My team was gifted a catered sub package from someone. The mini subs were delicious and flavorful. My team had the veggie, ham and provolone as well as Turkey and provolone. I love Jersey Mikes, but this location and the one in Middletown are the worst I've ever encountered (and I've been to their locations all across the United States). We love getting chipotle mayo on our sandwiches and usually ask for extra with no problem (at any of the other locations) but here, according to the servers (who seem to live in fear of the owner), the owner wants them to use as little chipotle mayo as possible on the sandwiches, and he doesn't want them to give more than three sauces (even for a giant sandwich). Never mind the fact that the sauce containers they give are only ever half-full (if that). This and the Middletown, NY location are the only two Jersey Mikes we've EVER encountered where this is the owner's policy. We definitely don't blame the people working behind the counter, but this is a terribly cheap thing to do. And there isn't even an option to buy extra sauces, which we've never been asked to do, but would be willing to do. From now on we will drive further to a different location to ensure we get a Jersey Mikes sandwich that actually tastes like a Jersey Mikes sandwich and not a cheap knock-off. We doordashed 2 of the #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steaks and they were just a slab of folded chicken, like steakums, with very little chipotle mayo, cheese, onions and peppers. The chicken wasn't even cut up like it's supposed to be in a cheesesteak just a solid hunk of meat. Very unappetizing and tasteless without the chipotle mayo. Don't bother ordering the cookies or the brownies either they are terrible! At least the bread was soft and they both arrived warm. Very disappointing for our first time trying Jersey Mikes. I got mine at the one in Hartsdale in westchester county. I got two subs. The turkey/ Swiss had one thin slice of cheese. The other was a chicken Philly cheese. I paid extra for more cheese. It hardly had any. After eating, my mouth was so dry. They must use a ton of salt. It was expensive and not good. Go to your local deli and get a real sandwich at less cost. read more

So disappointed. The sandwiches don't taste as good as other Jersey Mike's I've been to, probably because they skimp on the sauces and the meat. The owner definitely cuts corners, so what's the point in buying a sandwich that doesn't taste like the Jersey Mike's sandwiches I like -- yet costs the same. I love Jersey Mike's. As a franchise, though, quality of both food and service can differ from shop to shop. In Goshen, I've always gotten great food and fast and friendly service. Over the past few days, I've had my sandwich made by Tabitha, who knocked it out of the park! I am a vegetarian and she took the time to completely wipe down the slicer and clean the counter. She changed her gloves and just gave my food a little extra TLC and she did it with a smile! Everyone who works rather is kind and attentive and this place deserves your business. My husband recently used Postmates to order an Original Italian Sub from this location, and I have to say, it was the most delicious sandwich I've tasted since moving to Orange County! The hero's are like Blimpie's reincarnated. Bread wasn't even soft in warm or didn't even feel like freshly made. NOTHING beats a hero from your best neighborhood Italian deli - stick with them for quality. I wanted to love this place just for basic ham/swiss hero's, but taste like I got it from your cheapest supermarket. Also, hopefully by now they replaced the sandwich maker who truly had a hard time remember the few things I wanted on both hero's. Last evening I went to Jersey Mike's in Goshen. It was my first time getting subs from a Jersey Mike's and definitely won't be the last. I got the giant original Italian and it was awesome! Perfect amount of meat, cheese oil and vinegar and seasoning. I also got the turkey and provolon...it was good but no different than a regular deli. The service was fast and very efficient. The store was spotless. I am glad it's a 25 minute drive from my house or I would go far too often. read more
