I was just introduced to Jersey Mike's this year (yes, I know I'm late lol) but since the first time, they have definitely had me in a choke hold! I love a good Philly steak, and the ones here do NOT disappoint! It's so filling, I don't even have to get the giant one cause there's so much inside the regular size! My favorite is the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak; it's full of ooweee gooey goodness, like cheese, mushrooms, peppers and onions, OMG!! Mike's Favorite Philly and the Chipotle Cheese Steaks are a close second and third respectively. The one thing I would say is don't ruin it by using the Mike's Hot Honey on the sandwich, it just made the flavors compete with each other. Although I love Mike's Hot Honey, I don't recommend it on the Philly's. If you like hot honey, try it on the side first. I ordered my sandwich for pick up through the Yelp! App, and it was ready lickity split. I went to the wrong location at first, but when I got to the correct location, my sandwich was still hot and ready. The staff is always in good spirits and the atmosphere is clean and orderly. Word of advice, order ahead of time, they can get very busy! This is one of my favorite sandwich places. Parking can be touch and go sometimes as it is near several other businesses but is near a large lot. Most of the times I've visited this location, there has been this one guy or one gal working. They're very friendly, helpful, and upbeat. I haven't seen too many people eat in but they offer a good amount of seating inside if you don't want to take your food to-go. The interior has been well-kept and clean in every one of my visits. My order has been consistent and always tastes fresh. I get a cold sub Mike's way, which can make the bread a bit soggy if you don't eat it right away. I would recommend you add pickles if you like them. They're a necessary add to any sub and add that perfect crunch. I ask for extra pickles, but still wish they'd put a few more. They offer hot and cold subs with a good variety of chips and drinks to make your order a meal. With all the offerings on the menu, you're bound to find something you enjoy. read more

The crew that worked the night of January 26 2024 we some of the nicest, friendliest most welcoming people in and fast food place I have ever met. These guys should be promoted to corporate trainers. We were in from Illinois for the weekend and needed some subs in a tub for the next day. We arrived late probably 730 to 8 ish. These guys greeted us with smiles were extremely polite and quick. This is the best Jersey Mike's in town. Jersey Mike's of generals Craig but this location is awesome. When you see Tevin and Antonio you know that you're you're going to get service with a smile and a great attitude. Sometimes this location gets slammed but Tevin and Antonio stay strong under pressure itserve everyone with a smile and great attitude. Some of the other Jersey Mike's not so much. There's only one problem with this location the music is horrible. The 80s music sucks you need something modern like some hip-hop or something. read more

This rainy Saturday evening around 7:45 I had a craving for a Philly cheese steak and had previously read favorable reviews on this item at Jersey Mike's so thought I'd give it a try. I was expecting an average tasting sandwich, as I grew up out east and, let's say, they tend to make sandwiches differently in MN. I also had read previously that the customer service in this particular location was very good. I was greeted by two friendly young guys as soon as I stepped foot through the door. I asked for suggestions and they both gave their individual input. I ordered the Philly cheeses steak that comes with sliced jalapeños, which was ready in no time. I was given plenty of napkins which I ended up needing, as I consumed the sandwich in my car. The Philly was massive in size, delicious, the beef was tender, as well as the bread being fresh. I highly recommend this particular location and want to thank the two guys who waited on me for their friendly, courteous, much appreciated service! Before I begin, I would like to establish that the following review is 100% real and there is no fiction to this story. It was a gloomy summer day. 85ºF and 70% chance of rain. My favorite weather. I woke up with the craving for a sub sandwich, but not just any sandwich. I wanted a signature, premium, deluxe, one-of-a-kind Jersey Mike's sub sandwich. A #13 Original Italian to be exact. I left my home and sped there as fast as I could. I vividly remember arriving and stepping out of my car to see a freshly smoked cigarette butt on the ground. "This feels like Jersey" I thought to myself. Entering the store felt like ascending to heaven. The scent of red wine vinegar hits you in the face. The first thing I saw was a man with frosted tips preparing a sub for delighted customers. He warmly greeted me, "What's up boss." Boss. He called me Boss. I had never felt more happy to see a stranger in my life. This man made me feel as if we were lifelong friends within a matter of seconds of seeing each other. I will never forget this man. He made my sandwich with the perfect proportions. The meat to veggie ratio was breathtaking. Recently I have been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and it is my only wish to see this man once more before I kick the bucket. However, if I do not see him, I will surely see him in heaven. read more

I've been here about a dozen times since I live in area and it's always inconsistent. Today I got a cheesesteak and it was put together with no care at all. There is grease all over the bread outside and in, and it was all over the wrapper to where it leaked out on my clothes while opening. I couldn't even eat this sandwich since the bread was so soggy from all the grease. A very disappointing experience especially when they charge what they do for sandwiches. Not the first time this location hasn't done a good job but this will probably be my last time giving them another shot. Plenty of options in the area read more
