I have purchased a sandwich from Jersey Mike's on two occasions; whereas, my husband has been there multiple times. If you aren't sure how the establishment works, you can select your bread, sandwich type and then select what you want on your sandwich (onion, lettuce, pickles, tomato). They have an option where you try it "Mike's way" which means all of the "fixins" and then oils on top. I personally don't like oil and vinegar on my sandwiches but from those who have tried it- I hear it is good. The nice thing about Jersey Mike's is they slice the cheeses and meats in front of you. They have three sizes (Mini, regular and giant). The mini seems like a great size for kids. Regular would be equivalent to around a 6 inch and giant is what it sounds...giant. We have never dined in, but they do have a fair amount of seating options. We stopped in there on a Sunday around 1pm and it was packed. One thing that was chaotic were the number of online orders. They seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the online orders and the costumers in line. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich that involved using the grill which took up a lot of time. So, if you order deli meats that don't involve using a grill, it should be pretty quick service. If not, you will have to wait a while. The staff are all nice and willing to answer any questions you might after. There was a guy next to me that spilled his soda all over the floor and they were quick to clean it up. Extremely slow -not good- very low level of organization - not clean. I would not recommend

The service was fine. The gluten free bread was terribly hard and old tasting. I couldn't eat it. We paid for double meat for two sandwiches and there was nothing extra or double meat. Very disappointing. We won't be back. Sorry Jersey Mike's! I wanted to find a great sub. Firehouse subs are much better quality and the prices are basically the same. read more

Hispanic woman who works behind the counter is the rudest person I have encountered in a restaurant. She was nasty to the people before me as well. As many times as I have come in here in the past, I have never even seen her be kind or even smile to customers. Yes, quality of food matters but a negative experience is what sticks with people. If I ever treated people like she does, I would be afraid everyday that I was getting fired. The fact that she feels empowered enough to berate and snap at customers says a lot about the owner and operator of this store as well. I do not know any company that would allow that. If you are so miserable and hate your job and customers so much, you should quit. I would never go back here. read more

I placed an order online which was very easy. I arrived a little ahead of the time suggested by the app. It was lunch time, they were very busy. It took longer than expected to get my order which was paid for ahead of time. I stayed as patient as possible realizing they were under pressure of the lunch rush. Finally, my order was ready, as I was leaving a gentleman behind the counter called my name. We spoke and he apologized for the delay and did what any good manager/owner would do. I stopped at this location yesterday and picked up a to go order. I have not been to a Jersey Mikes before. The food was very good. The ingredients was fresh ! Gluten free bread! Sub was good! Definitely will make this one of my frequent stops because the bread was good & didn't crumble upon eating.

Ordered from here about a dozen times during Covid-19 lockdown. Always a hit with fam and friends. #4 seems to be the crowd pleaser. Occasionally there are attention to detail mistakes with the orders but everything has been tasty and fresh. Have not tried a hot sandwich yet but we will. read more

The restaurant was clean. However, my husband ordered the "Super Sub" which is ham, turkey, prosciutto and cheese. It was only ham and turkey. It was even the sub of the day. I ordered a kids meal and it comes with a cookie. The first employee wouldn't give it to me, even though I asked. I had to ask a second employee even though it was part of my meal. I absolutely love the food here, but giving it two stars because of the cleanliness of the restaurant. We were the only two people dining in, but every table was covered with food and/or trash. Straw wrappers and napkins littered the floor, and the bathroom smelled like a veterinarians office. You can do better than this, come on! I'll call in an order but you won't catch me eating in this place again. Oh yes, as I am writing this other customers have arrived and the young man working has yet to acknowledge their presence. Clean, tasty, and quick. I have tried several cheesesteak variations and also the tuna "Mike's Way." Everything I have tasted so far has been quite yummy! Love the bread. read more

The food is always good and taste very fresh. However $12.17 for a regular sub, chips and a normal drink is a bit pricey. A person can go to Logan's, Chili's, or about anywhere for less than that. read more

I just stopped in and picked up a box of subs for the office and they are delicious!!
