In addition to numerous fruits and vegetables, the multigrain croissant at the end bears mentioning, a flaky, hearty creation that works well for mopping up salad dressing but which I wish I could find without the salad. The choice of ingredients also allows the eater to pick up a decent amount of protein and unsaturated fats as there are several nuts, beans, and other useful options. And the dressings are delicious.
