Swung into the Zaxby's in Dickson, Tennessee, craving some fried chicken, and it mostly delivered. The chicken fingers were hot, crispy, and had that signature Zax sauce kick. Crinkle fries were fresh and seasoned well. The place was fairly clean, though a couple tables needed wiping, and the drink station was a little sticky. Spent $38.55 in here on 3 meals . And super petty about a .30 sauce . Y'all tripping . Every fast food place gives a sauce with nuggets etc . I could go to Applebees etc and get a cereal bowl full of sauce if that's what I asked for and no petty ass extra charge . I've been hearing lots of hype about these chicken tender joints (Raisin Caines and Zaxby's), and having never been to either, I opted to try this location of Zaxby's while in the area one weekday. When I got there, they weren't busy, but it was well after the typical lunch rush time. The lobby was dirty, stuff on the floor, restroom wasn't very clean. Service was friendly and with a smile though. I opted for their most basic 3-piece tender meal. The tenders weren't anything special. They were just warm, not hot at all. The fries weren't all seasoned and the ones not seasoned were so basic, they didn't offer much flavor. The tenders were also too thin and small and when fried, they were somewhat hard. The sauces I tried were just "ok" too, definitely nothing special. Overall, I can say I've been, but I'm not sure what the draw is to this place. read more

During our visit there was an issue with the frier, and our food came out with a weird taste. The employees working were very serious about correcting the issue and worked hard so that we left happy. Very satisfied with my experience today read more

January 9,2022. Ordered on the APP for a 11:30 in store pick up. We get to the store and there is a line...no worries. I by pass the line and pull into a parking spot to let my wife out to get the order. She goes to the door and they are locked. We have to get back in line. We had already paid for the food. We had to sit in the line for almost an hour and when I finally get my food the wings were basically naked. I know this is first world problems, but come on, get these folks some help. To the staff there working, I hope your day gets better. read more

I was just served a cajun club with chicken so overdone it was practically a jerky sandwich. I feel i know how tough the bottom of a shoe is and now how it taste. If you're a line cook can you not tell that quality wasn't up to par?!? Went there on lunch had no time to exchange it .that's just money in the trash for me. At least the fries were ok. My food is always coin flip if it will be edible. They're drive through is always line up and moving terribly slow so it can't be old food. they charge me per sauce which is fine but ITS NEVER IN THE BAG. I always have to go through each container to look and it's never in there sometime I'm already home or i have to park and go inside which defeats the entire point of using a drive thru. This isn't count there bland or rude customer service. Which i normally don't care about but if i ask if my sauces are in the bag and i get a rude "YES" and they aren't in the bag i lose my mind. read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes behind just two cars. Guy taking drive through orders kept having me repeat my simple small one person order because he wasn't paying attention. Finally, FINALLY, got up to the window and the lady hands me my salad. I had to ask for my drink. She wasn't even going to give it to me even though I ordered it. Now I see why I never go here. I don't know where some of these people ate but it was definitely not the Zaxby's I go to. I have eaten inside twice and so appreciated the cashiers who served me. The dining room was clean , the food good and the service fast. Usually I go once or twice a week thru the drive-thru. I love, love, love their salads. I'd never been to a Zaxby's before so I had no idea what to expect other than the fact that they specialize in chicken. I was out with my 11 year old son who likes chicken, so I thought I'd give it a try. This location is very clean. It's located right in front of Lowes next to the Verizon store. They offer several sandwiches, chicken fingers, and salads along with kid sized food options. My son and I both went with chicken sandwiches. The portions are large and the flavor is good. The sandwiches were very messy and I ended up using a fork to eat mine. I don't expect a whole lot from fast food, so I wasn't let down. My son on the other hand was thoroughly impressed. Zaxby's is now one of his favorite places to eat. read more

I love their salads. The only place in Dickson to pop in and get a quality salad in my opinion. The chicken is really good. KFC has gone to he'll, I've had one of the worst experiences ever at Popeye's, so Zaxybs is the best place to go for good chicken. read more

Used to be good. Last visit I ordered grilled chicken salad and 5 traditional wings. When I got my order the salad looked like they dropped it on the floor then swept it up into the bowl including the hair on the bowl. I immediately turned around pointed at the hair and asked what y'all going to do about this? They were very apologetic and took it back to make me a new one. While waiting on my salad I sat down to enjoy my wings. I noticed the wings looked very pale almost white. When I bit into them several wings didn't look thoroughly cooked. Totally disgusted with the quality especially considering not many customers there. read more

Its definitely pricey, but its worth the money spent. It is always fresh and tastes great.... My favorite thing on the menu is the Cajun club. Its possibly my favorite sandwich on the planet as far as fast food goes.... read more

Almost always dealing with slow service. Good food but you shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant.

This is the best fast food place to eat at in Dickson by far. The food is very superior compared to other fast food places. Every time I go it is always fast and good quality. Every time I walk out I see the drive though and I get surprise because I forget that it is a fast food restaurant. The workers are always nice and kind.
