We came here to enjoy some great wings and some of their lunchtime wings special while traveling. We came on a Thursday where they have the buy one get one free on the boneless wings. They also had a $20 meal deal which includes two drinks, two entrée and the entrees come with one side item. The customer service was a bit slow for a place that was not extremely busy at all. They may have possibly been a bit understaffed as we had to wait a while to be served. Overall, the food was good as they have a lot of wing flavor options to choose from enjoying the Bogo wings is always a great deal and it can be plenty to share with others. read more

Walked in as a party of 6 adults. We told the hosts, two young girls, how many people we had. She replied with a stupid smile and looked around the restaurant and then us, leaving an awkward pause before she said, "There's probably going to be a wait!" That wasn't a problem for us. We looked around and a person in our party announced to our group "There is a table that just needed to be cleaned off." Just Acknowledging that it probably wouldn't be too long of a wait. Another host heard that and made it clear that, "That's not their job." When we replied how we never said it was, she repeated the same thing and said, "That's the severs job. Not ours!" We looked at each other shocked at the attitude she gave us about a conversation she was not even included in. We decided to go down the street to McAlister's where we were treated respectfully! My review is based solely on one visit and that visit was for takeout. I'm taking the time to review them because of this simply because it was a LARGE, time-sensitive takeout order for an event and the team at this location did a great job of handling all of the details. I initially tried to place the order online and ran into complications so I called, and the manager on duty helped resolve the issue and get the order ready to go for the following day when she wouldn't be there. That day's manager fulfilled their end of the process, and as a result we had everything we needed on time, hot, and to order despite some complications on our end. Friendly staff! Fair prices. I went to this place with a coworker and after being seated and waited for about 20mins we decided to move to the bar to get quicker service, same thing! So we decided to order through the QR code on the counter, about another 20mins later, the bar tender came to take our order. We informed her that we've already ordered through the QR code, and she looked us up to confirm our order and "pushed it to the back." About 40mins later my coworker's burger and app came out (all cold), bar tender said she was grabbing my food; she must of came out with 3-4 other tables' order (tables that came in way after us and ordered way after us, including that guy that sat next to us at the bar). I was fed up and walked up to the waitress and asked to cancel my order, without hesitation she just said "ok" She came to her register and had trouble, called the manager over and 5mins later the bar tender brings me the receipt that doesn't say "refund" rather says "customer walked out" lol. When I asked what happened to the food, she responded "it was sitting at the window for 20mins so I had them remake it, I can go grab it for you if you want." I was disgusted. She then proceeded to charge my coworker even after he paid through the app, after checking his bank account, the payment didn't go through even tho the order did? apparently nothing works well at this location. I must add The register was about 10ft from us,, the manager never came over, never apologized, didn't even acknowledge us. I see who trained the bar tender. DO not go to the BBW in Dickson, TN. You'd think for this ($16 total and no drink) my food would at the very least be WARM. My fries were almost cold and they skimped me on them, as you can see. The wings tasted okay but I had to reheat them in the microwave. About two weeks ago we had a Sunday dinners at this restaurant. The waitress was up beat is all I can say good about the place. First my son in law had to make three choices before she found one that they had a when that one came it was a particle glass because the keg ran out. When I tried to order a cheeseburger I was told I couldn't because they weren't thawed out. Then we were told they didn't have any onion rings. I did not see the bill but now I'm told it was for much more than it should have been. I'm wondering it the waitress forgot to cancel all items we tried to order but weren't available! Ive eaten at many of BWW and I really like their food a lot. I have also had pretty bad service at a lot of them. This location, is by far the worst service I have ever had. We came on a Saturday around 1:00. It wasnt too busy but it was busy. We were seated right away at a booth in the corner. We ordered drinks and chips and queso which took a bit to get. We had two other tables seated in the time we got our drinks. We both ordered traditional wings, a small and a medium order. Nothing special. It took 50 mins to get our order. The table beside us ordered chicken strips and a burger and they got their food first but the women complained twice before it arrived. The other table got a burger and something else and they also got their food before us and then took it to go. The server was nice he just had no clue how to handle the time it was taking to get the food and the customers getting angry. Just a warning that buffalo wild wings manager Ms scarlet does not understand customer loyalty and backing her people. I ordered the tall house beer and the waitress repeated back dos Equis. I corrected her and pointed to the menu specifically and she said ok. The bill came after two rounds and the waitress had accidently rung it up as dos Equis. I pointed it out to the waitress and she said my bad, let me get my manager to correct it. She went to manager who said that was how it was rung so we can't fix it. We are regular customers part of the loyalty club but this was just a slap on the face. While the difference was only $14, that represents another meal. Eating out is becoming a luxury and these establishments need to understand how important loyal customers are and how expensive it is to lose one. read more

I've come here many times and 90% of the time the service here is awful. But my most recent visit really gave me a reason to stop coming. Ordered to go online and waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up. When we got there and paid, they wrote down our order on a sticky note and took it to the kitchen and we waited another 30 minutes, so an hour total for a small order of wings and a wrap. Got the food and it was obviously rushed. Fries weren't even cooked, they were all soggy and lumped together, there was about 4 cubes of chicken in the wrap which was also soggy like the tortilla somehow got wet. While we were waiting, many people came up to ask for things because their waitress hadn't been by for a long time. And just about everyone got tired of waiting and brought up their own bill to pay. Didn't see a manager circle the restaurant even once to check on how things were going. And for reference it wasn't a very busy night. Pretty average amount of people and staff. Unfortunately this isn't the only bad experience we've had. Take the longer drive to go to the Clarksville restaurant. You'll spend the same amount of time waiting for stuff at the Dickson one. read more

Went today after visiting a few times recently. Ordered onion rings with my burger. The waitress was so excited to replace the onion rings for the fries. She came back soon after to tell us that they had run out of onion rings. She went on to say how surprised she was because they had been serving them all afternoon. It was only 2pm on a Sunday. A few minutes later my husband told me to look over to the table next to us and they were being served onion rings....these people had come in after us and served after us. Will not return. Stopped here yesterday as we had never been to one. Service was good, friendly staff. We had a steak wrap, buffalo chicken wrap and onion rings. The steak wrap had quite a bit of meat and was very good. The buffalo chicken wrap was good, but could hardly find the chicken in it, lots of lettuce, cheese and tomato. I would guess there wasn't even a whole chicken tender in it. Funny how a chicken place skimped on the chicken but not the steak! The onion rings were the best we have had in a long time. I've never had a bad experience at bww! Last night was my first time being at this location and I was disappointed 100%. I went with my boyfriend and his friend to watch the game, when we first got there we were told it's a 20 min wait, so we sat down and didn't have to wait 6 mins before being seated. Whenever we got our food it was cold, not served fresh or hot like everyone else's food. We didn't even get utensils to eat with. We ordered wings and they were hard and barely had sauce on them. 2/6 wings were edible for both of us. I had got a side salad, it was fine and he ordered a sampler platter. He did not touch any of his food. He took a bite to try it and never touched it again. I wasn't about to let him pay $42.00 for food he didn't eat, or take to go. The manager working gave us a discount which was very nice of her but we left hungry I will not be returning. They give terrible service I feel like it was on purpose. read more

Our server Daniel was terrible, it took him walking past our table 4 Times before greeting us. Then when he did we were ready to order. I got a burger and salad both came out together.... recommend to bring salad first. Then I asked for a little extra dressing and after walking by the table a dozen additional times never asking if our food was ok or if we needed any thing. And he said that he would bring a bone basket and surprise.... never did.I had to get up from our table and go to the bar to get drink refills and almost did it myself but another waitress gladly took care of it, the only nice thing about our visit.
