A absolutely beautiful venue and any seat is good! If you can't walk far you might need a wheelchair because the lovely walk to the venue is somewhat long. It's a very nice venue with fantastic lighting and sound. I will definitely be back!

Sometimes we never learn what hidden gems lay along the paths in Williamson County, but if you listen for the Music you will find a Gem in a Rock Quarry. Welcome to the First Bank Amphitheater! My wife and I stumbled upon this music venture last year by accident, we bought tickets while driving into the venue. We saw Willie Nelson! We parked in a field, my Maserati was not prepared for this adventure but I was! Walking to the venue I felt like I was walking in a National Park, it is beautiful!!!! Entering with our tickets was a breeze. Then there is a short walk up to the amphitheater. There are several areas to purchase drinks and food. Prices are a little high but the service is incredible! Since that day our Bar Tender of choice is Lindsay. She still is today, because we loved the venue so much we became VIP season ticket holder! She knows our names and our drinks of choice. One thing to note, the bathrooms are clean, but on a sold out night, ladies you might have a wait. It would be nice if they added more restrooms. Now that we are season ticket holders, I drive my 24 year old Toyota Land Cruiser, drop the tailgate and have a pregame before hitting the VIP area that has a bar and great snacks before the show. The line up was good this year, but I hope they kick it up a notch next year! Looking at old reviews most talk about the bad traffic, In 2024 they made some major changes and the traffic flows very nice for a venue! Rock On!!!

Firstbank Amphitheater is located in an abandoned quarry near Franklin. The surrounding rock walls provide nice acoustics for the 7500 seats within it. I immediately thought of the iconic Red Rocks venue in Colorado. I guess I'm not the first to think of this because it's earned the nickname red-neck Red Rocks. One thing that stands out about this venue is that there's plenty of room to move around concessions and seating. And security is fine with you using that. I'm so used to security at western venues taking an aggressive stance on keeping walkways clear that it was really nice to be allowed to stand in open space, un-harassed. I have two complaints about this venue--not major but enough to drop it to 4/5 stars. First, there's only one bathroom building and it gets hit pretty hard during intermissions. Expect a long line. Secondly, there's only one way in and one way out of the parking lots. Get here early. Expect a slow departure.

First time seeing a show here. What a gorgeous amphitheater! And such a great show from Tears for Fears!!! Can't wait to come back and see another show here. Great acoustics

Ok, first of all I learned you must plan to purchase parking passes or plan to arrive hours before and tailgate. Why? Well our hotel was 9 miles from this place but took us 65 minutes to arrive!!! It was a painful process and let me just say that the people working the parking are clueless. It was the biggest cluster ever. Now, once you get in there and get your seats, it's magical! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the acoustics from being in the base of a rock quarry is a unique experience that I highly recommend! Leaving the venue a few minutes early was a good idea and much easier, only took 30 minutes to get out.

Nashville is music city. This venue is special even amongst other world class venues. We went last week and participated in a live video shoot for tears for fears. Memories will be made here for decades. The list of top artists coming is long. Make plans to get over here and make some of your own memories.

Parking is on grass, and you need to allow plenty of time to arrive and depart

Excellent venue for concerts. Some very good food options. Parking and arrival/departure are a challenge. Firstbank Amphiteater is a relatively small venue, so you can enjoy good views and a great show from just about any seat. The sound quality is great, and the seats have plenty of room. It is great that the venue is open air, though that does introduce the risk of weather impacting a show. I really liked the venue itself, and will certainly be back. The food was surprisingly good too! Pro tip: There are food vendors below the farthest seats, which are generally much less busy and that includes great BBQ among other options. I was very happy with the food options, as well as the beer and wine that were available. I found all of the staff to be helpful and courteous. They all seemed happy and eager to help. The biggest challenge here is getting in and out. I HIGHLY recommend arriving very early. We arrived a little before the doors were set to open, so getting in and parking were a breeze. I'm sure folks arriving "just in time" would surly be late. It is also a bit of a hike from the parking area to the venue. It is a pleasant walk, but a bit long. Getting out does require some patience. The road was not designed for a concert venue, to be sure. Don't be in a hurry or you will be frustrated. The complaints other reviewers expressed about getting in and out are totally legit. But the venue is still great, so I recommend accepting the challenge and enjoying a good show here.

Good food, music, and venue! We had a great time. The seats are good. There isn't a bad seat. The sound is great off the quarry walls. We will definitely be back Service was good and helpful direction. Looking forward to our next visit. We saw the Steve Miller band. So great!

Yes, absolutely. We saw many, many vehicles with handicap placards being directed to park right beside the path into the venue.

The Pond doesn't disappoint. It is exactly what one would expect when seeking a dive bar atmosphere. A little ratty, a little rowdy and a whole lot of fun. The coup de grace was they had Guinness on tap, which was completely unexpected. We traveled to Franklin looking for an alternative to Broadway in Nashville on our first night in town. It is worth the trip. Franklin is a very old town with great old architecture and buildings over 200 years old that still look stunning. The Pond was the real reason for my drive down although it was our last stop on our tour of Franklin. The staff was friendly, the Hamburger and fries was delicious, and the beer was cold. They have many options to choose from on tap. They have Darts inside and a couch you'd find down in your friends basement that he found on a tree bank trash day, but that simply adds to the dive bar charm. We stayed for one drink and the burger as we were exhausted from a red eye flight the night before. If you're looking for a dive bar that stays open late and apparently gets packed as the night goes on, this is the spot for you. Most places close early in Franklin, so this is apparently the after hours spot that everyone ends up going to when all other options are closed. The Pond reminded me of a few dive bar spots in Vegas, and I have to recommend you pay them a visit, if for no other reason, just to say you've been there.

The parking upon entering was easy and quick, walking was not far to the gates. I had heard that parking and exiting the venue was a nightmare. Totally false statements!!!! It did take us about 10-15 minutes to exit the parking area to get back to the main road. Not bad compared to the amount of time we've waited to get out of parking at the Ryman or other venues downtown. The only downside of the venue - eat before you go - it's very expensive! A can of soda is $6, pizza looks beautiful but tastes like lukewarm tomato soup with globs of cool mozzarella. We waited 8 minutes for a hot pizza that wasn't. We ditched the pizza and tried the bbq sandwich, which was delicious. But the price for 2 sodas, an individual pizza, a Pizza roll and then a bbq sandwich was over $50. Not acceptable for 2 people. But that being said, we still enjoyed the venue and the show. I'd definitely see more shows there, but eat before arriving or have a tailgate party which is a brilliant idea. It would be nice if they could add retractable waterproof awnings for drizzly nights. There's a venue in Huber Heights Ohio that's open air but has coverage for rain situations.

Seats are set up in rows by the stage theater-style and then they have food from Puckett's Grocery available for sale on a side area of the hall with tables and seating. There is also a cash bar which you can purchase beer, wine or mixed drinks. Upon arrival, they have a table setup to get you checked in if you have reserved tickets ($15) or if you are buying door tickets ($10). Considering that there are several artists for each show this is an amazing deal. We had reserved tickets which was nice to not have to worry about seating as our names were already on our seats. The show has co-hosts who will begin the show with a bit of banter and dialogue. In between acts they will interview the artists and allow them to answer several questions. The artists were selling some of their merchandise in the back of the hall as well so you had time to check that out. When we came the artists included Sunny Sweeney, the Rev. Peyton's Band and the Blackfoot Gypsies. If even one of these artists did a solo show they could have easily charged that amount alone. I was amazed that I was able to see Sunny here as she has done shows at the Grand Ole Opry before. She was absolutely incredible! It was like a patty out of the frozen section that was overcooked and hard around the outsides but also had zero flavor. None. Not with the cheese or tomato or pickle. Literally NO flavor. The food took a long time to arrive so we all ate super fast. We didn't plan on it taking so long and were so hungry by the time it arrived, hence NO PHOTOS. AMBIANCE - I love the outdoor option, it felt clean, no big spider webs, no leaf messes, chairs were comfortable, tables (at least the one we were at) was big enough for our plates of food. I saw a lot of smaller tables which didn't look near big enough if more than two people ordered food. SERVICE - The waitstaff was great, the food runner was great. I think it would be better and faster if the staff wasn't focused on running one table at a time, you see multiple tables need water, grab a pitcher and fill several at one time. With some efficiency I think it would make more customers happier. The basement was closed, but it kinda gave me the heebeegeebees. Hopefully Tuesday nights will continue outside as long as possible. BATHROOM - The one right inside at the main bar on the top level was somewhat clean, but soooooo SMALL. If you're a lady and get weirded out at all about bathrooms (especially SMALL ones) this will not be the place for you, just use the restroom before you come! However, it was fully stocked, so that was nice. I had super high hopes for this place, maybe it's better when it's not a busy night? or maybe it's better when they aren't allowing people to sit outside?
