Food = 2.5 Service = 4…read more Ambiance = 2 as cleaning is needed. No AC Cool, we dined Al fresco. Great location with a Publix and Harris Teeter within walking distance. The place could use a good cleaning. Inside and Patio dining. Best to order and PAY online. Service was super friendly and helpful. Maybe double or triple meat burgers are the way to go. I had a classic single and felt there was more bread than meat. Rosemary tots. Ok Nashville fries. Ok. Don't think there should be an upcharge for seasoning. Broccoli. Decent but they definitely give less as they didn't fill the cup and it's fried alright. Sweet potatoes waffle fries. Ok. They'd pop if the company offered blue cheese. I like that they offer various sides. I would definitely try another burger but I don't require the classic single again.

The owner was also incredibly sweet and took the time to talk with us about how the team went to Philly and did so much research before opening this place. You can truly taste the care and effort that went into it! The prices are more than worth it in my opinion , and every time we're in Charlotte, this is a must stop for us. Mouthwatering, packed with flavor, and absolutely worth any wait. I honestly wish they'd open one in Raleigh because we'd be there every single week. This place is officially a staple for us, and I cannot rave about these cheesesteaks enough. Thank you for serving the community and honestly don't listen to any review that isn't 5 stars.

While it was not a great first impression, I will be willing to give this place a second chance based on the follow-up alone! Well done and thank you for making me feel seen, heard, and valued!!! Just goes to show, voicing your experiences on these kinds of platforms can result in action :)
