Fair warning: it runs a little heavy on the vinegar for my taste, though not enough to hurt the salad. The salad itself was generous, crispy, and fresh, nothing wilted. That matters more than people give credit for. Service was by Emily, who was attentive, got my order right, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Jefferson's knows what they are. Good menu, thoughtful dining room layout, solid execution. Being charged for product not received is poor business practice. This is a coaching opportunity for the kitchen, expo, and apparently the manager as well.
