Will start off with that i've been here before prepandemic, and always had good service here. Went here yesterday Saturday February 10th 2024 to get some shamrock shakes with my dad. We were taking a ride, so we decided to go to the drive through. we ordered 2 medium shamrock shakes. Tad problem is we couldn't quite hear the person who took our order, but maybe he was talking to someone else or something. My dad paid with a $20.00 bill, and got the correct change. This place is actually so on and off. We went at 7:30pm today and we got a hot fudge sundae and chocolate milkshake. Not hard right? The chocolate milkshake seems fine but the hot fudge sundae was bad immediately after given. Service was ok. Nothing to say on it but the food was not good. The hot fudge was way too hot. It was dripping out of the cup into the cupholder and created a huge mess in the car. Ice cream was literal milk and actually horrible. Nothing to say but it was bad. Really bad. read more

It's nice and clean and they even still have a play place! I witnessed something go down here which I will not write in this review but the manager handled the situation VERY professionally. This is a great McDonald's. For starters it's very clean and big. We often stop here because it has a play room for the kids. My favorite feature is a quick order kiosk and they deliver the food to your table. This is awesome, the food service is fast and the kids optimize all of their play time while we wait for food. They have wifi and friendly staff. I dont often eat fast food but am willing to stop here for the kids. Thank you McDonald's, this is by far my favorite McDonald's restaurant. read more

What a clean, happy McDonald's. At most location, you walk through those Golden Arches and think to yourself "Man, how quickly can I get out of this place?" But this location, including the Play Area, was spotless. Brandon, the employee hat helped us out, was so extremely nice and helpful! He was engaging, had a real conversation with us, and even politely helped my friends figure out what the name of the obscure item they were trying to order was as they awkwardly described it to him! Went inside because the drive thru line was very long and inside didn't look too busy. Wrong choice. Walked in and they were empty. There were a few people inside waiting but nothing crazy. Definitely less people inside then on the drive thru line. I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes for a large fry and a chicken wrap. Food is always super fresh (guess that's the benefit of the place being so busy). Overall, I was pleased with the meal, but I wanted something quick and this was not quick. I'm extremely disappointed and confused by my visit to the Chester McDonald's last evening. My friends and I had the most rude and unprofessional experience. You really can't make this up. There's a double drive thru at this McDonald's, and we went into the first one. As my friend began to order they cut him off and told him they would be with us in one sec so We waited at this ordering station for legitimately 15 mins while they took 4 other orders from the other drive thru. We got trapped in the drive thru bc of all the cars in front and behind us in the other lane. We had no choice but to stay in the drive thru lane and at this point we might as well stay and wait til we get to the window in hopes to order our food there. We kindly explained what happened at the ordering station to the worker and she went to get her manager. The nasty old miserable night manager with gray short hair gave us a nasty look and snapped at the worker to just take our order and make us park and wait. We ordered, paid and waited ONLY FOR ANOTHER RUDE WORKER (young box dyed red hair girl) who comes out to bring the order to the car and forgets part of the order. We said that there was more to our order (that we paid for in advance) and she rolls her eyes, makes a big irritated sigh, and goes back to get it. The worst customer service, my son lost his wallet at this McDonalds, went to ask the manager and she provided no help. I asked her if a customer or associate turn in a wallet, it was lost the night before, she said no, I told her can I give you my number just in case someone turns in the wallet and I will provide you with my name of my son. She responded no, I lost my wallet in Walmart and never got it back. She did not attempt to take my information or my sons. I would think as a manager you would take the contact information in case someone does return the wallet, that is the last placed he used his wallet. On July 4th, 2021 at appx. 11:00am, I placed an order via mobile app and drove through the drive thru to pick up my order and I was met with "the app does not allow that type of order to be placed". Even though I had received a confirmation number through the mobile app. So I had to re-place my order through the drive thru. I had been waiting approximately 30 min for the food and couldn't wait any longer so i cancelled and requested a refund. When I was speaking with the manager "Maria" I was met with rude comments and was told" don't come back here then, go somewhere else!" I have been going to this Mcdonalds for over a decade and have notice the quality of service deteriorating over the last few months, but today definitely took the cake.
