I'm new to the area and found this place by mistake. I turned down the wrong road and discovered this place. It was like finding a hidden gem. The burgers are huge and are good. They have 3 different style of fries to choose from. I thought that was unique and cool. Food overall was really good. Cold beer always a plus, but surprisingly they had quite a variety of beers to choose from. This was nice to see. Numerous tv's and this big projector tv as well. The cool thing is every tv had a different sporting channel. I went in the afternoon and at first the place seemed a bit small, but then the bartender explained to me that it doubled in size on the other side of the wall at night for bands. I thought it was pretty cool how they sectioned it off like that. I was told the bands that play there are good. I will have to go back and check it out. The staff was pretty laid back and conversational. The bartender/waitress was even helpful at telling me some shops here in town, which was helpful since I am new here. However, the bald guy seemed a bit intimidating at first, but turned out to be very informative and quite the jokester. lol. Overall it was a cool place to find. I will definitely go back. Bulldogs is small town sports bars with something for everyone. The owner, Luke and his staff do a wonderful job! The drinks and food never disappoint but what I love the most is the variety that bulldogs provides with their live music. They truly do a great job in showcasing a lot of different genres of music for all ages. Bulldogs recently helped me throw a surprise birthday party and I can't rave enough about how much Luke and his staff accommodated my needs to make the night such a fun successful event. If your looking for a fun honest crowd... this is your place! Also, don't be surprised when you walk in if you're greeted by tables set up for a fundraising event of some kind. The owner is consistently giving back to the community. The food.... it's amazing! The bartenders are always on top of their game, and you won't be left standing with an empty hand unless you choose too. There is always security outside, and inside when I arrive and will walk you to your car! The management staff are always visible and helpful, and will not tolerate disrespectful behavior of any kind. The bands are always great! Bulldogs is one of the best bars in Dickson County. It's a great place to settle down unwind have a Great burger and a ice cold beer. And if you start feeling a little crazy they even have a huge dance floor you can do the Stanky leg on. The owner and management staff here are some of the best around. They really know how to treat their guest. It's almost like walking into cheers where everyone knows your name. I really enjoy hanging out here and will recommend bulldogs to anyone. Great place to meet up with friends. Have amazing food, friendly atmosphere, pool, bands, covered patio if you want to be outside. They keep a safe environment, plenty of eyes and security to have trouble makers leave before they start anything, so you feel safe. Variety of drinks, good variety of music and food. I have noticed that Bulldogs is also quick to sponsor fundraisers and benefits for the local community like the local help center, local food pantry and human society! Bulldogs is a wonderful establishment. The staff is always courteous and makes sure your expectations are met. This place is the greatest bar you will ever visit in your miserable life. Great music, awesome soundstage, good djs, hot country chicks on the dance floor, hot bartenders, good liquor, lotta good beer on tap, all kinds of great southern food, pool and other bar games, and the owner is very friendly and knows how to run a business and make it a welcoming environment.
