Here we have a giant club sub that was dropped in a bucket of oil and vinegar and Mayo for about an hour .

This jersey mikes is one of the worst I have ever been to. I am a huge jersey mikes fan and always frequent their establishments as my wife and I enjoy their food and service . This jersey mikes however is brutal . The picture attached is the second time I have received a sandwich like this . An absolutely drenched sub covered in Mayo and oil and vinegar . It's as if they took the sandwhich and dropped it in a bucket of oil , vinegar and Mayo for a day to marinate . Very unfortunate . I hope they figure it out because every other jersey mikes is great .

Always met with friendly service, consistently great sandwiches. Great location, and killer deal for students as well.

Every time I visited my friend in New Jersey, I passed by this place thinking, "How cute is this…read morestore?" I didn't even realize it was a small breakfast spot. One day, we finally decided to stop in for breakfast. The space is very cute and quaint, and they also have a small section selling snacks and little knickknacks. The way the place operates is a bit different, you serve yourself coffee, place your order deli-style, and pay upfront like a diner. They bring the food to your table, but there isn't much table service. It was slightly confusing at first, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. That said, it was a bit disappointing that the table wasn't clean. We had a baby with us, and when we wiped the table down, the baby wipe turned brown, not something you want to see. It may have been a busy moment, but cleanliness is still important.

In Colts Neck Township, you will find this store-and-diner after navigating a series of roads. I…read moredid not think I would include this as one of my trips, but I decided that I would come. Brand: 4/5 Colts Neck General Store is located in Colts Neck Township, which is initially a store that also acts as a diner. You will find many knickknacks throughout the walls and the ceilings. The red, barn-house walls definitely gives the store a classic look. The tall sign and the wall sign do have different fonts, with the tall sign having basic font while the wall sign had a more prestigious classic look. Wait Time: 5/5 I did not have any issues with the wait time, for it arrived on time. Ambiance: 5/5 As a store-and-diner, Colts Neck General Store has that unique appeal that I see in Monmouth County. You practically feel immersed into the small town appeal with classic rock playing over the radio at a tolerable volume. The food selection on their menu reflects the small town knickknack appeal, with its varying diversity. You will also find plenty of treats for sale near the counter. The dining area had plenty of space with wide tables, whether on their own or in the booths. Food: 4/5 I ordered the Aztec Specialty Omelet, consisting of jalapeno chips, fried onion, spinach, pepper jack. with a side of toast. Initially I ordered orange Juice, but also include a bottle of water considering the hot jalapeno chips and fried onions. Every well-cooked of the omelet definitely gives it a unique spin, though the buttered toast had an unassuming taste and crunch. The pepperjack cheese brings its hardy flavor to this flavor-packed dish. The Aztec Specialty Omelet held its form, even as I cut into it. Considering how Colts Neck General Store houses many unique knickknacks, I can definitely see how one of those items may have inspired this dish, for the Mexican influence has a pronounced presence. The time it took to prepare this dish accurately matched the waiting time, and the service behind it ensured that I received the meal with my choice of side dishes. The Aztec Specialty Omelet managed to satisfy for a little bit throughout the day. Service: 5/5 The staff managed to get my order without any issues, including asking me specific questions about which side dish I wanted. Based on first impressions, I will say that I felt accommodated while feeling immersed in a small town paradise. The wait time did not try my patience. I cannot say for certain whether the staff dust the knickknacks, but I will say that nothing about the ambiance irritated me, so I presume that they care for them. They also ensured the preparation of the menu items. Cost: 4/5 I will say that as a restaurant in Colts Neck Township, it did not become as expensive as expected. Driving across many varying roads, the arrival to such a unique eatery made the food worth it. I would definitely order differing menu items if I arrive in the future. I do think that having a website would help bring modern relevance to Colts Neck General Store without changing the restaurant itself. The wall sign better represents the store than the tall sign, and if the eatery did make a website, I hope it is used for the brand. Ultimately, the price of the Aztec Specialty Omelet and staying there was worth it. Rating: 4/5 Stars Right now, I will say that Colts Neck General Store has a niche presence in Colts Neck, with its unique ambiance and menu selection. I cannot say I would go back any time soon, but if so, I would enjoy any of the other menu items. Recommend To... Anyone looking for a diner with many knickknacks decorating its walls.

Terrible customer service, didnt even want to order food. Pull to window to order decline the app…read more I am asked for a min, like ok do what you gotta do, car behind me goes to secondary window to place order, lady who asked me to wait then services car that was behind me, asks me to wait again, car behind the other car then goes to secondary window, gets serviced. Lady gets back and asks me to wait again! so I responded I dont really need to wait you just serviced the two people behind me so IDK what one minute you need. Her response was I gave you the curtesy of saying I needed a min. I said I aint dealing with this S*** left. Ill just call the store let them know they have incompetence working. Call the store the lady who was working the window said she is the manager. And then says we only have 2 people working and she gave me the curtesy of saying she needed a min. So I tell her, idk what you mean by curtesy you serviced the people behind me, curtesy would of been servicing the first car there. So she complained about having no staffing available. Lady just said she was the manager, then complained about the staffing levels, she put on for the shift, keep in mind its 10:41 PM the inside store isnt exactly heavy foot traffic that late. You are only working the drive throughs. How does someone who is the "manager" who probably just did the old saturday night live bit of I am the manager. Complain about the amount of staffing she put onto her own shift, then come out and have the rude doucheyness of asking me to wait to service the people there after me. Called corporate dont normally wish malice on anyone, but lady whoever you are, hope you have a back up plan to what ever back up plan you are currently on, but It is now my mission to make sure you are no longer gainfully employed.

This location has a good chunk of real estate dedicated to it, so it has quite a bit of seating. I was very surprised to see that there is actually a McDonalds play area connected to the restaurant. It is (not surprisingly) closed at this time due to the pandemic, but there were the familiar tubes for kids to crawl through. I had thought McDonalds had eliminated all these so it was nice to see. Hopefully in better times kids will be able to enjoy it again. This McDonalds has been renovated with the "McCafe" aesthetic, looking more like a modern day cafe than a traditional McDonalds. On the one hand it looks nice and clean with some neat non-traditional furniture. On the other, I definitely miss some of the more colorful features of McDonalds past. At the time I visited, indoor seating was open and people were socially distancing. The self serve sofa machine was open for customers to use as well. My food was served quickly. The fries were hot and crisp on the outside. My Filet O' Fish was also freshy made and tasty as always. A nice McDonalds with a cool looking interior and good service. I would visit again.

I'll occasionally get the Nashville Hot, but that one really packs a kick, so consider the warning, haha. I always order in person and they whip it up in a matter of minutes. I've never eaten in, but they have indoor and outdoor seating and always have some good indie/rock playing on the radio for those who want a sit-down meal. I've probably ordered here close to 100 times and have only have 2 order issues. I brought it to the management's attention the last time and they were super professional and took care of it ASAP. My only other gripe is that they don't have bleu cheese for the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Overall, 5 stars all day long, no doubt about it!

Meanwhile, owner (Isaac) delivers a personal touch and pride of ownership that is unparalleled. Place is spotless and staff offers phenomenal customer service with a smile. Isaac gives his patrons numerous options. There's the classics done well with high quality ingredients and the phenomenal cultural twists to burgers, chicken sandwiches and even corn dogs. I haven't had a corn dog in forever. This was some kind of tempura-ish fried coating (with a little sweetness to the batter) that I've never seen coupled with a hot dog. I can't wait to go back for the Doritos version. Burger Kraze has already done one promotion for my son's elementary that was a huge hit. The change away from using peanut oil helps broaden the options for those that couldn't enjoy before. Just shows that Isaac has a pulse on the community and that's the touch that you can only find from a local small business owner. Cheers to the success as it's well-deserved for the Rutgers alumni!
