Consistent, delicious Detroit-style pizza--our Friday night tradition! Jet's Pizza is a fantastic chain that instantly takes me back to growing up in Detroit with that classic, square, thick-crust Detroit-style pizza. It's nostalgic in the best way--and more importantly, it's consistently excellent. This Nolensville location has been our go-to every Friday night since we moved here three years ago, and week after week they deliver the same delicious, perfectly made pizza. That kind of consistency is hard to find and really says a lot. On top of that, the staff is absolutely fantastic--friendly, helpful, and clearly takes pride in what they do, which makes a big difference. Aside from the occasional missing extra sauce, they're pretty close to perfection. If you're craving authentic Detroit-style pizza or looking for a reliable, family-favorite spot, Jet's never disappoints. read more

Is this the best pizza in the world? No. But man, when you get it hot out of the oven and you burn the top of your mouth it just hits differently than your run of the mill pizza around here. It keeps well in the fridge and then reheated in the airfryer. Also, the staff there is friendly EVERY time I go. Not sure about the other negative reviews, it's hard to be on point 100% of the time but this location serves its purpose and is definitely one of my guilty pleasures. read more

Please, please go check out Jets Pizza on Concord Road in front of Publix, great service and the food is amazing especially their in house ranch. Larry the owner super friendly guy with an awesome staff. Doesn't really feel like a Pizza joint, great atmosphere that you can sit there and have a few beers and watch a football game. read more

Excellent deep dish. Everything you'd expect from a Detroit style pizza. Definitely recommend and will be back.

8 corner deep dish Detroit style is the best. My favorite pizza in the area. Family run place for pizza to go, or relax with a beer and watch the game. Top notch service. read more

Great pizza, friendly service, and they've got beer...what's not to like?! You can also actually dine in and watch games here, which isn't something we really do often, but it's a good low key spot to catch a game or just grab a cold one while you wait on your pizza. read more

Love the 8 corner deep dish pizza! Staff is always nice and helpful:) I have only done take out, so I can't speak on dine in service. Texting your order is easy, and you save15%. Nice bonus! read more

Good food but understaffed and waiting almost hour and a half for my pizza and overcharged

Normally this location has been good, but tonight's experience was very disappointing. My wife and I normally order the same Jet's order through Grubhub, so we just press the re-order button and get exactly the same order time after time. I like a lot of pepperoni on my New York Bold Fold, so we order triple pepperoni to make sure we get enough. I opened the box and their version of triple pepperoni was three pepperonis per slice except for two slices which one had four and one had five. Spicy pepperoni is very small in comparison to normal pepperoni, so this basically looked like a cheese pizza. This was very sparse even for a single pepperoni pie. My guess is that this may be the new Jet's INFLATION PIE! I decided to call the location because I felt that even if they missed the triple pepperoni order, this pretty expensive pie was unacceptable. The manager told me that they didn't see triple pepperoni on the Grubhub order even though it came through on every identical order prior to this one. I may have given him the benefit of the doubt if it wasn't for the rest of our conversation. I told him how many pepperonis were on the pizza and he said this was compliant to company specs, and that the New York Bold Fold pizza is designed with less pepperoni than a regular pepperoni pizza because when you eat it you fold it in half. This is complete Bull-Shyte, and if this is coming from corporate, my opinion of the Jet's franchise has just changed dramatically. The manager concluded our conversation by saying that he's been doing this job for a while, which is unfortunate for their customers. What I've been doing for a while is writing honest and fair Yelp reviews, and I called specifically to see if I needed to update my previous stellar review for this location. I wasn't looking for any compensation; I just wanted to get an idea of what was different this time around. Grubhub did give us a fair partial refund for the bad order, and I'm glad that at least one of these companies were acting like they value their customers. I hope at some point they go back to the type of service we're accustomed to. read more

Preface: I used to work at a Jet's Pizza back in Michigan in the late 90's (for the best owner!) and I still love their pizza...even after going home smelling of sauce, dough, cheese, and covered in grease. However, this location has the rudest and worst customer service I've experienced since moving to TN, and it's a disgrace to the Jet's Pizza name. We've ordered a few times online and I always get black olives and anchovies (don't judge - I love them!), sometimes with mushrooms. Before last night, they've been great, but then last night I was given a pizza with green olives, which I don't eat. When I called to get a resolution, the woman on the phone was unnecessarily rude, and seemed annoyed that I called about their mistake. The only offer she gave was $1 off -- no offer to include tax with the $1, no offer to replace the pizza, and no offer give credit for a future order...which is what we did at my former Jet's I used to work at. I've included a picture of the dismal pizza that was left after pulling off the green olives. It was a pathetic excuse for a pizza and I will be taking my business to another location. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the (normally) delicious pizza. read more

The bbq chicken was amazing. We also ordered the cauliflower crust with spicy pepperoni and pineapple it tasted just like a thin crust pizza. Oh and the bone in wings were perfect. The family favorite was the jet bread with ranch. I heard the ranch was the best in town. They offer a bottle of it to go. This will definitely be our go to place. They even have a dine in option. read more

I've never been a huge fan of jet's Pizza but that recently changed. I've discovered I actually really like the eight corner pizza cooked crispy. I've never gotten a delivery from this restaurant, I always just go in and get it and I've been really surprised at how nice and spacious the restaurant is. For a fast food pizza place there are a lot of dine in options. I love that their deep dish isn't a ton of sauce and toppings, it's just a lot of crust. Sometimes a girl just wants the carbs! read more

We usually meet some friends for Pizza & hanging out now & then. The 1 Star was not for service, but the place was FILTHY! Went to use the womans restroom, the one stall was "out of order" ? why? it was litterally filled to the top with POOP!!!! The next stall wasn't much better, the toilet handle was broken, so you had to take the lid off the toilet to flush it. The toilets & bathroom were filthy. The staff didn't seem to care! I said something to the people working there: response: "the homeless people come in and use the bathrooms, then steal the plungers! ..This is BEYOND disgusting! Poor management! The entire place was filthy. From the floor to the tables. GROSS! read more

I give it one star because it was clean. My entire order was wrong I ordered garlic crust I got plain I ordered mild buffalo wings I got spicy. The cookie was so hard you could have used it for a weapon and on top of that I stood in the store for 10 minutes and finally had to open and slam the front door again for the man to hear me because he was playing his music so loud he didn't bother to notice a customer was there. My suggestion is either to lick your crust before you go take a bite of your wings or avoid this restaurant all together. I definitely will not be back and I will not recommend to my customers that I deliver to read more

This location is horrible. Pre-COVID, too, so don't come at me with that defense. Customer service is horrible. No consistency in quality. Fortunately it seems "Kris" is no longer there... she was the absolute worse and I have no idea why she chose to be in the service industry. But it's still a terrible Jet's location, customer service and all. Also, their drivers don't wear masks. read more

I highly recommend you don't take all reviews to heart unless you have a truly seasoned yelper. Always Always check to see if someone who is blowing reviews is someone who has a record on yelp. People tend to take an experience or a mood in a moment and can ruin it for others not to try an establishment. Big Big Bummer to miss a chance at a great place. If I went by reviews alone I would have never got to experience the best pizza I have had in a very long time. Please don't pass this place up. Smoking hot and absolutely delish. Deep dish cheese is bomb. Deep dish supreme is bomb You can get an 8 piece deep dish as option and you won't be disappointed. Very friendly had their shit together. customer service is amazing- i ordered on doordash and the guy i talked to- chris- was incredible and so kind. will be ordering again.

Well - the price has steadily increased and is now well past value for the money. Good tasting pizza but i can get the same pizza that Jets charge $24 for - at a competitor for $10- and the difference is just not worth it to me. They will never be the low price leader - but the have stretched my dough a little to far at just shy of 2.5x a competitors price. read more

Terrible customer service. I can't believe owner doesn't care to train good employees. The manager is terrible too.

My son and I love their thin crust pepperoni pizza. To my surprise they garden salad is GREAT - crisp greens, not just iceberg lettuce and their house made ranch is better than any store bought ranch. The boneless mild chicken bites are also delicious! read more

To be clear - - we lived in NJ for years, so our standards are pretty high. Jets is basically an ok chain that delivers what the advertise, no great surprises or disappointments. That being said, we're not big fans of the crust they make. It is kind of chewy and bland, even if you get the flavored crust. Like I said, they are not bad, but just kind of there. read more

Pretty good pizza! Basic cheese for the kids - can't go wrong there. BLT pizza for the adults! Tried it with hand-tossed crust and it was good. I would be willing to bet that their other selections are tasty too. Decent prices to boot. I'd go again! read more

First time ordering delivery here, yet the delivery drivers had issues, the pizza is amazing!

Jet's is a good choice when you have people that just cannot agree on what kind of pizza is best. They offer both thin and thick crust and have a variety of choices AND they are probably one of the better choices if you are buying budget pizza. I don't mean this as a bad thing but just basic pizza to grab and go. It is not a ladies night out sipping cocktail type of pizza. This is hearty, tasty, affordable and I have had nothing but positive experiences at this establishment. read more

Ordered delivery tonight. They brought the wrong pizza. Normally I'd just eat it, but it had pepperoni and we don't eat meat. Called and they said they were sending another immediately. 3 hours later called back and they said it had left 15 minutes ago and they'd credit us back. Hour later called again and they didn't know what we were talking about and stated it's either the credit or the pizza. Took the credit. Bad customer service. Never again. read more

One of our favorite places to eat. This is one of the few in this chain locally that had dine in. Service is fairly good, but it's the pizza itself that sells it. Recommended: Best of Jets and Jet's Ten. read more

I ordered at 6:14 and was told it would be a 20-25 min wait . Apon sending someone up to the store the store never did make the item and proceeded to say there was no order . I then called back and spoke to the same guy who had previously identified me based on my phone number and he acted like I must have just called the wrong store even though I have trust hit redial on the very same number as before . So now another 20-25 minutes we have to sit . This is not satisfactory service and no apologies or such were given . read more

I placed an order online. I specifically hit the delivery button which looks like a car icon and scheduled my delivery for later that day at 6:00. At 6:40 when it still had not arrived and I had received no phone call, I call them and they put it through as a pick up so now I have to drive all the way down there to get it myself. When I called, Employee told me this happens all the time so I shouldn't use online system and I should call in instead. If that's a known problem with their online system, then they need to fix! Okay, so I gave them 3 stars because the food is delicious (mostly just the pizza). My beef with Jets Pizza (mostly this location) is that their service is terrible. Every time we order take out or delivery, they screw up the order. If they deliver, they always forget the extra sauces (that we've already paid for). The other night, my husband and I ordered take out; he got a pizza and I got a salad. I told him to tell them to add onions to the salad. When we arrived to pick up the food, I waited in the car while my husband went in. I checked the food when he came back...First of all, they gave me the wrong dressing. He went back in and they said that it was all they had (why couldn't they tell us that on the phone instead of just putting a random dressing in the bag??). Then, I looked at my salad and saw that there were no onions on it. I was livid. I just decided it wasn't worth going in to complain and run the risk of them spitting in my salad. I guess the only reason we go back to this location is because the pizza is decent and close to our house. Their service sucks though. From now on, I will be calling them out when they pull that crap with me. read more
