Went here with my family as a party of 3 on June 10th 2023 for a late lunch around 2-3. We were heading to a Goshen hotel for a wedding, so we were in the area. We had to decide what to order, after looking at the menu, we decided. I ordered the Impossible Burger, which is burger king's new plant based burger, with fries and a soda. My mom ordered the original chicken sandwich, and my dad ordered a whopper jr, and a BBQ whopper. We had take out. Cashier was very nice. Price wasn't bad either. We ate inside for this trip, and the dining room was clean. i like their soda machine where one can choose their own soda, but the touchscreen was a little non responsive... Food was good, we enjoyed their fries, as they taste less salty than mcdonalds, and i enjoyed their impossible burger! May stop again if we are ever in the area! read more

Went here on Saturday for a quick bite. The prices here are much higher than the location in Port Jervis where I usually eat. they had music playing that was a lot of Queen and Beatles tunes. I liked it but maybe some others would not appreciate the sound level or assortment of songs. The restaurant seems very new like it was remodeled and the restroom was very clean and spacious. It's Burger King! I can't make my reviews of fast food spots read too differently because these major franchises are all the same and "should" be the same experience at all the locations. Unless the food or building is absolutely disgusting and reviews warn you to stay away there's really not much to say about fast food spots that are positive other than the experience is consistent with the franchise guidelines. This location I believe underwent major renovations in recent years so everything inside is modern to conform to current BK franchise standards. I ordered my meal at the digital kiosk inside the store, picked up my grub and was on my way. I understand the disdain from past reviews about customer service because to me that's just as important if not more important than the product or services you are selling. My visit to this location was as expected, uneventful, pleasant and food tasted as I expected it would. read more

wow, this is a really bad Burger King. And I came here for the first time because I was in the area I ordered the impossible burger without cheese and I stressed "no cheese" as I'm vegan. Well, when I got to my hotel, Shernoff melted cheese all over it. He also screwed up my son's order and nothing tasted fresh at all pretty bad here I would never go back to this Burger King again . Ordered a large chocolate shake. Guy gave me something with a dome lid but no whipped cream... which is fine, but then keep your dome lid. I asked if this small was a large and he told me shakes only came in one size. The shake was white and tasted like chemicals. I threw it out before I got out of the parking lot, pissed that I just spent $4 on a small shake that tasted like ass. Went to the gas station and got some ice cream and milk to make my own damn shake. read more

(Doesn't even deserve one star, but Yelp required at least that) I was given a chicken sandwich that was spoiled - and not expecting to ever have to return my lunch I tossed the receipt as I left. Didn't know it was bad until I got back to work and bit into it. Without a receipt all they can do is give me another sandwich, I wouldn't even consider eating there again. Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Both the drive thru and inside seating have been pleasant. It's fast food, not much different from any other BK. The employees have always been nice to me and it's been clean every time I've gone inside. Also I prefer their fries to other fast food places. read more

I haven't consumed red meat in years due to health reasons. Went here on my lunch break and ordered a veggie burger. Returned to work before sitting down to eat, after the first bite I realized I was given beef! This was no accident as I was charged correctly and my sandwich was in the correct wrapping. That beef burger with slime looked nothing like a veggie burger. It's impossible to confuse the two! I am highly disappointed with their incompetence. I give up on fast food restaurants. read more

Stopped in ladies' room prior to ordering; there was no soap (dispenser appeared broken). Informed manager; she said, "okay," but did nothing, nor did she send any employee to address it (yes, I watched, for the entire 20 minutes we were there). This means, obviously, that no female employees were able to wash hands with soap after using the toilet. Yes, female employees handled my food. No, I will never eat here again. read more

The staff is wonderful and the food is good. However, it is the atmosphere that led to this rating. Let's imagine that this Burger King location is Thanksgiving dinner at your Uncle Fred and Aunt Sophie's house. I know, this is a stretch, but just hear me out. Everyone is nice and dinner is going well until your Dad mentions to Uncle Fred something about the new guy in whatever political office and how he seems promising. Well, Uncle Fred vehemently disagrees and states that he cannot believe these uninformed masses voted him in. Dad is stunned and replies with an arsenal of "facts" stating why Uncle Fred's candidate is a criminal. Uncle Fred won't have any of that and starts resorting to personal insults against Dad. Meanwhile, you are sitting between them, trying to eat. Unfortunately, all this political banter and animosity has vanquished your appetite. You take the first opportunity available to leave the room and hideout by watching the football game until it's time to leave. You vow not to return next year. Now, back to Burger King. My recommendation to this location is to leave the political news shows off the TVs. Trying to eat and hearing the debating on their TVs makes me lose my appetite. How about something less controversial, like HGTV or the Travel Channel? Note: I've asked the management to change the station a number of times and they have politely declined. read more

Whenever you go drive thru, you are asked to pull up to the side and wait! For some reason they never have the food ready... Drive thru means wait thru at this burger king, and then the order is wrong to boot. Won't be stopping here again read more

Typical service that you would expect at a fastfood place. I have been to cleaner ones and worst ones, as well. This place could use a makeover, but I assume the amount of traffic it gets doesn't justify a major investment. read more
