This Jersey Mike's was dirty, no customer service, being racist, and not worth 30 minute wait food. First off i ordered in the app to get my food faster when i arrive, that didn't happen. My 2 sandwichs were going to be ready at 12:00 pm that did not happen. I waited another 25 minutes for my food and still nothing. 1 girl was working in the front while another 3 were in the back doing nothing. This girl procees to serve everyone who ordered after me. They were all black people that she favored while i, waiting for my food, being ignored. Finally i get her attention and ask nicely " can i have my food, i have to go back to school" and this random lady tells me i've got "attitude " "rude, disrespectful little girl" How dare you say that when i've been waiting longer than you. I'm a learning student who it now become trady for these lazy workers. I'm very up happy with this place. I would rather go anywhere for a better sandwich than here. read more

We ordered 2 catering boxes of sandwiches from Jersey Mike's Bree and her staff package them up very nicely and labeled them. So we knew what they were. Excellent, all the sides were separated. My favorite Jersey Mikes. I'm gluten free and they're always great about making sure to ask if it's an allergy or not and wiping everything down. They are quick and helpful like making sure I use my rewards when I have enough. Our favorite quick stop sub shop. read more

I'm a big fan of Jersey Mike's - best subs ever like the old independent East Coast joints. 95% of the time I order the traditional #13 which is the old time authentic sub. I am a little "specialized" in my order & this location always gets it exactly right. Generous portions as well, so you taste more than just the bun. As for customer service, again, this is one of the best locations, in large part due to the interpersonal skills of manager/franchise owner, Dawuan. (Hope I spelled that right!) Very good sandwiches, not skimpy, fresh ingredients. Ordering online or through the app is easy. My only gripe would be the order is often ready quite a bit after the time the pickup time given. I know the time is often later than stated, so I got there 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and still ended up waiting a bit. Not a huge deal, but it is inconvenient and I'd rather be told the "real" wait time up front and I'd have no issue waiting longer. BEST JERSEY MIKES EVER, if I could describe the team that works here in three words it would be these... fun, fast and kind! When ever I walk into this establishment I always get greeted with a smile by one of mangers named Duan he is help full and always making great conversation! One thing I have noticed from other Jersey Mikes subs, is it seems so corporatized but not this one, it really seems the team here cares what there doing and that shows that in the work they put out. Not once have I seen the work environment dirty or unsanitary and the food is always fantastic, never a complaint, it's like they hit the bullseye each time! Trust me not every Jersey Mikes is as AMAZING as this one, the on Harper can seem so out of touch and not as diligent as the one in Grosse Pointe! This one has this sorta flavor in all there subs that I just can't seem to get from other establishments in the area. Mike is also one of the managers there, he is such a nice young fellow and is always cracking jokes when I see him and always treating other with such respect you can really see how much he respects his job and cares for the place he works for !! The WORST customer service ever. incapable of multitask, slow and inefficient. actually do not even care about improving. The waiting time for a sub is literally a joke. I've been goi g to this jersey mikes since it opened in the village. It's always had bad service . I'm a big fan of Jm ! Their service is horrible ! This time they forgot a sub again! So I drive back and figured my sub would be made and ready to go . Well it wasn't they did t even start on it . The place was packed , I could clearly tell the employees didn't care ! So I was going to have to wait even longer for my sub to be made . Hell I even tipped them like I normally do . So I ended up getting a refund and turned my hr lunch break into an 1hr 45 min ! The location is slow to complete your order, and are not able to keep correct amounts of stock. I have ordered three times from this location and twice when I arrived to pick up my order they asked me to change the order because they were out of the product I ordered. Both times it was early in the day, I could understand if it was just before closing but not just after opening. Steer clear of this location! read more

Food is routinely good to excellent. Decent value from a sandwich shop. But under the pandemic scenarios I have found the ordering and service aspect has suffered. My call in order required a nearly 30-minute wait before picking up, and then I had to wait in store for another 7-19 minutes for the second of two subs to be made. Watching from lobby, staff is kind but their process is borderline maddening as one person slicing meat seems to dictate service times. Saw register guy standing around... grill guy cleaning... and then the meat slicer running to the back himself to get bread and new cheese blocks. The process appears light years behind Jimmy John's and Subway in terms of efficiency. read more

Love jersey mikes. But it's so pricey. Almost $60 for 5 sandwiches (no drinks/chips). Also this location seems to be struggling a bit. There was a tiny rush (like 4 people in line), and one online order to make, and the employees were literally running into each other on the line. They didn't seem very confident in their abilities to keep up or know what goes on each sandwich. I think they might just need a little more training, and some knowledge about how to say "behind" when you need to pass behind a coworker in the restaurant business. read more

This place is right down the street from us, which would seem ideal but we have had multiple bad experiences. Ordered in advance and they didn't even start my order until I walked in the door. Saw people come after me and leave before me which is extremely frustrating why even bother ordering in advance. Seen multiple reviews on the staff and I 100% agree i regret leaving a tip. read more

I love this location! They're always super friendly and fast. It's also very clean! I recommend getting the number 43! Its a chipotle, steak, and cheese! Yum! There's one without chipotle if spice isn't your thing but I'm not sure what the number! There's also an equivalent that has chicken instead of steak! Also good! If you get the Italian, get it Mike's way! BUT a little tip...if you're not eating it right way ask for the dressing on the side. If you don't your sub will get a little soggy! read more

Let's start positive. The food is good. Okay that was quick. Let's go to the negative. Very very unfriendly. So much so I was told by an employee they are not kid friendly. Wowzers! 3 year old daughter spilled her water cup multiple time because she's little, and they wouldn't give me a cup with a lid because the owner doesn't just give them away. When I mentioned we spilled our drink the first time all I received was a hallow look. The second time i didn't say anything. When I told my wife she wasn't surprised and mentioned her experience was exponentially worse. employees were using expletives and cheering because they got to go home early because they had just lost power. Hello? You still have customers in the "restaurant". Jersey Mike's owner would have to invite me and my family in for a private event where they sliced the meat themselves for me to spend one more penny at this place. I would say if you are reading this and ever felt they didn't seem friendly to you or your experience was not up to par... I would suggest you just walk across the street. The food is good, but the place is kind of poorly put together. The employees were nice, but the rest of the store is not great. There isn't really a dedicated line to get your sandwich (you have to go up to the slicer, but beyond that if there's multiple people the line gets chaotic) and the employees seem to have a lot to do at any given time. I guess it's fine but it's really not ideal and just having a better line and queue system would really help this place out. read more

Whoever owns this franchise needs to replace the entire staff that was working on Saturday the 10th. The whole crew was lazy, slow and actually took a 10 minute break when nobody made a sub ... there was no activity whatsoever! Since my previous review was removed, I'll try this again... The two women that work here are so rude, unpolite and uncouth that they almost made me lose my appetite. Both of them had terrible attitudes. When the short young lady was taking my order she acted as if I was bothering her. Then the taller woman who was making the subs, was slamming ingredients down on the counter. When she was down making my sandwhich, she practically tosses it to me and stomps away. As I stated before, I've been to Jersey Mike's before and love their subs, but I've never been to this location. This was my first time at this location and please believe it will be the last. This is by far the worst JM's that I have patronized. Over 5 visits, the wait is over twenty minutes for an in-store order. The staff clearly enjoy themselves as they laugh and joke around instead of doing their jobs. This place is in bad need of real management. The subs were fine. Convenient stop if you are driving up and down Mack. Turn the obnoxious overhead music off or teach the workers to scream clearly. If the music is there to chase people out quicker it may prevent me from coming in there to begin with. Put a manager in there that knows how to assign roles and streamline the process. I love Jersey Mike's and I prefer it over most sub places. That being said I go to various locations, often. This is my least favorite location. Bumping.... "My Type" by Saweetie is not a pleasant entry to a food establishment. (An inappropriate song) After not having a moment to eat all day, I decided to stop here for a quick bite around 7:15pm. To my delight I walked in and there was only ONE other customer ahead of me, who was already being helped. Three employees working in the back doing whatever they do...one employee working the toppings line...and one chatty manager who decided to have a 5min conversation about football with the customer ahead of me while I was left to wait for him to finish to finally get helped. Once I was finally asked what would I like I specified a regular #13, toasted. Now, at every JM I visit I am asked do I want just the bread toasted or the meat and cheese as well. After the manager said it won't be toasted but just "warmed up" he put the bread on the grill. I asked if he could do it with the meat and cheese and replied no that they don't do that. I was confused as they have done that for me at this location before, and literally every other one I've been to, but could not have that done here...no explanation. I asked the line worker why because I was not given an explanation and she informed me they don't do that for cross contamination reasons....they don't cook raw food there so again I was confused. When it came time to check out, the manager was moving too fast for me. He asked me if I wanted to use my points and it took a moment to realize what he said, and before I could answer he just told me a total and reached for the money I was already holding. I said "wait did you say I can use my points?" He replied "well ya but you didn't answer"....?! How nice of a manager to first ignore me when I came in then rush through the rest of the process to get me out the door. This is my least favorite location and I won't return. read more

I went into Jersey Mike's to get a sub and got a whole lot more. Their cashier outdone herself today. While I was waiting on my sub a handicap Lady came into Jersey Mike's And the cashier took her order from where the lady stood & gave the order to the young man that was cutting the meat... then the cashier told the lady she could have a Seat and that she will bring the order to her. After the handicap lady paid for her food she sit down.... And the cashier then went washed her hands and changed her gloves and help the Young man wrap the sandwiches and packed the order and brought the lady her food... The cashier was so nice and a smile that would light up any room.. I had to tell her thank you and ask her what her name was... Her name was Tamika and she was so sweet... I had to come on here and give Jersey Mike's a five star review because you didn't see people going out of there way for anyone... read more

The manager & staff working there are very rude. I've been to many Jersey Mike locations and I've never been treated poorly. The manager has cussed at me and other customers right in front of me. They have even recorded customers and made fun of them on online groups on Facebook. So I know I'm not the only one who's been treated rudely there. Today when I went there to pick up a doordash he demanded to see my phone to see the order. I told him the name of the customer and what was in the order but he still demanded to see my phone twice. I think this is because he doesn't like me from previous encounters. They never asked to see anyone else's phone and I felt like that's pretty discriminatory. Regardlessly I showed him the phone and the order. AFTERWARDS he walked into the back of the store. I stood there waiting almost 10 minutes and he never left the back of the store to make the sub for my order. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. I asked if he was going to make the order and he said No because he didn't like my attitude. I proceeded to tell him that he was the one with the attitude as always. He then told me to get the fuck out of HIS store he wasn't making the order. Last time I checked he didn't own the store . He just worked there. I was just trying to do my job as a doordasher and I'm sick of having to deal with him every time I go there. So I called doordash and informed them that they refused to make the sub and meanwhile the manager called the cops on me because he was mad I was waiting on hold with doordash. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous. He only had to make the sub so I could leave. I get it's hard to find employees these days but he is completely ruining the customer service aspect of your store. He needs to be reprimanded or fired!! No significant parking. Ordered chipotle philly, but could not detect significant heat. The meat and cheese were fine quality. Interior was clean. Restroom also reasonably neat. The staff was friendly, service a little slow considering not too busy. Stopped here because I really like the Jersey Mike in west side of Cleveland, but this one did not measure up. read more

So I frequent this place my kids like it. The food is fair and what you would expect from a joint like this. The tall drink of water working there, could be the owner, totally rages on people if they make a mistake ordering. It really honks him off if you don't let him know how many subs will be included in your order. That's the first thing he wants and man if don't deliver he starts talking to himself. One time I watched him rip this poor gal with her three kids. She vowed never to return. I often see other people in line chuckling when this happens. Maybe it's part of the franchise value equation kinda like ed debevicks in Chicago where insulting the customer is a trademark.
