If I could leave zero stars, I would. Once they start school season it is all down hill. These children really need to learn proper etiquette while working in customer service. How do you forget the most simple things in an order? You specifically asked what sauces and they give you absolutely none when you get your bag. And the drinks? Don't ever think you will get it filled to an appropriate mark. My son got his cup HALFWAY filled with ZERO ICE. Horrible. Management needs to step up. And corporate needs to stand in to make sure management does what they're supposed to do. read more
