I'm shocked this place even has 1.5 stars. I would give it a negative star if possible. We ordered ahead and paid for. I was told apparently I had gone to the wrong place. I showed them on my phone that I was indeed at the right place. Rude and disrespectful is the most accurate description of how we were treated. I should have known something was up when there wasn't hardly any cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive through... I guess the word is out locally. Just a terrible experience. read more

It's just McDonald's, but it is quick and easy for a road trip. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. Food was quick and hot and accurate. That's really all we want in fast food. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Dickson, Tennessee

Usually, McDonalds is a safe bet when you want something fast and don't have time to research. Boy was I wrong on that at this time and location! Late night, I was really tired, and hungry to hangry. The classic #1 (Big Mac) with no onions and a coke. Should be simple, right? I paid, was handed my coke, I was asked if I wanted ketchup, and moments later, my bag. Not the friendliest person, but it was kind of late. I said thanks and off I went back to my hotel. I should have done my usual and reached in and munched fries on the way. As I drove the mile on to the hotel, I was thinking how nice it would be, biting into hot fries and my burger. As I sat down, reached into the bag, in the Big Mac box was a cold chicken sandwich, and instead of hot fries, a cold apple pie. Should have checked my order. :( read more

They just played in my food! I stopped on my way to church and ordered a bogo in the steak McMuffin. Initially, the older clerk rang me up for two bagels which are NOT included in the bogo. When I brought it to her attention, she said she would modify the sandwich and give me $0.50 off. The math does not math because that $14.25 with $0.50 off verses $5 something for two. Anywho, she fixed it and when I checked my sandwiches both were incorrect. The sandwiches had a folded egg instead of a round and a pile of the bagel sauce which doesn't come on the muffins. I return and walk in and explain the error. The clerk takes the sandwiches and has then switch the eggs. How do I know because the one steak was turn into small pieces on the original sandwich. It was still there in the new sandwich. Plus all of the bagel sauce. She was like oh.... I asked for a manager to get a refund and she refunds me for bagels. I'm an honest person and inform her no, I had the bogo - it's too much money. SMH!! Worst McDonalds. Plus their prices are higher than other McDonald's!!! read more

This is the nastiest McDonalds I have EVER set foot in. Every single table was dirty- let me repeat- EVERY SINGLE TABLE had left over food, napkins, trash on it- the trash cans were over flowing. Not a single person was in here eating, I can see why! They clearly don't want you sitting and eating anywhere! I can't believe this place is still open. I feel sorry for the people in the drive through ordering their food not knowing the condition inside! The bathrooms were equally gross! We left! read more

Shout out to the staff at the McDonald's on Christi Rd. They were very patient and sweet to us after we failed to get our order # and fingered through someone else's food, which they had to replace due to health concerns. My daughter and I appreciate you!!! Thank you!!! read more

Well stopped for some hash browns this morning and waited 20 minutes just to order because every employee was more worried about the drive thru than the lobby. Had a line out the door and even when told by several customers there was a line; they were told to wait. Like why are we waiting for 20 minutes inside to order??? read more

Rude mouthy. The staff is decent but the Manager is unprofessional. They will make your food and set it on a shelf and not give it to you. Tired of my food being cold and I'm going to look for another place to eat read more

Well I really didn't have any complaints here.. We were passing through from another city. This McDonald's is ok. I think they forget to ask about condiments or forget to add them. Several customers walking back in to get their condiments. The ketchup was stuck together with maybe honey or syrup, don't know. And maybe if they were happier or less "attitudal". It would be better. The reviews are not so good. But it's a nice McDonald's. read more

McDonald's - a view of the inside of a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Dickson, Tennessee

The restrooms were nasty and hand dryers did not work. Restaurant was not clean and the employees did not care.

In my entire 63 years of dining at McDonald's, Store #12420 in Dickson, TN earns my award of WORST McDonalds I have ever visited. I knew I should have left when I saw how much trash was just lying around in the parking lot. Walked inside, floor is sticky, and all I hear is arguing behind the counter and in the kitchen. I also see two customers come in from drive-through due to their orders not being correct. I place my order, go to the drink station and it is also a mess and really needed a total wiping down and clean-up. I received my order, and BEFORE leaving I check it and my order is incorrect (surprised...not) so I engage with a man who looks to be in charge and he says they will fix my order. While waiting for the new order there is more arguing and yelling about orders and who is at fault. I finally get my order, check it to ensure it was correct and I left. My order was a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and fries. The fries were OK but salty, as for the Quarter Pounder it really did not taste good and I ate less than half of it. Good thing I had some pretzels in the truck to tide me over until I got home. read more

Ordered on the app Sat at speaker for over 5+ min to even give my code typically don't judge that much bc person in other line ordering and having issues I guess! Choking hazard oh well they don't care never greeted told thanks just handed cold food to us. After another 6 min was asked to pull forward still waiting on quarter pounder and two baskets of fries and straws after 9 people went past me I backed up it's now been over 20 plus minutes said would stil be a few min asked for refund it's now 2:00 and I have to be in another town for therapy that is $300 for our special needs child that now has nothing to even snack on before we can eat real food bc obviously they had to drive to another location to get our food! No apology no compassion no explanation just pure silence and I don't care they don't pay me enough to care if you are happy got my refund shoved out the window at me and manger couldn't be bothered!!! Floor and staff honestly looked like they didn't want to be there and no telling of our food wasn't spit in worst service ever at a McDonald's!!!!!! This place needs to be cleaned. I almost walked away when I got to the entrance because of all of the messy windows, but I had to use the restroom and am on a long roadtrip. I got my usual French fries and opted for a shake instead of my normal hot fudge sundae because I am going to be driving. For cleanliness alone, it deserves one star, but the cashier was friendly and the fries were hot so I opted to add another. Find some windex and a broom please for all others. #roadtripreviews read more

Bathrooms were filthy and smelt like urine. Floors in the dining area were disgusting and greasy and from the counter it appears the kitchen isn't any cleaner. Tables had not been wiped down. We were one of 2 customers in the dining area. Ordered off the kiosk for dine in. Food was ready pretty quick, however due to the condition of the dining area we packed our food up and ate in our vehicle. I could understand if this place was busy and a rare occurrence, but based on other reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem. read more

Service was great but the men's room could use a little help. In sure this is more to do with customers having no class or knowledge of how plumbing works in the United States. Regardless it is the restaurant's owner's responsibility to keep the facilities clean. I've lived close to this McDonald's for 13 years and it's just pitiful. It's went down hill over the years. The workers just don't care. It used to be a running joke about who's order in my family would be wrong this time. But it's gotten ridiculous. I don't go here anymore b/c it's always over a 30 min wait in the drive through and it's not even busy! I never go in b/c it's super dirty. And it starts at the top. The managers just don't care and neither do the workers. I always check the board and receipt to make sure my order is right and when I get home I never have all my families food. We have to share fries .... or nuggets. It's just a sad piss poor awfully ran business. It's two lanes through he drive through and every time I go there's always somebody busting out of the inside lane where they're trapped and just tired of waiting. ********WARNING!!!!!!********* Do not go to the McDonalds by the interstate! They are serving raw chicken!... Yes I called them when I got home when I bit in to it, and the lovely manager Linda told me that she cut into it and she knows it was done! For one you can tell her manager and customer service skills suck bc she should have said I'm sorry ma'am can u bring it up here and let me look at it not tell me I'm lying right off hand... I wasn't calling to get my money back or anything! I was calling so she would know before she served anyone else the raw chicken! So at this point I was mad and drove my happy butt down there! And there was a whole line of people complaining their food was cold and they waited 30 min for! She wouldn't give them fresh food or their money back or anything! At one point she threatened the girl to come across the counter and do her job! That McDonald's has forever lost my business and I will be calling corporate tomorrow! read more
