This Jersey Mikes will get you for your money so watch out. I was easily charged for a regular when I ordered a mini but didn't realize it until I looked at my receipt. Then when I came back a couole minutes after to ask about my sub she(Lauren) already knew she had overcharged me. So be aware and very careful with all these youngsters out here working your money. read more

Ooook!!!.... as for first time here, I give them 3 stars, they didn't loose more because of the taste and the cleaningness of the place, but because this kid in his 20's (sorry nobody has name tag) he needs to be more patient with first time customers (I addresses my self as first time customer ) no smile, he kind of was upset for something....Don't take it with customers please. Any way, I kept my cool. Please treat better your new customers, they'll comeback. .. Thanks. read more

Always make the sandwiches to order and serve it mighty healthy. Just the way I like it

I have to say, I live right across the street and I wasn't a big fan at first due to prices... But now I am! The student special is KILLER! $6 for any Regular sub, chips, and a drink. The Italian is really really good Mikes way, the Chipotle Cheese steak is awesome(i get extra meat and extra chipotle mayo), and the Club supreme is great also. Mikes way on the cold subs is the only way. The amount of oregano, oil, and vinegar they put on the subs is what does it for me. I'm there almost daily now when it opens for the student special and the service. The service is always friendly and engaging. read more

I usually come here because the staff is really friendly, however after today I will not be coming back. The guy who rang up my order was in no doubt sarcastically rude. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but showing and expressing his negativity to customers is very repugnant. It was unnecessary for any of the smart mouth talk. All I wanted was two combo sandwiches and chips. Even with asking please and saying thank you he seemed to not have any knowledge of the way he was caring himself in such negative way. I'm disappointed how I was treated today and more disappointed that this place has employees that have no friendly manners. read more

This review is for the staff. I believe his name was Nick, I could be wrong. Was last night, 3-1-22, and both staff members were great. Nick was extremely helpful. read more

stopped by today and it was ok. $6 for any regular sub + drink + chips with student id. Not bad at all! I tried the cold sandwiches, not really a big fan. They really do seem to skimp out on the meat though.. theres so much bread. read more

Not too impressed. No mustard and there were onions in the mayo. There was a new guy there, his first day, so I was patient. But didn't particularly like the bossy chit chat from the other workers. Seems a bit disorganized, get some dijon mustard Jersey Mikes. The franchises in Georgia have mustard. Sandwhich was delicious, but would of been better with....you guessed it....dijon mustard. Went about 20 mins ago and asked for two #9's which is suppose to include bacon, but the ran outta bacon. First of all...HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF AN ITEM THAT YOUR RESTAURANT USES TO MAKE OTHER ITEMS???? Secondly, I asked for them "mike's way" which is suppose to include mayo and other condiments. But when biting into the sandwich, they were not "mike's way." The two females that were working their probably didn't even wanna be there...very disappointing because this is my "go to" sub place. Because of these two females incompetence and the managers ability to not keep menu items stocked, I will be going to the Jersey Mike's location opening in San Dimas. read more

We love these sandwiches in our family. In fact, it is my daughters favorite food place! However this is the second time that we have been here and they have run out of bread! At least this time it was just the wheat, last time it was every type of bread. read more

Usually I enjoy going to this location. People are friendly and the sandwiches are Usually good. But tonight I was taken back by the sign on the door requiring face coverings before entering. Especially since the guy behind the counter slicing the meat and preparing sandwiches had his mask below his nose, just barely hanging on to his lip. The other employees were wearing their masks just great. But the guy who is slicing the meat and handling it was not covered properly. After waiting awhile he finished the order he was working on, I decided that him breathing directly all over the meat, bread etc was not acceptable. So I told them to never mind about the sandwiches. I went to the other jersey mike's about 5 miles away. In this day and age. Preparing food for other people should be taken seriously. I work out in the public everyday and I never let my mask expose my face. For the safety of myself and the safety of others around me. read more

I tried Jersey Mike's for the first time last week. My co-workers brought sandwiches to the office and I ate the roast beef w' provolone. YUMMM! The bread so was soft!!! I was thrilled! ....and that being my biggest gripe with sandwich shops is hard crusty bread! The provolone was also very thinly sliced and it reminded me of an old out of business sandwich shop in Covina called Darios which was AWESOME in it's day! No complaints here... my sangwich was DEEELISH ;) Jersey Mike's Glendora GOOD JOB! read more

I always tell my husband about my favorite Italian foods from N.J. Boy, was Jersey Mike's a pleasant surprise for some sandwiches. Not all were good, but the five star rating is for the following: - meatball sandwich (It has that sweet sauce taste that I remember so very well!) - basic sub sandwich prepared "Mike's way". I hadn't had that light, glistening type of oil in forever! It really brought back memories. Whatever oil it is, they had down to an art what I remember having eaten as a kid. read more

This place is too much. Im here in Glendora at Jersey Mikes these people are very unorganized. The staff sucks. Managers in the back fiddling with his thumbs!! Dude come out n help your staff. Lady comes in after me orders two sandwiches n is gone before me. I ordered 3 one cold n 2 hot. My order should have been complete together!! Not a 30 minute wait!!! Not going there again. read more

I ran into your Glendora Location on Grand Ave & Route 66. This is only my 2nd or 3rd time eating at Jersey Mikes. The store had only a few people inside. Two of the employees were in the corner having a quick meeting (I guess), and one guy was behind the counter. His name is JULIAN. Not only was Julian engaged with the two parties in front of me and entertaining while having the conversation - he genuinely had everyone's attention in the store and had a great energy about him. Older people came in and asked if the table could be cleaned off (even though there were several other clean tables around... Julian quickly responsed that he would be right there and finished taking my order - excused himself and ran to clean the table as he greeted the older couple and asked how there day was going... There was a total of four people working at this time. At some point a guy came out of the back and started making sandwiches (perhaps phone orders) the other two girls finished their meeting and went back to assisting each other at the cash register. Worth mentioning - both of these girls walked by the dirty table first before getting back into the flow f the cash register. Julian would make a great employee anywhere - most people dont pay attention and don't care! This young man - owned it as it was his own! Made a great impression and enjoyable experience! so many companies miss the mark to treat people well and not just move us through the machine! Thank You! and Thank You - Julian!! read more

5 stars way up high for Charleson! Great customer service for sure! I tripped out a bit though because now when ordering a sandwich if you don't tell them what size you want they just start making a regular size one, that's crazy. I wanted a giant #13 and the very nice girl already cut the bread for a regular size, I guess they aren't supposed to ask you what size sandwich you want now or what? read more

Came in today for dinner and Greyson was awesome! He accommodated my request for a wipe down of the cheese/meat slicer since I'm vegetarian. He made my veggie sandwich with efficiency and a smile! Thank you, Greyson for a great experience! read more

I'm a big fan of Mike's, it's leaps and bounds above the other sub spots. Things get even sweeter when you receive emailed (or mailed) coupons. Their meats are freshly sliced, and their bread looks to be freshly baked as well. All these fresh ingredients combine their super deliciousness to bring your taste buds happiness like you won't find in too many sandwich joints. read more

I had seen other Jersey Mike's in the area but never stopped by. This place opened near where I live. It was not busy like how other people have posted. I would say we had two or three people in front of us and it was on a weeknight around 6pm or 7pm. Anyhow, getting to the food. I ordered the Jersey Shore's Favorite (no I am not a fan of the MTV show) after one of the workers provided me a sample of the meat they put in the Jersey Shore sandwich. Wow! the meat was cut very thin and certainly not like Subway. I loved the taste. After they made my sandwich in front of me (there are some sandwiches that you need to wait to be called for like the Philly Cheese Steak), I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into a Jersey Mike's sandwich. It was delicious and way different from Togo's or Subway. The bread they use is crisp but flavorful. I would love to eat it plain, warm and with butter! After I took the first bite, it reminded me of a eating a similar sandwich many moons ago that I can't pinpoint where or when. But it was delicious. I highly recommend it. Since it opened, I've ate twice there and never have been disappointed. Watch out Subway! read more

This was my first time actually being able to really enjoy this place. I tried a cold sub before and it was really REALLY good. Well today I tried a hot one.... WELL, that was freaking amazing!! First off the young guy that helped me was super friendly, he totally knew his stuff, helped me find exactly what was I was looking for, then he cooked it right in front of me, doesn't get any fresher!! I get home and take a bite, WHY did I wait so long?! This is unlike any hot sandwich I've ever had, and he cooked it well because this sandwich is huge and it didn't fall apart while eating. I didn't catch your name, but to the tall, young ginger- Your awesome Dude, thanks for your help! Will definitely be back soon! read more

Just stopped by after trick or treating...We're starving and we have tired cranky kids in tow...Unbuckle and unload the kids and go inside. The employee tells us they're "closing early because she can't be left alone". Excellent service at this location. The subs are great as always, restrooms are clean ,

There wasn't as much meat on my sandwich at this location but overall it was delicious. Friendly staff and a clean restaurant I really can't complain. Rosemary bread is delicious read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Glendora, California

Just had the chicken Philly cheese and it was delicious. :) They could have a better variety of chips to go with the different type of sandwiches. The line is disorganized. And the seating needs to be rearranged. But the food was great. :) read more

Went here tonight and ordered the Club Sub that had a variety of meats. They included Turkey, Cheese, Bacon, etc. ... The sandwich itself was okay. What I mean is, it isn't something I will remember and have to go back to order again. The bread they use was something I enjoyed the most (white). The meat, well, they place a hunk of somewhat marinated, jellied Turkey on a slicer and slice it less than paper thin. That in my opinion ruins the sandwich. People would more than likely enjoy (including myself) thicker slices of meat and cheese, therefore making a sandwich that makes you feel like you are biting into something. I personally enjoy a bit of mayo and mustard and not Mikey's way. The herbs they sprinkle can occasionally be too much too handle. Service here was good. The place was not busy however. I don't know what it would be like with more people inside. Personally, I probably will not be back. Meat way too thin, cheese way too thin and they pack the lettuce on. Bread was the only good thing. read more

I just moved to Glendora from Monrovia and was happy I had a Jersey Mike's down the street from me. The Monrovian Jersey Mike's was awesome and fast. They had a meal deal for $8.95 (Regular sandwich, chips and drink). Went to the Glendora Jersey Mike's last week for the first time and they were so slow and little more expensive. Today I ordered a tuna with cheese and they charged me $1.25 for cheese!! All the sandwiches on the menu have cheese except the tuna. Why charge me? The Monrovian and San Dimas Jersey Mike's never did. I might just go to the San Dimas from now on. read more

Ordered online for a faster pickup and the order said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Came to the store 15 minutes later and they barely started making our sandwiches. It wasn't until 40 minutes since we ordered that our sandwiches were finally done. Very annoying. read more

I have been here a few times before work and they disappoint me every time. I always do online order so I can pick it up and leave but they always end up helping someone else that was after me. I tell them what sandwich it is and I see it on the counter but they always make me stand there which is very unnecessary. Why advertise that we skip the line to grab the sandwich when none of the workers follow it? And the last 3 times they did NOT put the toppings I asked for. Never coming back unless the employees can get trained better. read more

The large is $12, I usually only come here when I have a $2 dollar off coupon; if you want any extra meat or cheese they only charge a dollar for the 18". The bread is good, the meat could be higher quality; the toppings are fresh but if you get it "Mikes Way" they never get enough oil dressing on the 2 end pieces (they cut the large into 4 servings). I suggest if you like the dressing; ask for extra, it does get crowded so you wanna go when your in a patient mood. I wish they sent out those coupons more often because for 10 dollars it is a heck of a good deal. read more

Had a great experience at this jersey mikes! Julian was awesome, so friendly and happy, made our day!!!

I really do not see the hype over Jersey Mike's. I've eaten at this location a number of times and not a single time was I ever impressed. First and foremost; everything is expensive. The subs cost a lot and you really don't see the price go into anything for the food. I've had the Chicken Parmesan and Philly Cheese Steak before. Both were more bread than anything else. All filler and no thriller if I must say so. I'll admit that the only reason I came to this location was over the fact that I acquired a few "get a sandwich free" cards, but still; I'd rather take my moneys else where. read more

I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches. They have good bread and fresh ingredients. When this place first opened we would get coupons for a free giant 14 inch sandwich with the purchase of another giant of equal or lesser value. It was worth it considering that after taxes a giant will set you back somewhere between 13 and 15 dollars. With the coupon you could get 28 inches of sandwich for 15 dollars. Now that the store has been there a while we no longer get those coupons. They do give out some coupons but not for very good deals. For me... based off of the price, I only come here maybe 3 or 4 times a year. The service is ok but the sandwiches are too pricey to eat here any more than that. If you are willing to put out the money, then I would say this is a solid choice for a pretty good sandwich. read more

Meh. I really do like Jersey Mikes, but something is different about this location. The La Verne one is great, the new one by Costco in San Dimas is great, but this one is off. I can't quite place my finger on it, but the staff does not seem as friendly or similar to the other locations, I think it's a management issue. I know it is a franchise but I'm pretty sure a significant amount of training is needed before becoming an owner and therefore they should all be on a similar page. I think that for almost $13 for the tuna sub, it should have a decent amount of tuna on it. They even try to suggest that it'll cost extra for a tiny bit more tuna to fill in all the gaps on the bread that they missed. read more

One star because the sandwiches were decent. The two ladies working were very angry looking. We were the only people in there, so they were not busy. Not helpful at all.
