Came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. I ordered with a lovely blonde girl working the meat slicer. At first she apologized and said she would be right with me (I assured her there was no need to apologize as she was working so hard)! When I ordered with her I asked for the gluten free bread option and she asked if I needed for her to change her gloves. She also explained to me how they don't do the "mini" size in gluten free, the smallest they do with gluten free bread is the regular so that was fine for me. My interaction with her alone really meant so much to me! I really appreciated her attention to my gluten sensitivity. At this point I thought wow, this place deserves five stars. But then I had two more stops down the line. My next stop was the girl who was putting the toppings in the sandwich. She and the man in the back who was putting together a kids meal decided it would be a good time to throw lettuce at each other. Personally, I worked at a restaurant when I was young. I get it. But not in front of customers. Don't throw lettuce into each others stations while there's people around. It was really unprofessional and unsanitary (they were throwing the same lettuce at each other). I will say the boy started it, but it didn't help the girl did it back at him. Anyways after that I had to deal with the cashier who I can only hope was on his first shift. It was difficult for him to understand the sandwich I got, as he was pressing so many different buttons. But at least he went back and asked the girl like three times what kind of sandwich it was before changing it to the right order. Thankfully I was able to see the screen/ which order I ended up paying for. Overall, sandwich was good, stacked with stuff. But they need to do better with training their employees. I wish I got the name of the girl working the meat slicer because she was the only one who had it together! read more

The date is July 23rd 2025 at about 6pm. The 3 high school/ college aged kids working there, they were very polite respectful and engaged in conversation! They worked as a team to make one of the best subs I've ever had from this company! As a key west resident me and many others are plagued with migrant fatigue and poor service from them I'm glad to see one company has a good hiring manager and staff! read more

It was okay, nothing spectacular. Very nice staff, nice outdoor seating. The bread was fresh, the tomatoes, lettuce and other fixings were fresh. The meat did not have much flavor. read more

Ordered delivery and opted for the "bowl" option since I don't eat bread. I know this is s sub restaurant.... My friend ordered a sub. It was tasty, BUT, if you offer a bowl option you should make it more like salad. What I got was essentially what they would put on a sub.. no more no less. read more

Sandwiches are good but it's been at least twice where I've ordered extra meat and cheese and have not gotten it. It was a "skinny" sandwich to say the least. If you do order then order in person so you can watch them. Don't order online. read more

I'm gonna be straight up honest with ya. They made me a sub tonight that was probably the tastiest sandwich I've ever had.

I always kind of empathize with fast food workers as they catch hell all the time. However, some just don't care at all and this sub shop seems to be full of them. Ordered a sandwich, drove back to our RV spot which was a good distance away, then discovered they gave me completely wrong sandwich. Normally I shrug it off as mistakes happen and just eat the food, but this one was nasty lol.. just their dry roast beef with tons of mayo... nope.. can't choke that down. Made the drive back to the shop and was explaining their mistake and they just had the deer in headlights look. One worker rudely said "what's your problem". Then all they asked was "well, what kind of sandwich did you want?" I told them and a young girl began making it. Not even one apology. I mentioned "I know it may not be a big deal to you guys, but when a customer has to drive all the way back up, it can be irritating." At least the young girl did finally say "sorry about that." I guess I should not expect any kind of an apology as they don't have any vested interest in the business, they are just there for a paycheck, which I understand, but if you do a job, why not care a little about how you do it? read more

The subs are fantastic - roll is fresh, meat,tomato onion and lettuce so good! I love #13 with pepper relish- adds a kick. And the staff are very nice. Very clean- I don't know about the fools that are complaining maybe the competition.....??? read more
