My daughter and I run a restaurant in Waverly, about 40 miles north of Centerville. So, we took a little road trip and was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. Totally worth the drive and we still didn't have to wind up in the big city to enjoy a really nice bar with great food. The town was clean, and most presentable to any visitor that might pass through. A splendid example of the opposite of what we would have experienced in the city. We were NOT disappointed. We both thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the house and the barn with all sorts of memorabilia. The highlight of the experience was the music and camaraderie with Johnny Cash's nephew, Mark Alan Cash. We could sit there and listen to him all day. We loved listening to the stories from his personal experiences with his uncle. If we ever get the chance to come back through here, we definitely will.
