On the night with the wings it was a pretty rough crowd inside and when we were leaving someone sideswiped my friend's car. To his credit he did stop and apologized but said he had no insurance and took off. There wasn't any major damage and my friend was able to buff out most of the scratches. There's too many other places in the Warren/Madison Heights area for bar food that I probably won't be returning to Bugsy's .

The building itself seems to have been updated recently. There's tons of seating indoors, and it seems like they do a lot of takeout business. The staff is friendly, and the menu is pretty expansive. You'll find your usual standard fare for hot chicken, with a splash of Indian (Desi) and Korean thrown in as well! You can tell the menu is catered to the current hot chicken craze among Millennials/ Gen Z (see also: "tendies"). The service can be a bit slow right after they open. We arrived right at 11 and found that tbey were still heating up oil, etc-- it took 20-30 minutes for our orders to arrive, making it a tight fit for the lunch break. The real tough pill to swallow for me is the spice level experienced. I ordered the tenders in "cluckin hot" and I can assure you that they were cluckin not. I expect a lot more heat in the second hottest spice tier, so this was a disappointment. That said... I'm willing to give it another shot! CHC, I'll be back -- let's see what the cluck is all about!

I was put on hold for three minutes to put in my order. It's probably faster to order online. There's no dining in here. Not that it is really that kind of place anyways. I also got the ranch, which is made in house for defy. The order totaled $38.88. The woman that took my order said it would take about 20 to 30 minutes for the order to be ready. The cajun fries are OK. Decent Cajun seasoning. They're rather soggy and not crispy at all. They are at least hand cut fries, as they're all different sizes and thicknesses too. The veggie sticks are carrots and celery. The mango habanero is probably the better of the flavors to me. The garlic Parmesan was just OK. Nothing special. The atomic flavor is not my favorite.
