Came in on a Saturday. I was the only person in here five employees sitting on their phones. Every table is trashed you have to clean your own table. Drives me nuts. I ordered a 13 wasn't watching. I got it took a bite. I knew right away. Something was wrong. All they put was ham and salami on it. Too busy watching their phones. Brought it back and they remade it no questions asked. So sad how you can't find good help these days... After the sandwich was made, there was a kid behind the counter named DL said he was a manager. Smirking staring at me, made a comment under his breath because I asked for a proper sandwich. I asked him if he had a problem he said I'll kick you out right now. I'm the manager . I asked for my money back. They couldn't give it to me. I've been going to Jersey Mike's for 15 years now I've never had an experience like this. DL offered to step outside went to take off his robe and the shift trainer stopped him. This is the kind of help that you have today and as I left, he was walking me out eyeballing me poor kid had no idea what would've happened if he did step out. Never again can you imagine getting threatened by an employee at Jersey Mike's. Getting attitude because they made your sandwich wrong and you brought it to their attention. read more

Responding to the business owner of Jersey Mike's. You would have been better off not responding. Suggesting that I need to tell your employee to not make a mess of the sandwich because it's not going to make a 5 minute car ride home is pretty sad. That's your business his job to know how to make a sandwich . Why don't you write something how you are going to make a better sandwich not what the customer needs to do and I will talk to the employees about their demeanor and appearance they are giving off to the customers. Not to just say they might be having a bad day. Everyone has a bad day but if you are working with customers you shouldn't show it or stay home. Most people working here have good customer service. Go here a lot since close to home. Most times, orders are correct. Once got everything on sub I didn't want and had them redo it. Worker not happy. Glad they make it in front of you. All subs are good especially original Italian read more

Ordered from here tonight and I was highly disappointed. I haven't eatin here before an now I know why. I got the Chicken bacon ranch an it literally looked like someone threw up on my bun. There wasn't any flavor of ranch on it at all, hardly any lettuce or tomato, I tasted more of the bacon than anything. The meat looked straight up like a glob of cat food. I will never go back here again. I will continue to go across the street to Penn Station where I get the flavor an the quality that I pay for. read more

I asked for recommendations and the guy was super nice and helpful. I ended up getting the club jersey mike style (minus vinegar). I was super impressed with my sandwich. Had never ate at Jersey Mike's before this store, always a Subway girl but this is the greatest sub shop ever!! Their staff is always friendly and ready to take your order. We get takeout almost every Sunday evening and on Thursdays my husband an I dine in it's always peaceful inside even with several customers, the subs are amazing way better quality than any others but my favorite part is. . . when we are leaving the staff always acknowledges you an says have a nice day. Soo I am in customer service too and truly you just don't see that anymore. So next time your in there guys TIP them when paying (I do) they deserve it!! read more

Came to the grand opening of this restaurant and have gone back one time since then as well. The restaurant recently opened - was previously a Quiznos. Interior of the restaurant looks great and everything is kept clean each time we have come in. The food has tasted great and our orders have been precise. I think that the staff and manager (possibly owner) could be a bit more friendly. I asked questions about the email club and the manager did not seem to care if I signed up or not. I have also asked questions about vegetarian subs and gotten short and direct answers. Overall, would come here again, because the food is good and restaurant is clean. Hoping the customer service becomes friendlier as they are open longer. read more

Ive eaten at at least 6 JMS restaurants. This location is weird. My sandwich was like half the ingredients of all others. I'll have to reoprt this location to corporate as this isnt right. Maybe train your employees or is this the owners call. Nonetheless corporate will be notified. read more

I was at this store today with my husband and my husband was waited on immediately and I was ignored by the staff. My husband had to state that I needed to place my order before I was waited on. Several times I attempted to place my order and was ignored by the staff. I then placed my complaint with the Manager and was told that the staff probably assumed that my husband's order would suffice for both of us. I then stated that I was not asked if there was an additional order. I was just ignored. The Manager as well as the staff proved worthless. My family and friends will not order from this store again, since conducting business with common courtesy seems to be beyond their capabilities. read more

Really glad they opened this Jersey Mikes location in Dickson! The manager is super nice. I went for the grand opening and have gone back several times since then. Love the subs! read more
