I do think the food is better than that of most coffee shops, but I don't actually eat the food often. I've found the service to be good and for the staff to be friendly, but they only have one register, so the line may be a bit long if they are busy. It can be a bit loud, it it's a pleasant place to sit and drink coffee. The Well will normally have three pour over choices that are from their limited time offered beans. They see very fruity and flavorful, and I really enjoy that kind of coffee. They make them right where you can see them do it, and It's fun to watch the process. I've often come to try the pour over only to later buy a bag of beans for home. When you do, you get a free 12 ounce drip coffee. However, to be honest, the drip offerings seem rather mediocre to me. I would not go there to buy the batch drip coffee. I do know they have a good cappuccino, though. I debated lowering the rating when I thought about their main medium roast blend on drip - Confluence. They had a blend of Ethiopian and Kenyan beans, and it was some of the best coffee I ever had. Now, they've rotated to a blend of beans from Ethiopia and New Guinea. I bought a bag thinking it would be similar to what I had before, but it just wasn't anywhere near as good, unless you brew it as espresso. However, it's really the pour over that I drink here, so I'm keeping the eating at five stars.

First thing to know about this location is that there is not a drive thru, so plan accordingly. However, the next best thing, mobile ordering, is readily available here and 100% the way to go. This location is one large square room that is decorated like most updated Starbucks and includes some local flare on the focal wall that sits behind the built in benches. Overall, I have never had an issues with this location. The lines can get pretty long and the staff don't interact too much, but they are slinging drinks like no other, so I don't hold that against them.

It was my favorite guilty pleasure to go to every time we made a roadtrip through Canada. How could he betray me like this? So I gave him the look all wives do and bitterly said, "you didn't hear me did you?" "Oh," he replied, "you were serious?" As I decided whether or not to divorce this man right then and there, I made him turn around and go back. Of course, I made him pay for an iced mocha latte and two maple donuts, too. No divorce needed. The employees were friendly and quick, my coffee awakening, and the donuts were as delicious as ever. One things for certain, knowing that there's a Tim Horton's in Tennessee, I'm even more excited to move here.

This most recent time I ordered online and waited til the end of the expected wait time to pick it up and I still had to wait inside for another 20 minutes for my drink to be made. I've also tried working from the cafe and they blast music so loud that my noise-cancelling airpods can't even drown it out. Moral of the story, if you have plenty of time to spare go try one of their fun drinks and take it to go, but if not, it's not worth it!
