This location was friendly when I picked up my order in the drive-thru. It was ready and bagged when I arrived after placing my order online 25 minutes prior. I have before and after pictures of my unboxing. A lil dissapointed in the size of the tenders. It seems as if they changed suppliers because they were larger before. Food was still hot when I got home. Fries were seasoned well. Tenders didn't taste spicy at all. Saavy sauce is great. Love the buffalo sauce as well. Will be back. read more

So we wanted to try Savy Sliders for dinner. We go there to eat, the dining room is closed. NOT a good sign. So - to make this short: No Dining Room No Crab Cakes No Bacon No SHAKES - NONE! Ya want to know what else there was none of? MY BUSINESS. Get it together. I'm not spending what looked like between $20 and $30 bucks for us, and NOT getting what we wanted. Management here is CLEARY a major issue. All this after waiting behind the whopping ONE car - for 13 minutes. Then wasting another 5 before we could order only to find out this place doesn't care enough to stock their restaurant with their menu items. Has potential to be good.. buns were stale...fries are tasty but they're supposed to be seasoned, they missed most of them. $9 for 2 sliders and fries. NO drink included that is an up charge.I expected this to be better, meat and toppings are really good so maybe at another location. Still pricer then it needs to be. !! Warning !! the staff here is very RUDE! There was no other cars in line and I asked for a second to look at the menu, I ordered my box and she asked me what kind of fries I was taken back not knowing they had different options. She apparently was annoyed by that and when I got to the window she told me to come more prepared next time. Lol excuse me? I'm 26 know how to read a menu just never been there before, and there were literally no other customers there!!! Sorry you had to wait .02 seconds so I can figure out what I wanted. We went here on a Sunday afternoon, and it took over 50 minutes to finally get all of our food-4 combo meals with no substitutions (which most of it was lukewarm at best). No apology offered at all. We're big fans of Savvy Sliders, but we won't be heading back to this location again. read more

I must say I have not been disappointed the sliders are awesome and their shakes are very delicious and most of all the customer service is terrific I have stopped at this location multiple times I've had their cod fish sliders I have also had their regular burger sliders and I believe it was a brisket or Kobe beef slider either way their food is delicious I strongly recommend read more

Ordered online and paid ahead for my food. Went inside the establishment to retrieve my food. The girl working the drive through saw me while filling up a custard shake order for one of the drive through customers, but paid attention only to the drive through customers. Had to wait at least 15 minutes before she could attend to me and grab me my food that's been sitting on the shelf behind the counter, which I contemplated grabbing myself since it was the only online order back there. I know they're short-staffed and what not, but come on, I shouldn't have to wait that long to get an order that has already been paid for, prepared and just sitting on the shelf. I will give them another try, but definitely a bad experience in terms of customer service for my 1st ever time at a Savvy Sliders establishment. read more

My food was good and the lady in the drive thru was respectful but they told me it would be $28.99 on the phone when I ordered but then when my daughter went to pick it up they overcharged me $10 but the lady at the drive thru told my daughter she would fix it but I still ended up paying $39 and when my wife went to call and complain the guy on the phone was very condescending and he kept arguing saying that the price is $39. In the end he said he would refund my whole order if we came back up there, but never should of had to go through that aggravation. read more

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I went in to pick up a mobile order and despite the order having be placed well before I arrived, when I walked in the individual behind the counter informing me that though they had received the order they hadn't bothered to put it in... Next the music playing was anything but offensive. In the 10 minutes I was in the store waiting for my order to be made the song playing repeatedly used the "F" word, the "S" word, the highly offensive "N" word, the "D" word (referring to a man's genitals), and others. Once that offensive song ended, the individual walked back and changed tracks to a second highly obscene song. I doubt this type of music is approved by Corporate. I certainly will never return to this store and likely will never visit another Savey Sliders restaurant every again. This experience left me feeling dirty. Gross...
