She took the time to tell us the must haves, she was sensitive to our age and diet restrictions. She did everything just right and with a beautiful smile and lovely attitude. The food was unique in presentation and tasted delicious! Hope to be able to come back again in the near future!

# -- True Hospitality Reveals Itself When Things Go Wrong…read more **Culinary Dropout** 4020 Aspen Grove Drive Franklin, TN 37067 A flawless dining experience is always a pleasure. But I have long believed that the true measure of a restaurant isn't how it performs when everything goes according to plan. It's how it responds when something doesn't. After a full day of traveling, our party of four arrived at Culinary Dropout, looking forward to our first proper meal of the day and an opportunity to relax and enjoy each other's company. It was my first visit, and I was immediately impressed by the restaurant's size, lively atmosphere, and inviting ambiance. We arrived just as the live music was coming to an end. Our evening began with a few minor hiccups. Our initial server, who candidly mentioned that it was her first day, managed to get virtually every drink order wrong. Shortly afterward, another server, Jayden, introduced herself and took over our table. And this is where the experience became particularly noteworthy. Rather than making excuses or minimizing the situation, the staff and management took ownership of the mistakes. There were sincere apologies, attentive service, and a remarkably generous gesture of goodwill. What could easily have become an irritating start to the evening instead turned into a memorable introduction to genuine Southern hospitality. As for the food, we ordered fish and chips, turkey pastrami sandwiches, and a burger. Everything arrived fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful. The kitchen delivered exactly what one hopes for from this style of casual American dining: satisfying, well-executed food without unnecessary pretension. All four of us have worked in the hospitality industry at one point or another, so we understand that mistakes are inevitable, particularly when new employees are finding their footing. **Our five-star rating is entirely intentional.** Not because the evening was flawless, but because Culinary Dropout demonstrated something arguably more valuable than perfection: accountability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to hospitality. The food was certainly good, but it was the people who left the strongest impression. **A restaurant's character is rarely revealed when everything goes right. On this occasion, Culinary Dropout showed us its character when something went wrong.** And we liked what we saw.

Service is always friendly, and quick. The ingredients are clearly fresh and delicious. My husband really liked the lemonades, and I loved the fries. It's definitely not a "healthy" spot and a cheat meal place, but for sure a must go to in Clarksville!

Bobby started his business in a food truck in 2022 and opened in this brick & mortar business in 2024. He opened on July 4th of last year and advertises solely on his Facebook page and/or by word of mouth. Door dash delivers which is great for convenience. This burger joint is in a spot on the corner of Fort Campbell Blvd in Oak Grove, KY and Polk Road (which leads to a gate onto the Fort Campbell Army post). It smells amazing inside. The fries are so crispy and have an awesome bite of flavor. I do not know what makes it so delicious, but they are better than any fast food chain's fries. I'm so excited to try this burger! My mouth is watering. Haha He has a limited kid's menu, but I think any kid can eat anything on the menu. The wings were sold out for today, so I will be back! More pix to follow. More details in an updated review to follow. So far, I'm a huge fan and want to support local smaller businesses when I can. Go check him out!

Well, this place absolutely did not disappoint. Extremely welcoming the second we walked in. The dining room had a great neighborhood vibe because the neighborhood was actually in there enjoying each other as if you had stepped into 1 of their homes. The catfish that we came in for was without a doubt the best I have ever had. Super fresh, light and crispy. The hushpuppies we enough to make you come back on their own. The drink prices and specials were from a different time. A better time. I time I want to live in again and visiting here, you can. The sever was amazing. She took over 14 orders with special requests and everything came out perfect. We were literally treated like family with off menu drinks and laughter. We will be visiting every time we come here. You should make this a must stop for dinner and good times when you are in town.
