and them fries were gone. What pic? WHAT. PIC. Those fries were fresh & hot as hell, but apparently i didn't care because I burned the roof of my mouth and it was hard to floss later on that night. I wasted no time to eat those fries and dip them in Polynesian sauce. I have no regrets. The fries had the RIGHT amount of salt on them and they just blessed me...just like I feel the staff there is blessed with the Holy Spirit. Y'all ain't never gonna catch CFA slipping. I'm sure the staff has discernment on demonic spirits and they bind them in the Lord's name before the shift starts. I ain't been to a bad CFA yet, you hear me!? This morning a girl named "Terese?" Was extremely rude and had no business to be..... the girl taking our order was ordering our biscuit "dark" and the other girl terese screams "we don't sell well done biscuits" while she was standing with a boy who than both started laughing loudly, like we are stupid or ignorant and we come to this location every day..... and get the same order, with a dark/well done biscuit, no one has EVER said to us we don't sell well done and we've been here over 2/3 years coming and this girl chooses to scream over at us from another lane like we were stupid than laughed. It's intolerable behavior, she should be fired, you don't speak to customers much less your elders with disrespect and esp out of NOWHERE. The staff here is really top-notch! They are always in a good mood which is very welcome in the fast food arena. The new chicken mini's were such a hit and I see why...so glad they added them as sliders! My sweets loves his chicken burrito in the morning and fast food luxury for me is the chicken egg and cheese biscuit with a large sweet tea (wheee!) Although the drive-thru line here can be ridiculous there is plenty of parking and it can be easier to enter through the street that runs behind Chick-fil-a.
