When we ordered, my husband asked if we could order how we wanted it and she said yes. They brought out pizza cut into squares, so we sent it back. We even told her when we ordered the last two times we requested pie cut, they got it wrong and cut in squares. We told her how important to us it was to be pie cut, as the crust is the handle and when squared we lose pieces that have no ingredients on. Then they brought out a rebake and there was not even pepperoni on every piece. We almost left. The young girl who took our order was extremely rude. She never smiled once and even rolled her eyes at us. We were incredibly happy on our first visit. It's gone downhill since then, and the staff needs better training. We won't come back again.

It was fun watching them make the dough right in front of us, and the oven-baked pizzas made everything taste fresh. The White Bluff pizza had fresh toppings on top, including arugula, which I didn't expect but really enjoyed. We also ordered cheese sticks, and they came in a pizza-style shape, definitely unexpected, but good! The drinks were amazing too, I got the blueberry cider and loved it. The decor is super cute, and the service was great. The staff were very friendly and made the whole experience even better.

Growing up in Fairview, and even being a former employee at Snappy's Pizza, I can confidently say…read moreyou won't find better pizza anywhere else. As this small town continues to grow and slowly turns into a copycat version of Spring Hill with Domino's and Pizza Hut moving in, I truly hope those big chains never overpower this local gem. Snappy's sits right in the heart of Fairview and offers a wide variety of menu options along with some really great desserts. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they care about cleanliness and making customers feel welcome. The restaurant keeps that small-town charm alive with local memorabilia, old football jerseys, and Fairview signs decorating the walls. It feels personal, familiar, and authentic. That said, the one thing I wish this place would improve is the safety and treatment of employees. I only worked there for a few months, but I know several people who stayed for years and still work there today. Like many mom-and-pop restaurants, there are definitely areas where OSHA standards and food-handling practices could be improved. The employees work hard and get the job done, but I genuinely believe stronger management and better employee support would help this place thrive for another 30 years. Don't get me wrong, the current management does care, and the restaurant has a lot of heart. I just believe it has the potential to become even better while valuing its workers more along the way.

As a former employee who worked there for several years, it was honestly one of the hardest jobs I've ever had to leave. What has always stood out to me most is how much they genuinely care about their people. Even after leaving, they've continued to treat me like family, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I can only speak from my own experience, but I know multiple current and former employees who would likely say the same. Snappy's is one of those places people always find themselves coming back to -- not just for the food, but for the atmosphere and the people behind it. I truly wouldn't be the person I am today without their mentorship and leadership along the way.
