Terrible ordered online for pick up by 8:30 I came in exactly at 8:32 to pick it up, which ordering ahead of time it should have been done right? and ready to go, dude didn't even ask me could he help me just looked at me! With his crooked eyes and I said I have a pickup? oh ok well we haven't started it yet was his response? I said ok so while sitting and waiting for a total of 30 min I was watching him serve other people through the drive through quickly getting the orders ready of other people when mine should have been first! 8 o'clock I usually go through the drive-through. I came in because I had to use the restroom. I am writing tonight about the only girl at the front desk probably 18yrs. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Said hi to her she made a face of me. Placed my order... just a terrible attitude hated being there, could tell just by looking at her. Grabbed my receipt looked up she was already gone no thank you no smile no nothing pretty much pissed I came in. This is horrific that this is all you have for employees. Pay these people better or train them in customer service. Got my order sat down to eat it. Fries were ice, cold and hard no bacon on the burger I paid extra for in the sodas flat. Not to mention there's no napkins so I walked behind the counter and grabbed my own paper towels. Meanwhile, the three kids working and making faces. Glad I gave this Hardee's a second chance as my first experience was horrible. I'm glad because it confirmed that the people working here couldn't care less about the customers or food quality. I order 4 biscuits. Really easy. Nothing to do but put then in a bag. Except these were so over cooked they were like rocks. I sincerely hope this location closes and something better replaces it. The food is always fresh and far above in quality vs the mcdonalds across the street. I am not sure what happened with the others who have given this place bad reviews. I know it's a new location and people are still figuring things out, but I've been there three times and the service is slow, confusing, and my order has been wrong every single time. February 2017: Not my first visit to this location. However it was my worst so far. Ordered a breakfast platter and a coke with my grandpa. He got the same with coffee. Him and I both were not pleased with the food that came out. According to him the bacon wasn't all that it usually was and my tater tots were room temperature by the time we sat down. First thing I ate and cold. I understand we came at 10:10 for breakfast. I cannot help that we had a doctors appointment to go to. If the hours for service are there for a reason I would really appreciate the same quality food throughout the serving hours. Lunch and dinner I have never had a single problem out of the 4 times I have been here. April 2017: Yet another unpleasant experience dining inside at this location. Walked in for lunch at 1:30. Behind an older couple. The guy I was with was in front of them. He's already seated by the time the old couple begins to order. They order. Pay. Girl forgets their drinks. So they stand there and say excuse me multiple times trying to get their drinks. After about 5 the manager walks through and sees and helps them. By this time the girl has turned around and began fixing to go orders and asking "what is this" about some to go bag of food. Could have stayed at the counter, handed them their drinks, and took my order. Instead she tries to get the to go orders ready when she is the cashier for dine in guests. Not sure what's up with that. Another girl right beside her literally talking as i stand there. 3 minutes go by as I'm literally watching my phone. Finally once the manager comes in and asked the old couple what could she help them with and sees me and I am turning away from the counter saying welp I guess I am not getting food from y'all today. That's when she finally got onto the two women behind the counter for not taking my order when I was literally right behind the people who just ordered. Honestly only going to be going to this location for chicken and biscuits in the morning. Service is garbage. Almost as bad as the McDonald's in fairview. Get it together or get out. This place just sucks man. That's all there is it to it. You rarely get what you actually ordered, and if you DO get what you ordered, it's probably cold. Nobody working there seems to care. The only truly consistent thing about this Hardees is that it will absolutely always be slow service. No matter if there's 1 car in the drive through or ... well, there's not usually more than 1 car. I love Hardee's this is not a review for the company but for this specific location horrible service for a fast food restaurant the workers constantly just stand around when clearly there's plenty of work to be done (like get my food)(take my order) the should get down on all fours and put a shell on there back. Well... it's says here they close at 10, however this location closes at 9 and hang out in the parking lot until 10. God forbid you order your food online, they'll take the money off your card. When you arrive to pick up your order, they'll be closed and gathered outside the door 'handing out'. When asked where I could pick up my order that was placed at 8:30-8:45, they respond their closed, ok, so... you took the money for the order off my debit card and then hadn't even made the order. The pick up time was for 9:15. My thing is if you closed at 9, why would the order online go through, or why didn't it mention y'all closed at 9 and the order would need to be picked up before then. When I arrived they were all outside with their bags of food, wonder if that was my order? Ya never know. Anyway I call the next morning, get told the 'manager' is in the bathroom to try back in 5-10 minutes. I was on my way to work so I called once I had a second to myself, I get told they're 'busy' and the 'manager' can't come to the phone, if there was something the employee could do... yeah I want a refund. Long story short, he was NO help and couldn't even help! Ended up leaving my name and number, have yet to be called back, my order was $26!!! They are rude and a disgrace. They could careless how that place is ran, from past experience, the order if even made would've probably been wrong and messed up as well. Tried to give y'all the benefit of the doubt once again but y'all proved to be the same sorry ass business that you are. Little did you know that's all the money I had to feed my kids until the next day that I'd receive my pay check but did you care or show any empathy or care to explain any mix up as to what happened?! No! Ended up having to take my kids to Mickey d's for 'happy' meals. Y'all are such a wonderful company. I hope y'all go out of business. The prices are outrageous and the food tastes like the attitudes of your employees anyway. Hope you all aren't ever in my situation and need a 'restaurant' to get your order. This has to be the best fast food joint in town. Not only do you get good food, but you actually get customer service; the staff brings your food to you and will even bring you condiments and take your trash away when you are done. It's the little things that bring this one to five stars. read more
