I went inside to pick up 2 slices of pizza because I was originally given them wrong item! I walk in and start getting yelled at by two employees saying you were here last Friday and that they already replaced my meal?? I was so confused and shocked and didn't know what to say. They were super rude and disrespectful to me. The guy (Caleb) said it must've been a different guy. So they both attacked me and was yelling at me for no reason! Pretty good pizza joint. It's in the Nashville Burbs away from all of the Honky Tonk's and Bridal Shower Parties! If you have any idea what I am talking about, you get it. It is good to see the real world at last! I stopped by only because there is a Tesla Supercharger in the parking lot. Elon helping the community once again. Yay The Supercharger station has recently been upgraded so I may be back soon for some pizza. I come in and out of Nashville a bit in spurts. The crew was nice. They took care of me quite well. Counter service inside is all good. I forget if I got up or not. I just ordered a couple of slices on my visit. They reheated them well and they arrived all toasty. I got the meat junt along with a grandma slice. Both were really solid choices. I dig both styles so it's almost always a shoe in, bet. Those did perform well. I liked the crust, the sauces, the meats, the cheese, the spice was just right, and it was cooked perfectly, even on the reheat. I love pizza!! I bet a whole pie would be great. I will do that next. OMG I'm so glad I found this place!! 1. I am from NJ, NY pizza is supreme, all other kinds are trash. This actually tastes like NY pizza. 2. Ordering online was easy, I did pickup and it only took 20 min. 3. Pizza was fresh and hot, tasted great 4. Plenty of parking out front. I didn't stay to eat in but there was some seating. This small pizza shop has the real deal New York pizza. Some of the best NY style pie I've had in Nashville. The cheese, hawaiian, and buffalo chicken slices were all great. Solid pizza spot! We got a half and half NY cheese and buffalo chicken and they were so accommodating making only 2 slices w/ blue cheese and 2 without on the buffalo chicken side so my boyfriend and I could both be happy. They were even so kind to point out which ones had the blue cheese when they gave us the order. The garlic knots were pretty good and the greek salad was so fresh (and HUGE). I had a late lunch here and was very hungry. I am not to familiar with New York style pizza, so I technically don't know how it is supposed to be. I wasn't overly impressed. When you walk in, the front counter has individual slices to buy. I ordered a small margarita pizza which took about 10 minutes to prepare. I engulfed it and ordered a slice of cheese pizza because I was still hungry. I compared the Margherita to the cheese pizza and each had their strong points. The margherita had that fresh basil coming through. The cheese pizza was much more savory with the cheese combination. We were doing a monthly Costco run with the intent of grabbing a pepperoni pie from there to go only to discover their food court (as of January 2024) was out of commission (horrors!). So thanks to Yelp, I quickly discover we're 2 minutes away from NY Pie. I call them and order a large meat pizza and an order of garlic knots. Picked it up and it was ready right when they said it would be, got it home and feasted. There was enough left over for us to get another entire meal out of it and everything heated up perfectly in the oven. The slices are HUGE, NY style. Great crust, great toppings. Everything cooked well. The garlic knots are like giant rolls, and pretty good as well. Pricewise, we definitely spent more than we would have with the prices stuck 40 years ago menu from Costco, but the pizza is of much better quality. With tip, $40+ for all of the above. A loyalty program via your phone that seems cool. Friendly, funny service at the counter by folks who seem to like what they do. Not a top 5 Nashville pizza joint, but a better than solid one and I'll be back. read more

I've been to this location (west) 1 time before and felt myself starting to get hangry so I needed something quick. The first time, I didn't care for the food. The second time, I can say I had a much better experience. I ordered 2 slices of pep, and they came out fresh just a few minutes after I ordered. I can only speak this truth: I will return to get pizza here again, but only for the cheese and pep slice. I don't trust a lot of pizzerias with anything but the basic slice. But this slice was great. My suggestion: dress it up with seasoning, parm, and crushed red pep. Bonus: customer service is 10/10. NY Pie and Joey's House of Pizza were my go-to's for the best pizza in Nashville. Now that Joey's has closed, NY Pie is Absolutely the BEST NY-style pie I've in Nashville. I live in East Nashville and travel to NY Pie in West Nashville at least twice a month to get my fix. There's not another shop that can beat their sauce or just the right amount of crunch on that crust for the perfect fold. And, you gotta fold pizza for it to be truly a NY pie. read more

Don't get me wrong, the pizza is GREAT! I ordered through Uber and the box is not secured to deter tampering. In the age of food delivery, ensuring the food packaging is tamper resistant is quite important. This is easily accomplished by stickers securing the box that a customer can tell if it's been tampered with. Very uneasy with my food being easily accessible to the delivery driver (who I have NO issues with). The concern is around your customers' safety. Also one they call #grandmas I believe it is #margarita plain pepperoni and #pizzabianca white pizza. The #sauce is good. Pepperoni not too spicy. The #crust #thin #crispy.
