Good little arby's, compared to other ones that are out around the country. I eat all over the country, so I kind of know what I'm talking about. The first thing I noticed when I walked in, that place for a fast food restaurant is spotless. Even the AC fins on the ceiling are clean. All the employees are in there bustin their ass, getting orders out as quickly as possible. It was actually pretty busy for being 9:30 at night. Food was good. It was fresh, it's Arby's. Terrible Pecan chicken salad sandwich. Absolutely no flavor in the chicken, apples, and sauce. Grapes were whole and uncut. Only three pieces of pecans. Avoid this sandwich. read more

I'm not gonna lie- I HATE almost every type of "food" Arby's sells. My WIFE, however, doesn't hate it. Thus, we eat here, occasionally. That said, while I'm on Yelp leaving reviews anyway, I figured I'd drop a solid for the fine folks at the Dickson Arby's. This store is ALWAYS clean, and the staff are ALWAYS polite, and they allow you to use several coupons on the same order, and... and... and...! It sucks that I can't stand most of the "meat" or "cheese" Arby's serves, because this particular Arby's is the absolute BEST location I've ever visited! read more

This place was great! Had a simple roast beef sandwich and soda with fries, all was hot and delish!! The bathrooms needed to be cleaned up a bit but the restaurant itself was clean and tidy! The staff was pleasant and helpful. Happy to visit here for sure! read more

I hadn't been here in years, but Sis suggested it for a late lunch. This place is nicely done inside and has comfortable booths and good service. We had a special - two Beef, Bacon & Cheddars for $6.00 plus two small Cokes and an onion ring for $12.00+. It was all good. I would've gone four stars except the men's room was a mess. It needs to have a regular inspection schedule, but I have rarely seen a fast food place that seemed to care about the restrooms except for Chick-fil-a and a Krystal in Manchester, Tennessee. read more

Arrived at this Arby's in Dixson, TN at abiut 9:00 PM, placed my order at the Drive-In Window. Ordered a Roast beef Sandwich and a BUNCH of horseradish sauce, went to our Motel, opened our order in the room...was there any horseradish sauce...NO !!! Was there any salt that we specifically requested...NO !!! but we got a lot of katsup which we did not ask for. Just one more reason that I hope they do not ever get an Arby's in the Hill Country of Texas. Disappointed...YES !!! This isn't the first time I have had an issue with this Arby's, the first time I had an issue with this restaurant was several years ago when my order was erased from the computer screen before being fulfilled while five customers behind me had received their food ahead of me then when I went to eat my food I found an employee's hair in it and decided not to eat here again. So several years had passed by and I thought that I could safely eat at this restaurant until today when I had just returned home only to find a hair in my fries that I was already eating, not the most pleasant way to discover this. I returned to Arby's and in a well mannered way asked for a refund, the manager was quick to just bring me some new fries after telling me to prove and show him the hair. I told the manager that I wanted a full refund but he just refunded the money for the fries, I then told him sorry I wanted a full refund because I wasn't going to trust the rest of my food, He rudely stated WHY?, I replied after almost eating the hair that killed my appetite I wasn't going to trust the food. The manager said in an arrogant way I WOULD and continued to argue with me, he took my receipt and said this was from an hour ago, I told him I live about twenty minutes away from here and didn't discover the hair until after I got home, I told him where I live and he quipped THE HELL IT IS, I LIVE OUT THAT WAY IT'S NOT THAT FAR, maybe he should ask google it would prove him wrong. It wasn't until I pulled out my phone and started recording him that he decided to refund my money while claiming that I WAS ASKING TOO MUCH OF HIM when I came in nicely and just asked for what was fair. He rudely shoved the money in my hand and quickly jerked the food away in an unprofessional and belligerent manor. I will never eat at another Arby's again after the way I was treated. read more
