I went early on Sunday morning so the traffic was nonexistent which was nice. I drove through and was behind a few cars. The line moved very fast and quick. The servers were super friendly and nice. My matcha latte was perfect. So glad they don't have the alternative milk up charge anymore! I didn't go inside so not sure about the ambiance. Quick , fast and efficient! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

This Starbucks is located on Harding Pike in the Kroger Shopping plaza that also plays host to a local Pho spot, Office Depot, a Mexican joint and a few professional offices. First thing to know about this location is that there is not a drive thru, so plan accordingly. However, the next best thing, mobile ordering, is readily available here and 100% the way to go. This location is one large square room that is decorated like most updated Starbucks and includes some local flare on the focal wall that sits behind the built in benches. Overall, I have never had an issues with this location. The lines can get pretty long and the staff don't interact too much, but they are slinging drinks like no other, so I don't hold that against them. read more

I had a really good experience here. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, the service was prompt, the interior is relatively spacious with a good number of tables, and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. They have free wifi internet, though it wasn't especially fast (it tested at about 10Mbps for me). There are also a decent number of power outlets available in some areas. I hung out for a couple of hours getting some work done, and it was totally pleasant. The coffee and food were as you would normally expect from Starbucks, but I did find the service better than most Starbucks locations. read more

Probably one of the better SBUX experiences I've had in while. Huge seating area for working or chatting, plus some outdoor patio spots as well. They blasted through the lines and got everyone's coffee, from what I saw, within 2-3 minutes including my drink. A couple things to watch out for; this location is close to a few college campus' so study groups might take over the longer tables and expect dirty looks from the older folks. Not sure why, but almost everyone person over 50 gave me the stink eye. No drive-thru, but they're killing online and app pre-order game here. read more

Average and confused service. Maybe customers and workers could hear what was happening if the 'background music' wasn't being blasted. Bad vibes. read more

Dropped in for a short time to chill and catch up on stuff. The staff, especially Keith, are friendly and bus. This place is in a strip mall, but nice inside. A ton of seating and is this place ever popular with younger and older. It before noon on a Tuesday and there are people doing business, computer time, chatting, reading, and even some knitting time. Awesome that we have places to be where we are welcome to hang out and be with people. The store is clean and love the center area with two leather couches and four leather chairs. read more

I stopped by at this Starbucks location while on the go to work. They are stationed right next to the Kroger in Belle Meade making it hard to miss, great parking right out front. I like to be adventurous in my Starbucks order and went with the nitro cold brew with sweet cream...it wasn't necessarily my favorite. It wasn't hot or cold, just a weird in between, and didn't have much flavor either. The egg bites were also just okay, but didn't taste very fresh. It was fairly clean, and there were plenty of members on staff to get speedy service. There were plenty of tables and seats available making it great to get work done or just hang out at. read more

I was super happy that the barista who vigorously wiped her lips with her fingers while making coffee did not make mine

This was my first time ordering from this Starbucks. I ordered my usual Chai tea latte with oatmilk I get oatmilk as I'm lactose intolerant. I was on my way to work so I made a mobile order which was ready as soon as I got there. My only problem is, is that I believe my order was made with normal milk. I took a big sip and could instantly tell it wasn't oatmilk. It only took about 15 minutes, the moment I arrived at work, for my stomach to begin cramping. I couldn't turn around and ask for a remake as I was on my way to work. And the first hour of my shift was absolutely miserable. Please! For the love of God and those who suffer from lactose intolerance, do not mix up milks read more

More than once I have walked to this Starbucks on an impulse because it is in the same shopping center as Kroger. Who doesn't need a delicious coffee treat after a long grocery trip?? This is a big open Starbucks inside with good outdoor seating (though it overlooks a giant parking lot) and no drive thru. They always get out my coffee quickly, and have plenty of parking which is nice compared to some of their other West Nashville locations. I don't typically hang out at this Starbucks; this is more a stop in when I'm on my way home with groceries, but might be tempted by their cozy leather seats next time! :) read more

Just had an irritating experience here. Got my food, everything was fine-ish. But... this is a location you go to out of necessity, not excitement. Oh you know, your run of the mill Starbucks. The bathrooms were clean. This Starbucks seems much larger than other locations. There is plenty of seating as well as outdoor seating. This is basically the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I'm not a daily Starbucks type of person, more of a "when I really need it and my much preferred local coffee joints are closed/out of my way" type of Starbucks person... All that to say it's maybe once every three months that I come here because it's my local location. Every single time I'm here it takes forever to order/get my drink.. it's like the employees are always rushed and/or distracted. They always seem to want to argue with each other about who is going to make the drink. Recently, somebody took my order, went to the back and didn't come back out for over three minutes, I then stood there for another two minutes before I finally said something and all he said was that he thought the other girl was going to do it... However in the entire five or six minutes I had been there I never saw a single other girl and it was obvious no one was making my drink and I was just standing there waiting. It took over ten minutes to get a quad espresso and there was no one else in line before or after me. Most experiences I've had here are similar to this one. I brought my own cup last time, informed her it was 16oz (their grande size) and the girl working actually said "can I just put it in one of our cups because I can't ever get it right if I don't." Um what? It's literally the same size.. I'll digress. Starbucks has the worst tasting coffee/espresso anyway so I should probably just stop going there. read more

The guy who was at the front was having a bad day. I just got two waters around 7pm, so it wasn't busy at all. He just acted like he was having a crappy day and didn't want to deal with customers. Okay, I get it. So I left a tip anyways. But when I got my water, one had a long light brownish gold hair, I thought it was from the girl who got the waters. I told him and he rolled his eyes at me, told me "Uh. That's weird because she doesn't touch the waters at all." I know, it comes from a fountain. But dude, there was a hair in my water, INSIDE the cup when I just got it, and I have jet black hair. No way it was mine. Still sitting here, sipping on my new water ‍ He needs an attitude check. read more

I dont love Starbucks. I think their coffee tastes too strong, has too much caffeine and is overpriced. The two things I truly like about this particular Starbucks is their location and their size. Their location is right in the heart of Belle Meade and so is a great place to meet. It is also one of the larger Starbucks, with plenty of seating, so it is a great place to meet. If you like Starbucks, you'll love this one. If you are not a fan, this one is better than most read more

Typical Starbucks, but this one have outdoor seating under a roof. Also very convenient parking right in front of the store. You must get a coffee from the Clover. I do not need to tell you the coffee is horrible, you already know that. I'm here to stop you from wasting your money on there breakfast or lunch sandwiches. Overpriced garbage! I'd put this on the low end for Starbucks. Coffee is as expected but staff is less than pleasant.

Not as clean as people are promising. Staff was surly and rude. They were all one big living SIGH. I felt like an unwelcome bother rather than a new opportunity to connect with local customers and have their needs met. Defiantly not "third place" material. (Yeah, I'm an ex-employee, big whoop, wanna' fightaboutit?) read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks at least three days a week for the past three years. What I have walked away with, besides an exorbitantly large coffee bill and a caffeine addiction, is the gratification of consistency. The staff here is great & super friendly -- it's awfully nice to walk in, be greeted by your name, and to not have to order your drink half of the time since they've got it memorized (I work nearby and most everyone in my office frequents this location and I am not the only one who has this experience. It's always amazing to me how well they keep track of their customers' wants). The other great thing about this location is how quickly they move. The line can be backed up to the door (as it often is...) and they can plow through it in a matter of minutes. A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks.... but the staff at this location just makes this particular one stand out for me (and the update to the decor that they did a few months ago doesn't hurt either). read more

Love this Starbucks! Definitely one of my favorite locations. The Customer Service is great. Employees are very friendly, super fast & efficient, even the manager too. Sometimes I'd have to wait in long lines. Depending on what time of day I go. But it was definitely worth the wait. They take time & care when taking my order. It's been almost a year since I've been by there. I'll definitely be going back there for sure. read more

One of the largest Starbucks in town. Therefore has more space for added extras in food and coffee extras and seating. Service has always been friendly. Seating at tables, round tables, lounge like chairs, at a bar looking out to West End/Harding and outdoor seating. Many meetings have been held in this Starbucks. Parking is shared with the strip mall but always a place to be found. Early am coffee drinkers are moved along nicely, so one doesn't feel like, "Oh Snap, I should have skipped coffee this am". The milk and sugar station remains filled and tidy and the tables and bar are clean. One of the top Starbucks in town due to size and hospitality combined. Others also have great quality service, but not the space. Close to many other places, Grocery, Liguor store, Mexican, Sushi, Sandwich place, Office store and Drug store AND close to 40 and 440. Looking for a meeting coffee place close to everything with great service and clean, BAZINGA, here it is! read more

I was in this Starbucks location yesterday at approx 10:15 AM to get iced coffee. No espresso shots, no steamed milk, nothing froufrou. There was six employees behind the counter. This place is mismanaged. Always understaffed in busy times. A zoo. Too bad cause great location.

This Starbucks is probably my favorite. Even though they don't have a drive thru like the West End one, there is always parking available and the line is never too long. Plus, they have some cool seating with bar tables, short tables, armchairs, and booths. Its a nice place to sit and talk or work. read more

This was my first time visiting this location and I already wish I lived close by to it. We came at 6:30am and they have been non stop busy since we got here (its now 7:30). They keep the line going fast and have a great routine going on behind the counter and get the drinks out fast. I'm impressed and again, really wish this was the Starbucks in my neighbrhood or even my town. Deborah is very kind and makes a point to make conversation with customers while working very obviously hard behind the counter. Andrew is also nice as we sit at the counter he makes sure to make conversation with us and others while working. James took our orders and was conversational, kind, and made a point to get our names and call us by our names. This is a great starbucks location with great workers! read more

This is the best Starbucks in Nashville. The location is really large with plenty of seating. The best thing about it is the staffing. They really seem to enjoy their job and its consistently an enjoyable experience. The baristas always know me by name and know my drink order. Casey the store manager does a great job of keeping her employees happy and making it feel like one big family. Also they are impeccably clean. Keep it up Bell Meade! read more

The only reason I am giving this 4 and not 5 stars is because of how busy this location gets. Sometimes when you plan to "dine in" it is hard to find a seat. The wifi is also slower when there are more people inside. The staff is great! They really enhance the experience and you can tell they love their jobs (or they are great actors.) They really make it a personal experience from the cashiers, to the people who make your favorite beverage. Sometimes, however, I do find it frustrating when they only have one cash register going and there are tons of people waiting in line. Overall, a great location with great employees who continue to enhance the Starbucks experience. read more

The designer coffee drinks and teas are rich here, as is the Belle Meade west Nashville clientele. They just remodeled this Starbucks and its much nicer now. Very open and lots of big tables to share with fellow coffee shop junkies.
