We were way overcharged for our food based on the menu posted at the register/ordering counter and the same prices were posted in a stack of brand new looking take-out menus there as well. We ordered a 10" cheese pizza that was posted as $10.95, but charged $15.95, we also ordered a 10" Carnivore pizza priced at $15.95 and were charged $20.95. The garlic knots were charged correctly. I went back in and asked about the extreme price difference from what was posted and was told that "those are old prices." I suggested that they remove the posted signs and put up new ones or at least warn customers that the posted pricing was inaccurate so that they could make choice as to whether or not to continue with their order or choose another establishment. All she did was remove the stack of menus. No apologies or anything. To add insult to injury, the garlic knots had very little butter or garlic on them, looked dry and were undercooked as was the ultra-thin pizza crusts. I only gave 2 stars because the sausage was decent. Won't be returning there. Plenty of other choices. read more

Finally a good pizza restaurant has come to BPK! For years we locals have had to put up with abusive owners and staff of competing establishments on the island. We can now rejoice that we have options, and a very good one with Driftwood. Their pizzas are fantastic, the quality of ingredients are fresh and their dough is crunch-delicious, I always order it a little over baked for that extra crunchiness. They also have a very nice selection of salads and great subs. My favorite is the Italian with extra jalapeños. I love my neighborhood pizzeria and I'm sure you will as well. read more

Won't order or eat any food cooked at this dirty place feels like walking into a landfill or street in New York City. Domino's Pizza is way better. Ordered take-out one evening on our way home. Asked if they had fresh spinach for our pizza and was told yes....it is clearly canned spinach. When we arrived we were told it would still be another 10 minutes so we could pay, wait in the car & they would bring it out. After spending 20 minutes in the car I finally went back inside to see our food sitting on the counter. When I spoke to the two young girls who were on their phones when I entered they said, @oh yeah, here's your order." A decent general pizza place. Standard pizza. I asked for well-done pizza and it wasn't. I'd probably order again to see if it was a fluke, but so far I'd recommend Pizzaworks which is near by. If you really want good pizza on Big Pine Key you need to make it yourself. Don't get me wrong, Pizzaworks isn't that much better, but it's BPK after all. not NY or Chicago. Decent for the location. I usually make my own pizza but order when I'm exhausted from fishing all day and don't feel like cooking. read more

Very impressed with not only the quality of the food but the efficiency of the staff! Line was out the door and my food was still ready within promised time and served HOT! Just plain awful. Pizza is terrible. Crust is thick and soggy. Orders are typically sent out wrong. I have tried 3 x's to order from them....giving them a chance...each time is worse than the last. Stick with No Bame pub or Pizza Works. Don't waste your $$$ read more

Thieves, Liars or Both... I was told my bill was 22.67 when I ordered and paid over the phone with my credit card. When I got my receipt to sign, I was charged 28.47. When I said something to the girls at the desk I was told that was a cash only price. I said that when I asked what I was being charged on my card I was told 22.67 and that is what I was expecting to see on my credit card receipt. They said it was too bad that is what it cost. I have no problem paying for what I ordered I do have a problem with a restaurant that feels they can freely charge a credit card what they want. We as consumers trust these people to do the right thing when we order from their places of business. I am appalled at the business practices of this restaurant. The pizza was ok.. not outstanding but they have lost my business because of trustworthiness. I will be going to the better businness bureau and the city of Big Pine Key. I know it is only 4.00 but think of all the people they are randomly charging extra to their cards. Shame on you and your business practices. read more

The food is soooo good!!! We had a cheese and carnivore pizza, garlic knots, Caesar salad and a ton of cookies. Seems like a simple enough order but it was honestly some of the best we've ever had! This would be a weekly spot if we lived here full time. read more
