One of the few McDonald's that deliver a very hot burger. Food was delivered fresh and the restaurant was clean. Prices were standard, and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The parking lot was well maintained with plenty of parking spots here. read more

Regular customers here. Tonight the employees had us wait after picking up half of our order which we did not mind. However, when costumers were getting their orders after us and leaving the venue, I entered the store to get the one burger that they could not fulfill at the time. The staff acted like they did not know what was going on and continued to laugh. Lexi Miller said that we could not ask for our food and talk to her because she was a minor. Stopped here early morning for breakfast and used the phone app for buy one get one free egg mcmuffin. Food came out fast and was on par for your average mcdonalds. The dining room and restroom were clean. The parking is not good for vehicle with a trailer. read more

After a not-fun experience at a MacDonalds in Nashville, the crew at this restaurant were wonderful. Small order, but it involved decaf coffee that needed brewing on the spot. The cashier at the first window genuinely chatted with me while my credit card ran through. Asked me if we were on a road trip, from where to where. When I told her the distance, she was VERY sympathetic regarding our looonnnngggg trip ahead of us. Then to the second window to pick up the small order. My decaf was FRESH, and this was after 10 in the morning! Again, another courteous crew member! So, this MacDonalds in Hurricane Mills gets five stars from me and a deserved recommendation! I feel somewhat remorseful for only giving 2 stars, maybe it should be 2.5, as the food was actually quite good for a McDonald's. The order was correct and my McChicken sandwiches were freshly cooked, but the employees are just downright hateful. We wanted one thing, and they kept trying to sell us something else to save us money. Yes, I appreciate that, but when I say I want X stop trying to sell me Y when I've already said no. Then when you make it to the window, the first words out of your mouth are, "For future reference", that's a 2 star ding right there, miss attitude. Also love the "is the order on your screen correct" bit. Well, unless your idea of displaying my order is by showing me a picture of every item on the order, then I think your system is broken. Want to add lettuce and tomato to a burger that doesn't have one? .50 each, so another dollar... you can buy off the dollar menu and get a burger that has lettuce and tomato, take those to move to your preferred sandwich, and take your essentially free burger patty, cheese and bun, and throw them at their windows for free read more

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Overall, the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Nobody was at counter for the first 5 minutes we were there, the counterpeople had no idea what they were doing, the counterperson had to enter a frappe 6 times to get it right, there was a huge inaccuracy of our order, and there was a hair in one of our sandwiches. There was also a huge spot of vomit in the parking lot, and the ground up frappe ice was huge (each fragment was about the size of a pea). Took them about 15 minutes to get our meal out to us. The manager at least apologized and the food was otherwise acceptable. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite after 9 hours on the road. Ordered 5 items and 3 of them were made incorrectly. According to the picture a daily double has two pieces of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. My daughter ordered 2 of these without tomato. Her burgers had 1 piece of meat and no cheese. My son ordered a mcChicken without lettuce and it came with lettuce. If you stop here, double check your order before you leave! read more

This was an excellent McDonalds. We were traveling from Virginia on a Friday and stopped in for breakfast. We went through the drive thru and had excellent fast service....AND the food was great! (The coffee was so good) On the way back to Virginia on Sunday we stopped there again to eat because we had a great experience the first time. This time we went in to eat. We were greeted as we walked in and thanked as we walked out. Every member of the staff was working and pleasant. We will certainly remember this McDonalds and visit everytime we are going through. It was so refreshing to see a well run and clean McDonalds with pleasant accommodating staff and delicious coffee and food. Thanks!!!! read more
