I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize.
