I always see very low reviews for every single McDonald's. One, two maybe three stars and lots of negative comments. I think that is very disingenuous. The reason? 65 million people visit this chain each and every single day. If it was so bad they wouldn't come back. Any normal restaurant that has one or two stars consistently would never survive even a year. McDonald's is quick and predictable fast food no matter where you go. It's always about the same give or take the temperature or food or the service time. Those people rating one or two stars I bet come to McDonald's all the time so must not be that bad. Today I got my nuggets, my drink and my fries. Everything is hot. Served very quickly even when the place is super packed. And with the app I got a great deal five dollars for 20 nuggets. You can't beat that anywhere else. The place looks clean and well-maintained. All employees look like they are doing their job so I have zero complaints. I'm not looking for the best nuggets or super healthy food that's not McDonald's and I know that. So if the food was good, and the service is good and the place is clean, it warrants me to give four or five stars and that's why I think everyone else should rate it unless they had a terrible experience and they don't come back again. read more

It must have been undercooked because after I had it I felt sick and my stomach was in immense pain. When I got home I took a shower and started throwing up from the pain and discomfort. Just be prepared to eat nasty drive thru food with extra topping of personal hair in food! And be prepared to have the lines out onto Rt 211 from the drive thru, and have pan handlers begging for money with a sign stating they're poor (yet to support their drug habit) smh, at the drive thru menu sign which is an illegal act. Very disappointed with my meal. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. First bite was so rubbery, half of the chicken came out from between the roll. Tried another bite, same result. Returned it to the counter, and they said they would make me new one. Slightly better, but still rubbery in spots. I threw the last part away. Aside from the rubbery texture, the sandwich was dry - no toppings except for 2 measly pickle slices. On top of the poor food, the restaurant was not clean. Every table had crumbs and/or food residue. One of the customers started complaining, taking photos of the dirty tables. Right after that, someone came from behind the counter and started wiping down tables. We won't be going back to this McDonald's. read more

In the past year I have seen some changes with the food coming out more fresh and well done, the food in the inside is more faster than the drive thru and I ask the manager and they get over 250 cars a day and great service read more

So I venture back today I order 3 items and they still screwed up the order giving me the wrong burger with the incorrect condiments on it so I call and lucky me I get Jesse on the phone and he expects someone not to be angry for 2 incorrect orders within a few days. Then proceeds to tell me that I should be a little nicer and that he is trying to help me. Then proceeds to challenge me and when I told him I would come back to the store to pay him a visit he threatened that he would call the police on me. This is the nicest McDonald'd I've ever been to. The bathroom was super clean and everything seemed brand new. You could order at the counter and at kiosks. We walked over to grab napkins so when our food was ready, the kind server behind the counter brought us over our drinks and food. A perfect rest stop! read more

The worst experience ever. The overnight manager "Chris" not only yelled racial epithets at me, but also threatened me to a fist fight. I arrive at McDonald's to purchase my wife and I food. I am informed that it's cash only! I ask can I come in and se the ATM? I was informed this store does not have one. I thank them and proceed to my banking institution to obtain there means of payment. I return place my order through the drive through and proceeded to the payment window. I wanted to use a coupon from the company application. I was informed that the system is down. I inquire about being able to use the coupon at a future date and was rudely told no. I asked to speak to manager and "Chris" was extremely rude when I asked can the coupon be used at a later date towards future purchases? Chris response was no and for me asking the question "now you can't get your food either" . If this wasn't enough. Chris starts hurling racial slurs. I explained to yet another of Chris's colleagues that if he wanted to have a more passionate debate he could then come outside and we can have one. The managers response was priceless " oh you bout that life then pull up" I've been a manger for over twenty years and have seen some reprehensible things, but this was top of the top. Being that this company is one of the global leaders in fast food to employ such a callous and malicious human being says a lot. Not only should this behavior not be tolerated but action needs to happen. I will follow this review up with phone calls and emails to the corporate office or the franchise owner. Once that is done I will follow those phone calls and emails up with letters to the Better Business Bureau the Attorney General and my local assembly man. When I came here I saw some schoolboys and girls, getting their food. It turbos out that these kids were actually a soccer team. They won and I heard this kid Jonny got a goal and carried their team. But on to other matters, he asked the delightful employee Patrick and he brought them warm chocolate chip cookies. They thanked him deeply and he showed me and the team great customer service and made sure that they felt welcome. My food was great and I also loved Patrick. I will admit, I go to McDonald's way more often than I should. This particular location makes me want to never go to McDonald's again. Often there is a huge line in both the drive thru and inside. The 1 star review I am giving this location is due to their odd policy about not giving out receipts when you go inside. Instead of giving customers their receipts, ALL of the receipts from ALL three registers are placed on their small counter where they keep the cookies. You have to remember your number while standing next to sometimes up to five other customers waiting for food. I've seen people take other people's food and come back screaming, the workers call order numbers and no one takes the food...it's as confusing as putting together furniture from Ikea. I don't know if this is a corporate move, but I absolutely will not go inside this location anymore due to this weird policy. The past few times I've left this location, I've left annoyed. read more

It's easy to miss the entrance to this McDonald's; the sign is hidden by a bush. Inside is pretty clean, service was good. I don't eat fast food very often, but I had a craving today, so here I am! Upon picking up my order, I checked it as plenty of times I have gotten home to find something wrong or missing. I find that i am missing 2 items. I sent my 16 year old inside with the receipt to get the missing items. After waiting 15 minutes for her to come out, she comes and states that they would not give her the missing items, stated the employee had brought them out and if they were missing it was not by their hands. So basically they are saying we are lying and frauds. After arguing with them they gave me the items and still got the happy meal wrong. The service in this location is terrible. The kids working there don't pay attention to completing orders. We ordered a Sundae , mcflurry and chicken nugget meal. We had to ask for spoon and nuts for the Sundae. They completely forgot about the mcflurry and we had to ask for it. One employee handed the Mcflurry with lid half off. They ask you what kind of sauce for the chicken nuggets only to completely forget to put any in the bag. The amount of people working you would think the manager would mange his staff better. I absolutely think the Goshen McDonalds has better staff and mangers. These young employees need to take pride in their work. Horrible drive-thru experience. I placed my order and waited in line for over 20 minutes because the people ahead of me at the window were trying to get free food through the McDonald's app on their cellphones. The person working the window should've told them to pull ahead or come inside because they were holding up the line. The line was very busy and there were several other people that left without paying for their orders. McDonald's just lost my business. I won't return to this location ever again. It's called fast food for a reason. For the price and the wait, you'd be better off just going to the diner down the road. The food is better and so is the service. read more

The food is good when they get it correct. I have been to this location three times now and waiting in the drive through line 20+ minutes the first two times and the third almost half an hour. Staff is always nice and professional. They always mess up my order but correct it when I complain and the girls at the window are always apologetic. It's kind of become a game with my roommate to see how they will mess up our order. However very disappointed this trip. They forgot our fries which is fine, we noticed and had them correct it. However, we got home and realized that our chicken nuggets weren't even cooked, they were still frozen. They almost never get the orders correct, opting to give you a more expensive item instead of the dollar menu items we order.
