It is tucked away on a side street that isn't easy to see from the main road, but it is definitely worth a visit. They were stocked full of breads and pastry goodies. My boyfriend had the tres leches. I'm not sure what I had, but it was soooo good. The whipped cream is thick, and the bread tastes like tres leches. There was light cherry filling that wasn't too overpowering. I also grabbed a marble cake slice that I ate the next day with my coffee. While I was there, they were only accepting cash so make sure you have some on you.

They also have some gorgeously decorated tres leches cakes (three diff sizes) ranging in prices from $9 - $40. Haven't tasted them yet but have had the individual servings they offer in their refrigerator. Mmmmm mmmmm good!!!! Keep in mind that some pan dulce are only made on certain days and not offered daily like their other more popular brands. Regardless, it's a vast variety. Small place but they made room for a table where you can eat and have coffee. It's right by the line, so don't expect privacy haha. I don't know if they always have someone who can speak English. I communicate with my basic Spanish skills and can get by :)

They have started doing a little better about having outlet options, but mainly at those tall, long skinny tables. The ones that aren't necessarily great for working because they're so high up and can make your legs feel weird after awhile. Haha. The other semi complaint I have is that they close early. 3 pm is early when you want to try and work. Drinks are good. I don't drink a ton of coffee these days, but what I've had there was good. I get either their chai or matcha. Both of those I enjoy! I had a sandwich there recently. I wanted to roll my eyes at the price truthfully. However, when it came.. WOAH. It was GIANT. I was thoroughly impressed. It was really really good. I had to take half of it home and put it in the fridge. When I came back home hours later... it was STILL GOOD. The bread was not soggy either! That's HUGE! Ok so overall, I highly recommend this place and it's one of my go to spots.

I'd still consider going back since they're open fairly late, which I really appreciate. There's a small parking lot next to the shop, which is convenient. Overall, a fun spot for the atmosphere even if the coffee didn't quite hit for me.

I do think the food is better than that of most coffee shops, but I don't actually eat the food often. I've found the service to be good and for the staff to be friendly, but they only have one register, so the line may be a bit long if they are busy. It can be a bit loud, it it's a pleasant place to sit and drink coffee. The Well will normally have three pour over choices that are from their limited time offered beans. They see very fruity and flavorful, and I really enjoy that kind of coffee. They make them right where you can see them do it, and It's fun to watch the process. I've often come to try the pour over only to later buy a bag of beans for home. When you do, you get a free 12 ounce drip coffee. However, to be honest, the drip offerings seem rather mediocre to me. I would not go there to buy the batch drip coffee. I do know they have a good cappuccino, though. I debated lowering the rating when I thought about their main medium roast blend on drip - Confluence. They had a blend of Ethiopian and Kenyan beans, and it was some of the best coffee I ever had. Now, they've rotated to a blend of beans from Ethiopia and New Guinea. I bought a bag thinking it would be similar to what I had before, but it just wasn't anywhere near as good, unless you brew it as espresso. However, it's really the pour over that I drink here, so I'm keeping the eating at five stars.

It's a calming environment from the clean blue hues throughout the store to the live plants all around. The inviting space is great for a small meeting amongst colleagues or friends, but can also provide a cozy study corner. The house espresso is smooth and balanced. The most unique seasonal coffee menu item is the fygge newton - I order mine with almond milk which is perfectly sweet and nutty.
