I recently visited this location (12/24) around 7-8pm, and my experience was so abysmal that I'm compelled to share. When I first arrived, the establishment was relatively neat and tidy. This is the only positive thing that I could say. Nothing that came after was pleasant. Shortly after coming in, me and my friend grabbed a paper menu and sat down at one of the tables to browse the options. We were soon confronted by a middle aged white woman with a ponytail. She didn't greet us or offer any help at all, just crassly informed us that we were sitting in a dining area that would be closing in an hour. My first thought was, "Who would harass someone for sitting in a dining room that doesn't close for another hour?"Especially and if she would have asked, she would have been told that we planned to carryout. However, we just thanked her for the information and kept browsing. We found some interesting items on the menu, but realized that the paper menus did not have any prices on them. We noticed a paper with a QR code, so we scanned the QR code and found our options there. We then headed up to the register to order. There was a younger South Asian/Latin American maybe guy taking orders and he was extremely rude. Again, no greetings, but then every question I asked about what I was ordering, he gave me a short, snappy answer. I quickly got uncomfortable so I kind of rushed through my order and got out alright. However, my friend ordered next and his experience was much more difficult. English is not his first language, and although he still speaks and understands English very well, he still gets nervous about ordering food. This is why we practiced what we wanted at the table before approaching the register. However, as soon as we began to order, the cashier kept denying everything that my friend tried to order (saying it's not worth it for the price and whatnot). When he tried to show the cashier the digital menu and ask for help choosing another option, the cashier snapped at him saying that the menu we were reading was from a different store. This is obviously quite ironic, considering that we scanned the QR code that was posted at the table we were sitting at inside of this location. Ultimately, my friend got overwhelmed and blamed himself for "not understanding American culture and social cues" and refused to continue looking for another order because he didn't want to make the workers uncomfortable. However, I as an English speaker and U.S. native, felt the same discomfort that hindered me from having a good experience as well. Therefore, I feel that the staff at this location was part of the reason that my friend went hungry that night. I tried so hard to get him to go back there, but after being treated so poorly, we ended going back home and he ate grapes and plain yogurt for dinner. While these details may seem unnecessary, I include them because they underscore the impact of poor customer service on patrons. As someone who has been working front-facing customer service for 4+ years and counting, I understand how important it is to do your best to provide a sufficient experience for those that visit your establishment. While we can't always be happy and enthusiastic at work, that is no excuse for rude, impatient customer service. And I am sure that the owner of this establishment would never appreciate to hear that their guests are being treated in such a way. For this reason, I chose to share my experience. I encourage the employees that we interacted with to re-evaluate their behavior in the workplace, and to think deeply about how their attitude and interpersonal conduct affects guests. I do not foresee myself returning anytime soon, but when I do, I truly hope to have a better experience. Thank you. read more

This is a great location!! The pizza is always good and the service is great. That is what really makes this location stand out- GREAT people!! You can really tell that the employees there (Zen and Shirley specifically) care about doing a good job and going the extra mile. In this day and age good service is hard to find so when I do I am always grateful. read more

Great food as always, order was correct. I asked for some plates and napkins which they had no problem providing. The doors were closed and there was a sign on the door to use the drive thru. Pretty cool since this may have been the only Pizza Hut I ever been to with a drive thru. read more

Just horrible. I ordered online for delivery and was given a delivery window of 25 minutes. When 30 minutes came and went with no update, I called the store only to be told that my food was ready and was waiting on a door dasher to pick it up since they didn't have anyone working delivery that day. Why would an establishment advertise delivery when there's no one working that position? So, I guess my food was just going to sit there forever until someone from door dash decided they wanted to work that day? Ridiculous. I cancelled my order and went online to contact customer service. Guess what. Although there are phone numbers and links available NOTHING WORKS. The phone message directed me online and the web address page did nothing but crash. Completely unacceptable. read more

Said giving them extra time was the reason I had to wait.... hummmm does that make any sense to anyone ELSE????? I ordered at 430 and them I would be there at 515...I was there exactly on time... its 522 and I am still waiting... drove around the building a couple of times already!!!!! Well at 530 they brought me my pizza that I ordered plus For FREE Cheesy Bread and a 2 liter of Pepsi...that was above and beyond. I appreciate it. read more

I bought a stuffed crust pizza here & picked up so w/ coupon 16.00 WHAT a Disappointment! I was SO Looking forward to "Decent" Dry, slightly over cooked, NO cheese in crust, 1.70 for pineapple, (reckon they were a dime a piece) cut into 7 lg. Slices & ONE TINY SLIVER. The lady @ checkout was very nice! Claimed to had been there quite awhile....WELL, y'all need to stretch out the dough, we out the portions consistently, tighten up the screws I will not be back @ this location. I love this Pizza Hut. I never go to any other. One of my best friends lives right across the street in the Knolls Apartments. It's our tradition that whenever I visit, we get pizza from Pizza Hut. It's a really convenient location, right by the gas station, Kroger, and more, so we always just pick it up there. The staff is very friendly. They greet us by name whenever we come in. They're fast and punctual and always get our food to us ASAP. I've never eaten in the restaurant, but the seating looks nice too. There's also a lunch buffet open around noonish, but I've never been there early enough to catch it. I've heard it's a good deal though. read more

Usually I find this place OK to order from. But today was unacceptable I ordered my pizza and they messed up my order. Then I called them and explained the situation to the manager. About how they messed up my order and all the manager said was " i'm sorry but we were very busy today because of the football games and helping the customers inside" that should not and will not be a valid excuse just because I decided to do drive-through carry out. First off, they should have got my order right. Secondly, they should be treating me just like the other customers whether or not I decided to eat in or carry out. But from this instance I don't feel like that was the case. I feel that the people that were there inside seem to be more important to the manager then the person(s) in the drive-through. Showed up to pick up pizza that had been ordered hours before for 20 guests the night of the McGregor fight and when I get there cops are there. The manager was yelling at people to get out of the store and even if your pizza is ready "WE'RE CLOSED"! I understand things happen but when you have people lined up and most are hosting for big parties there's better ways to let the customers that have food ready go ahead and have theirs. read more

We thought we'd try pizza for dinner, but sadly we were disappointed. The pizza toppings seemed as though they weren't cooked through enough and were still raw while the crust was dried out and almost burnt. What was even more odd was the cheese sticks seemed to be burned on the top, but yet the bottom wasn't cooked. Nothing we ordered turned out to taste very good so we ended up wasting our money. I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in years. So I decided to order some wings for the first time in years. I reached someone on the line that was very unprofessional. She kept telling me to hold on and consistently repeated my order back to me wrong each time. Finally, after I got my order through and waited an hour for delivery. The ordered arrived totally wrong with dried up over cooked wings with no sauce and the wrong drink. I tried calling back several times and kept getting an automated line. I got disconnected and hung up on each time I called. Finally, someone answered. I explained what happened and she said they will re-order and get it sent out to me urgent. The reorder arrived and the guy asked me to pay him three dollars after paying $21 the first round with a five dollar tip. I told him I wasn't going to pay another dime for a reorder that they messed up. He than took the wings back to the car and said he would call someone. After waiting five additional minutes, he said he could not reach anyone and was going back to the store. I then called the store three or four times and each time I was hung up on. Finally the fifth time I called and someone answered and said the store is closed. I demanded to speak to a manager. At that point I just wanted a refund. I spoke with the manager and she said she could not refund me for my purchase but she can re-cook some new wings and have them sent out to me right away. I reluctantly agreed. I finally got the wings but after all of that fuss I just threw them away. Needless to say, I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again! Especially at the location on Nolensville Road. This was a horrible experience for a simple order of wings. read more
