The drive-thru uses an AI ordering system that does not repeat orders back for confirmation. I ordered a Carolina Crunch, which includes sausage, egg, and cheese, and specifically asked to add bacon. After paying at the window, I reviewed my receipt and noticed it said "sub sausage" instead of "add bacon." Since the AI system never repeated my order, I immediately brought this to the employee's attention before my food was handed to me. She relayed my concern to the employee preparing the food, who responded to me in an irritated tone, "I heard you! You said ADD BACON!" I explained that I was simply making sure because my receipt indicated otherwise. Despite me catching the discrepancy ahead of time and specifically confirming my order, I was handed my food and drove away. Before leaving the parking lot, I checked my biscuit, and of course, there was no bacon on it. I then had to get back into the drive-thru line to have an error corrected that I had already tried to prevent in the first place. When I reached the window again and explained that the bacon was missing, I was told, "Well, you'll have to park and come inside because you're holding up our line." This was extremely frustrating. I was being inconvenienced a second time because of an error I had specifically pointed out before receiving my food, yet I was spoken to as though I was inconveniencing the employees. The food-prep employee then came to the window with the same irritated demeanor and asked, "What does she want???" After being told that my biscuit was missing bacon, she simply grabbed a piece of bacon, folded it inside a piece of liner paper, and handed it to me. No apology or anything. The entire experience was distasteful and unprofessional. My biggest issue is not that a mistake was made, it's how the mistake was handled. Mistakes happen, but customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience, especially when the employee was in the wrong. read more

I pulled to the drive-through window and the recording told me to pull forward to the window for gift cards. I pulled to the window to purchase a gift card and the manager told me she could not sell me a gift card at the window that I had to park and come inside. Reason being is because they did not want me sitting in line running the clock up while she goes to the back to get a gift card. Here's a thought Bojangles, have some gift cards at the window and you could make more sales and MAKE MORE SENSE!!! is there any common sense left in this world? It's Christmas Eve and people buy gift cards at Christmas. Let's just say I did not purchase a gift card nor will I be back. read more

We almost didn't go here because of the bad reviews- and I'm really glad we decided to try it anyway! Hands down the best Bojangles I've had in years! Food was hot and fresh, employee was super nice and awesome, jamming to great music and very friendly. So good we went back again a second time! read more

I enjoyed the sweet tea with a 12 piece, nugget and fries.. I don't care for the machine that you ordered With, but the food was really good. The chicken was fried fresh and crispy and the french fries were fresh read more

They are inconsistent, I ordered an 8 piece mix and the pieces that were supposed to be in there were not. It may not matter to most but when you have little ones it does. That's why I ordered this specifically expecting specific pieces. The problem is this is not the first time this has happened If you don't have the pieces just let customer know so they order accordingly read more

BoJo's is always a good stop... but this location specifically was built very dumb. no restrooms and only like 4 chairs in a 10x10 foyer. whoever designed this location needs to be slapped. read more

Food was overcooked and bad meat!!!! I went yesterday evening and this really disappointed me for wasting money and disgusted to my stomach.

Went through the drive through here and was really disappointed. First, there is no one even operating the thing and I instead having to scream at a computer screen for five minutes straight. When that was all done, I got my food and they only gave me two out of three tenders. I'm going to develop a protein deficiency after this meal. read more

Picked up a couple boxes of chicken supremes from this location only to arrive home and find green spots on the chicken in both boxes. Unsure if this is mold but we didn't want to risk it so we just tossed it. Supremes smelled a bit off too. Disappointing as this looks like a nice remodel and the service was quick. Won't be trusting the food moving forward. read more

The food was sloppy the service was horrible they won't accept cash and my food was cold when I got it and they gave me a attitude when I asked to pay in cash and when I told them my food was cold I will not come back to this location the people that work here are rough and smell like weed read more

The AI lady was the nicest person there. Make sure you order correctly at the speaker. Otherwise you might get yelled at at the window. Food smelled fresh, I guess we'll see how it tastes. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Your order with a robot who eventually fucks up the order and then a passive aggressive and actually aggressive employee duo jump in to continue to fuck the order up and blame it on you. Will never be back. read more

this location is simply a scam. the drive thru is powered by robots and they got my order completely incorrect despite me being charged on my receipt. also the employee at the window made rude remarks as to how loud i was while ordering....but i thought i was just talking to a robot so why would i have any idea an actual human can hear me on the other side. above all...they didn't have honey mustard. i will not be returning to this location read more

:( This use to be are everyday bojays, but since the manager Robert left.... it's gone down the drain.... he really was an amazing manager/person and kept that place going like a well oiled machine... The new manager here seems nice but doesn't get it.... Recently we received a cold gravy biscuit, went back thru the line, and they throw together gravy that's watery which we've received b4 and returned.... it's sad they rush and give u old & cold food here.... Leon good luck. Go ahead and be bent out of shape when we return a cold biscuit wait 10 mins for new gravy that's runny like water..... standards are obviously very low for this new manager Leon. We r over this place. Too many times they've screwed up our orders and we use to come every morning..... GRAVY HAS TO BE THICK NOT WATERY FROM YALL RUSHING. read more

I don't know what's going on Randolph Rd location but I just had the worst chicken supremes in bojangles history! I purchased my food around 7pm so there should be no reason for what I just witnessed. Tenders were cold, stale (HARD) and extremely chewy due to them sitting for God knows how long and it's obvious they had been sitting out for a while because I noticed I was given the small scraps of chicken tenders at least 7/8 of them . I ordered a combo and the only items I can honestly say I was pleased with was the drink and biscuit. I'm extremely disappointed because clearly the shift crew and management is not on top of their job. I know it's fast food and I shouldn't expect a five star meal but this was absolutely absurd and this team is slacking!!'n read more

Bojangles - Chicken Supremes - Fast Food Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

I go here almost every morning and whether I am getting just eggs, BEC biscuit combo or bo-berry biscuits the food is always fresh and made quickly. The biscuits are buttered and have a light crunch on the top (the way it should be). The staff are always pleasant and they actually pick up the phone when you call. Ever since the re-opened it's the only bojangles now. read more

This is one of the nicest Bojangles that I have been to. The restaurant is very modern and clean, especially the bathrooms. I not recommend the Pimento Cheese Biscuit though. I thought it would be better based on pictures and advertisements. read more

Worst bojangles ever, will no longer support. Going on 20 minutes waiting in a parking lot for some biscuits to get out to me. This is ridiculous. No line whatsoever. One other car. Tell your employees to get to work! Also the fries taste stale. read more

Just drove 20 minutes to be denied service 15 minutes to closing because the employees wanted to go home early. Unprofessional. Never eating here again read more

I LOVE THE FOOD! So why the 1 star review you ask??? This review is years in the making. I'm a life long Bojangles lover but but but but I can't get over the Service. I ignored this poor review for a long time in part to my loyalty. Every Bojangles is ridiculous on their service. People are nice enough, but I have waited over 20 minutes multiple times at multiple locations. I've been trapped in drive thru lines. I've literally had to stand in drive thru lines asking when my food would be delivered to my car ( let that sink in for a second) It's a business model problem ( and I'm not ordering some secret off menu fried Foie gras). I made a vow to not go back for at least 1 year. Time to switch to Popeyes or some other local fried chicken provider. This review hurts me probably more than it hurts you Bojangles, but you done me wrong too many times. read more

My fiancé and i have been here several times the past couple months and it is consistently AWFUL! The staff is rude and they obviously don't know what customer service is. The girl that was at the drive through window wouldn't even acknowledge me, when i was ordering i was ordering my normal and she laughed and said what is that (which is what i have gotten there before it's not a come and go item and i get it at ever Bojangles even this one) and she was just rude about it. Then when i changed my order to something she knew and got it the chicken was raw and there was barely any on my salad. read more

Just got a cajun fila biscuit as hot as it was you'd think it was cooked but it was half raw. Pretty gross. You might want to cut it open before you bite it read more

The food is excellent! The employees are friendly and the remodel looks wonderful! The homeless man out front is out of line picking on a good store. read more

This is the WORST Bojangles. The food is consistently gross, undercooked chicken, undercooked fries. I've been once when they were out of what I ordered but didn't tell me until after I paid. I got fries with hair in it. Not just a strand on top that may have been mine, but hair THROUGHOUT the fries, and not just my fries either, my friend that I was with had the same issue. Drive thru workers are always unenthused and rude. Drive thru also takes forever, even when they're slow. I love Bojangles but I will NEVER eat at this location again. Chick Fil A is right next door, do yourself a favor and pass by this Bojangles. read more

This is my second time here, the only thing I like at bojangles is the bo rounds. I usually just order a bo size order and I love them when they are fresh and hot. Both times that I was here I've gotten them on the soggy side. They are supposed to be a bit crunchy. The drive through wait was a little long this time but the customer service was good, the manager apologized for the wait when he handed me my order. read more

I would NOT eat here again. Not once but twice I ordered an egg, cheese, and bacon biscuit sandwich and the staff placed a biscuit sandwich with only bacon and cheese in my bag. Imagine my total disappointment after I drove away and I sat down at my desk at work excited about my breakfast, but end up being pissed off. The second time happened today 3/6/14 around 7:30. Not forgetting what happened last time I opened up my bag before I even pulled away and AGAIN found a biscuit with just bacon and cheese on it. I turned to the girl at the drive in window and I did not even need to speak. She said, "I am sorry I will get you another one." She knew exactly what the problem was and she was smiling about it the whole time. Apparently she and the cooks are enjoying themselves at the expense of customers. I just don't trust the place anymore and I question management's dedication to the quality of food and a responsible work culture. read more

Hah, Bojangles. Been here almost 4 months now and only JUST visited my Bojangles for the first time last night. At 10:15pm. The hours are only until 10pm, but we didn't know that, so they just gave us whatever was left over. 9 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, 4 containers of coleslaw, fries, and a jug of pink lemonade. The cashier thought we were crazy, but he was nice. Biscuits were good, super buttery, fantastic with some honey. Fries had a nice flavor to them, but too salty. Coleslaw was average. and I was told the chicken was tasty, but not as good as KFC. Location is convenient on the corner of Randolph Rd and Sharon Amity. read more

Manager is super nice and works very hard to maintain a good restaurant. No complaints on the food either.

Sign says theh open at 5am. Sat at menu board for 7 minutes past, yet the intercom was still berating me incessantly that "the store is closed, please come again." #IWont Oh then when I finally cracked and drove to the window, the guy said it was going to be several more minutes, and that they were still setting up. I asked if I could sit here until he was ready but he said no (even though another car was now in line) because I was running up his drive thru time... I'm thinking wtf? You aren't even open yet, how is that even a thing. Bojangles should reexamine their performance metrics. The heck if I'm now willing to wait for your lateness AND be second in line. read more

Worst Bojangles ever.... Close it , and put a Popeyes in its place.... It's really to bad that the Corp Bojangles peeps have done nothing about this? It's a great and safe location... The food is just never fresh.... biscuits dry at 7 am in the morning. Have to wait on Chicken at 5 pm? That should be prime time selling.... read more

This chicken is better than Popeye's and KFC. It's too bad I'd have to travel so far to get them. I had the Cajun Spicy Chicken and some biscuits that were quite tasty. It's probably a good thing I don't live close to Bojangles though or I'd be going here all the time. Stop in if you're in the area. It's a pretty well known chain in North Carolina. read more

I feel like as a customer going through a drive-through fast food chain, I should've gotten my food in less than 10 minutes. That was not my case today. I had to wait 20 minutes for two cars in front of me to get their food and the guy in front of me even left without taking his order! When I finally pulled up to the window, the employee was acting so flustered and then gave me my order with no apology. I asked for honey mustard and he said they were all out of honey mustard. My food wasn't even that great so I don't understand what took them so long. The customer service was just not up to par for what you should be doing it at fast food chain. I comprehend the mechanisms of being rushed, something going awry, and becoming flustered. That doesn't mean you should stop giving amazing service and apologizing. I almost left without paying and just driving straight food without getting my food because I was so angry and hungry. Looking at the reviews on yelp I'm not surprise that I had a horrible experience. You really should step it up Bojangles. I don't like to take time out of my day to write a shitty review but this needs to be addressed. read more

This Bojangles has horrible service. The employees stand there and talk to each other while customers wait at the register waiting to place an order. They didn't seem like they knew what was going on. read more

This has to be one of the absolute worst food I've ever had. The chicken was extreme dry and overcooked. The sprite and coke are all watered down, it tastes like unhealthy mineral water. Very quick and food was on point! Came during lunch hour 12:00 pm. Small area but clean and maintained.

Never have a bad experience here. The drive-thru staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately this morning a(n apparent) manager was berating the staff because my order wasn't ready when I pulled up. 1. This could be handled away from customers. 2. That's no way to teach anyone anything. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt bad for the employees. read more

First, let me say I love Bojangles. With that out of the way, if you can possibly find another location (easy in Charlotte), go there. The first time I used the drive through, I ordered and paid with no issue. Several minutes of waiting later the girl opens the window and says "We're out of chicken." I actually had to ask her for a refund. Figured maybe it was a fluke and went again several weeks later. Inside this time, extremely rude staff, too busy talking to one another to take my order. Finally ordered and they managed to give me the exact opposite of what I asked for. Seriously. Just don't. read more

Years ago, this was once my go to Bojangles. In my opinion, it started to subside in quality and I've mostly ghosted it, the last couple of years. Despite, living only a five minute drive away. Over those couple of years, I've tried to reunite with this location by ordering from there, every rare blue moon. No improvement and there always seems to confusion among the staff. Still, I thought I would give it one last try, on this fine Sunday morning "7/18/2021". The chicken didn't even resemble Bojangles in taste, texture nor coloring. It was overcooked for Bojangles chicken. Looked like chicken at a gas station. Tasted as if the grease it was cooked in, wasn't fresh. I had to clarify with the very nice drive thru lady, how I wanted my two piece. After confirming, I heard the manager, out of view, remind her to charge me more, for preference. However, I completely understand that. I just wish the manager was that attentive to the quality of chicken, as he was in ensuring I paid accurate price. I'm done with this place. read more

I will give one star for being open. I purchased a chicken biscuit this morning from the drive through. When I arrived at work and ate my biscuit I was very disappointed to say the least. Biscuit was very dry and hard and tasted like it was a day old which I think it was because it wasn't over cooked. When it was cooked it wasn't in the oven long enough to get brown on top. The chicken breast also tasted like yesterday's left overs. read more
