On the way back to my airbnb we stopped at SuperNacho. The restaurant itself is nice and service is great. Good vibe and decor is on point, music was a little out of touch for a Mexican Restaurant but I'm not upset, it was good music! Now, i shouldn't have expected too much in terms of authenticity from a place called SuperNacho but nonetheless i was a little disappointed. For one, i ordered the chicken fajitas and each bite of chicken was VERY oily, perhaps the oiliest chicken fajitas ive ever had, the mxn rice was a little underwhelming and the refried beans tasted straight out the can. I also ordered nachos, and honestly everything felt the same. The cheese was 100% the same liquid cheese they get from a can and use on concession stand nachos, Rico's brand i believe, that taste is unique like no other. My mother ordered steak fajitas and they came out just as oily, i don't think I've ever seen that thick a coating of oil on chicken or steak before. Unfortunately the oil didn't taste like very high quality oil, possibly vegetable or canola oil, sits heavy in the stomach post consumption. To be completely honest the food is very underwhelming overall, especially for the price, our food came out to around 140 not including tip for 2 kids drinks, an agua fresca, nachos, enchiladas (these were fine but not note worthy tbh), chicken nachos (fine not noteworthy), kids taco, and 2 fajitas. Pretty disappointed that they couldn't cater an event after agreeing it leaving my wife to have to scramble and find a new vendor. Thankfully, Mi Ranchito came in clutch. They still have powerful meals and excellent tacos. They are incredibly delicious. I just won't ever use them for catering or events. read more

They were short-staffed so service was on the slower side. We decided to split the appetizer nachos and chimichanga bites because we wanted to save room to go out for ice cream. We quickly realized that that wasn't enough; nachos were a much smaller portion than I anticipated. We ended up ordering the Poblano Chicken Sandwich in addition. The chicken was okay, liked the melty cheese and ciabatta bread the most. Other Mexican restaurants that we have been to serve chips and salsa as you wait for your food; I do wish that Super Nachos did this. Great Take-Out Only! This place is a great take out spot for authentic Mexican cuisine. Once you walk in the front door you'll understand why this place is take out only! Pre-pandemic they have seating on the side of the building but it's very limited capacity therefore I recommend this spot for take out. I went to the restaurant around 7:15pm (the restaurant closes at 8pm) and asked to place an order for take-out. The staff told me that the kitchen is "backed up" with take-out orders and they were not accepting take-out orders. I then asked if I can dine-in and they said the restaurant was "closing soon" and refused to serve me. I looked around at the tables and most of the customers were White and Hispanic. Not sure if they have an thing against Asians or maybe it was because I wore a face mask, but FYI we don't all have COVID. I wear a mask because my family members are elderly and have health issues. And if it's not a race thing, this restaurant might as well lock their front doors at 7:15pm if they close at 8pm. I went to El Rancho around the corner and was able to order dinner for my family. I loved going to the old location. Fair prices for exceptional Mexican food. When I heard that they were closing (not knowing they were actually moving) we were so sad. Today visiting their NEW location at the former Pizza Hut, we ordered our staple Tacos. The delicious food is still the same. The new digs is far larger than the old location and with eat in dining to boot. Instead of being a family affair, they have a full staff. However, this has come with a BIG disappointing side effect. The prices have gone up 50-100%. I understand covid has some price increases and staffing does cost extra but I think this is going to have an effect on the amount of times we would go. The big draw was the reasonable pricing with the old location. Now that has disappeared. Also, we used to love coming here for lunch but their current hours are only 4pm-9pm. The food is ok here. I've had a handful of different items. One is as good as the next. Nothing phenomenal but it's convenient and easy. They have a drive thru that you can order ahead and pick up from. Inside is a converted Pizza Hut. The people operating the front don't really seem very happy to be there typically. Little place on the side of Main St with some street parking available across the street. Entrance in front and little waiting room 6ftx6ft inside. Give your order and wait outside in their patio seating with metal chairs and tables with umbrellas. Tacos here are authentic tasting and the salsa verde is spicy, but lacking more complex flavor. Chimichangas were a good portion and good tasting. Peppers inside made for a better flavor. Meat was tender and moist. One of the better tasting mexican places around here for sure. Looking for a highway pull off? We were and tried Super Nacho. We'll do it again with this review to remind us. It's a small take out place with no seating inside. If the weather is nice, they have several tables outside. Goshen is a quaint little town right off the highway. We stop here frequently on the way through and are eating our way around the town, many choices. On to the food, I had the vegetarian enchilada which had mushrooms, spinach, peppers cheese and onions with green tomatillo sauce, rice and beans. It was a bit too much onion for me. They might want to mix a bit of beans in there instead of so much onion. Still tasty. My friend ordered the fish tacos, which I sampled and were crispy on outside, tender inside. They need to use cabbage instead of lettuce to hit the taco home. Kid had a nicely priced cheese quesadilla and fries. They have their own Cherry soda! We shall return. read more

Super nacho is absolutely delicious, no matter what you order! We love their mushroom tacos nachos and fajitas. We have dined in which is a very cute clean space, or picked up via the drive thru which is SO handy (esp with a baby!) definitely recommend this restaurant. My only suggestion for improvement is to serve all dine-in food on a plate rather than putting things like a burrito in a basket. Who would have thought such a small place can create such bold flavors. I used to go to Jimmy Changas on my lunch break and I remember the burritos being so good. I have since switched jobs and haven't been back for several years until now. I was in town and decided to stop in for lunch. They haven't changed a bit! Their authentic Mexican food is exceptional. This time however, I got one of the days specials: Salmon and Mango Salsa tacos. I was not disappointed one bit. The flavor was absolutely amazing and the salmon was exceptionally fresh. Yesterday afternoon, I found myself with time to kill and a hunger for tacos. My friend who lives in Goshen recommended I stop by Jimmy Changas. Knowing I was having lunch alone, a takeaway establishment was my preferred option. I parked directly out front and was greeted with an abundance of mouthwatering aromas as I exited my car. Immediately, I thought to myself, in the words of David Byrne, "This must be the place." I walked in through the front screen door, and was given the option of ordering from the specialized lunch menu or form their regular items. I chose the fish tacos platter authentic style, and a bottle of sweet jarritos. For 3 decent sized tacos, delicious fresh battered fish, refried beans, yellow rice, a cup of the hot sauce, and the soda, I paid $10.26. So. Worth. It. I sat out front beneath the final sunny afternoon of a long summer, and chowed down on some of the best fish tacos I've ever had locally. My only suggestion for the food may be to add a little more season in to the fish, though it's flakiness almost made up for that completely. I just kept feeling it needed more lime or lemon, but that's just me! My only complaint about the establishment is that it is tight and very warm inside. Given, it is a takeaway restaurant, but on a crowded day it must be miserable for both employees and customers. If you're looking for a quick, and super delicious meal that boasts fresh ingredients and authenticity, look no further than Jimmy Changas. But if you're parking, just pay the meter because the cops are ticket hungry around there. read more
