But the way he spoke to us, and the attention he gave was the best we have experienced in fast food in years. If we could get that service, I would drive out of my way just to go there. This is always a better then anticipated store. I always use the drive through and today was no different. The associate that took order and was at the first window was a pleasure. She was kind and went over my order twice (once after I ordered at the speaker and again when I pulled up to the window) which I really appreciate. The associate at the second window was just as friendly and helped make sure I had the sauce I asked for at the speaker. The food was fresh and hot. read more

I installed the McDonald's app and was rewarded with this 10 piece McNuggets. They are fine but they just don't meet the Chick-fil-A standards. I like how the box holds the sauces. I also ordered a medium fries which were good. I'm amazed how I can eat 10 nuggets and medium fries and still be hungry. Something is wrong with that and I suspect it's the immense sodium and low quality chicken nuggets. They're crunchy but kinda hollow and light feeling. Reading over some of the comments, I can say that I agree with what many had to say, especially about the loud mouth blond. Thankfully, I haven't seen her in a while. I'm glad I'm not the only one who took issue with her and her craziness. As someone who lives across the street from them, it's very convenient. I usually go over there to sit and relax when I am needing to get out the apartment (yes, it's a place I got to relax..lol...here and Julia's Cafe). A large number of the employees are quite nice. Some, well, not really mean but will ignore you even though you know they saw you walk up. It can take up to 10 minutes to get orders..and some of those orders I've had were just a cheeseburger. So, why so long? Especially when it's not that busy? Most are familiar enough with my face to know me when they see me. Why am I up there so much? It just helps me get out & to think and able to concentrate on other things other than what is stressing me out. So, the three stars is mostly for the ones who are nice & helpful but also, it only got the three stars because I know things could be a bit better. This is by far one of the worst McDonald's anywhere. Drive thru is a constant fiasco. Most times the fries are under fried and taste horrible. I have complained to the owner previously about the service and received a few coupons for small fries. Am amazed this place is still open. I hate to leave a negative yelp review on one of my favorite fast food chains but unfortunately when I tried to call this store to speak to a manager I was ignored. I've been using the app for years and have never had a problem with using my discounts but I guess when you mix negligence with zero management it's bound to happen. My experience today was being ignored at the first window when we asked to use the code, once he had already ran my card we had to ask AGAIN to use the discount in which he pulled over what we thought was a manager but when they walked over they didn't know what they were doing, walked away for 5 minutes and decided to pretend like nothing happened and told us to move up to the second window ???? We asked again what was happening and he told us that he couldn't void the transaction which I've worked in fast food and the service industry for years and there is always a way to void a transaction (granted everyone uses a different POS system) long story short we got no discount on anything and our order was messed up and no apology for either of these.
