It was fun watching them make the dough right in front of us, and the oven-baked pizzas made everything taste fresh. The White Bluff pizza had fresh toppings on top, including arugula, which I didn't expect but really enjoyed. We also ordered cheese sticks, and they came in a pizza-style shape, definitely unexpected, but good! The drinks were amazing too, I got the blueberry cider and loved it. The decor is super cute, and the service was great. The staff were very friendly and made the whole experience even better.

Cool I'm finding this Toledo Ohio founded franchise now in 34 states Puerto Rico and India are very well run and the quality they put out is excellent over some of the other big chain big box pizza brands. names withheld to protect privacy. So I got one of my favorites a medium sausage to be about 45 minutes or so said cool going to pay cash and of course this is Tennessee they're kind of weird there's a minimum order no matter what which is like 15 bucks so instead of a small I decided to be a pig and got a medium. The gal came out with my pizza nice timely man or apologize for the delay I said this is nothing here 5 minutes more no big deal sell $1563 20 bucks with her tip no problem. Just like all the other Marcos that I've had this one is right up there too excellent first time at this one won't be the last time if I'm here in Dickson Tennessee.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and happy to provide suggestions about which pizza to try. I opted for the Meat Lover's Pizza, which was good. The thin crust was great, though the sauce and toppings could have used a little more flavor. Still, a good pizza. My wife had the gluten-free Margherita Pizza. The crust wasn't very good. She' had many gluten-free pizzas, and admittedly it is difficult to make a good gluten-free pizza crust and it is great that they at least offer this option. She wouldn't get this one again though. She was happy with the toppings, just not the crust. We had a good experience overall, and other than the gluten-free crust the pizza was good. As this small town continues to grow and slowly turns into a copycat version of Spring Hill with Domino's and Pizza Hut moving in, I truly hope those big chains never overpower this local gem. Snappy's sits right in the heart of Fairview and offers a wide variety of menu options along with some really great desserts. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they care about cleanliness and making customers feel welcome. The restaurant keeps that small-town charm alive with local memorabilia, old football jerseys, and Fairview signs decorating the walls. It feels personal, familiar, and authentic. That said, the one thing I wish this place would improve is the safety and treatment of employees. I only worked there for a few months, but I know several people who stayed for years and still work there today. Like many mom-and-pop restaurants, there are definitely areas where OSHA standards and food-handling practices could be improved. The employees work hard and get the job done, but I genuinely believe stronger management and better employee support would help this place thrive for another 30 years. Don't get me wrong, the current management does care, and the restaurant has a lot of heart. I just believe it has the potential to become even better while valuing its workers more along the way.

As a former employee who worked there for several years, it was honestly one of the hardest jobs I've ever had to leave. What has always stood out to me most is how much they genuinely care about their people. Even after leaving, they've continued to treat me like family, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I can only speak from my own experience, but I know multiple current and former employees who would likely say the same. Snappy's is one of those places people always find themselves coming back to -- not just for the food, but for the atmosphere and the people behind it. I truly wouldn't be the person I am today without their mentorship and leadership along the way.
