Well was hoping to give this a location a better review than the last ones that are from years ago. My son wanted a spicy burger with jalapeños but there isn't one on the menu just a chicken one. So the kid taking the order is not masked is yawning on us multiple times. I think he was bored. So we ask him the question we have and he motioned to manager. Now we get the very happy Sarah, I say that sarcastically. I explain what he wants and she rudely says " we can do what ever you want" okay why so hostile? So then she says "drink" that time we didn't get a full sentence. My son explains this drink his sister gets and before he finishes his sentence she says "vanilla or chocolate" punches it in the register and walks away with her mask down. After last nights fiasco at Joe's Crab Shack I am so sick of rude people. Store was filthy, tables dirty and the drink area was a disaster. read more

#3/2022 Well it's Wendy's you know the drill for the most part this will be brief but to the point. It's located in the pilot currently open 24/7 staffing could change if no one shows up. Dining room was recently remodeled nothing fancy very bare-bone you lost a lot of plugs for outlets too I noticed. Walking in it was fairly clean could have been a little cleaner but it is what it is some of the employees so for cordial somewhere very lackadaisical as if they were just working for the check or stuck having to work LOL. I ordered up a number four original chicken sandwich without pickles and instead of fries too much grease I want for the baked potato they just pulled some fresh ones out too yummo that was a plus with one butter two sour cream. Wash it all down with Coke zero Nothing stands out here but nothing really for the most part warranted less than three stars just straight average across the board the convenience still being inside the pilot. read more

The employees of this Wendy's should realize without customers they have no source of income. I came through this Wendy's late at night on Christmas Day as they were the only thing open. First trying the drive thru and being told the drive thru was closed and I needed to come inside. When I got out of my truck I could hear a female inside who clearly didn't realize her headset was on screaming about how the m-f'ers in the drive thru can go f themselves and she was going to fuck someone's food up. The gentleman actually working the register was very nice and I told him about what I had heard outside. He politely wrote it off and said he would make my food himself. She stayed in the back clearly angry a customer was bothering her quiet night complaining to another gentleman. Is this how Wendy's treats their customers? I completely understand the stresses of working a fast food job and expecting an easy night. But at 2am when there's no manager on duty someone needs to make sure they at least cut their headset off. If I had kids with me and they had heard her language it would be completely different story. read more
