Kids on the drive through are too busy flirting to take orders. One kid had me wait after he heard my order of a plain cheeseburger happy meal. Two cars went through the other lane before I asked if they were still there. Meanwhile I can hear them over the mic going on and on with each other. I don't know if I'm just unlucky, but judging from other reviews I'm thinking this place just flat out sucks. At least when it comes to coffee. The last three times in a row I have gone here to get coffee they've screwed it up. I ordered iced, I got it hot. I ordered it hot and I got a cup of room temperature. Today I go there and the machine isn't even working. So that was the final straw. Third time's the *harm*. I just went next door to Dunkin Donuts for my coffee, which is where I'll go from now on in this little area. Any travelers reading this, I would recommend staying away from this McD's if you want a decent cup of coffee, if you're a 'specialty coffee' (latte, etc) drinker. Zero stars because everytime i go there on 3rd shift they are NEVER serving food. Usually they choose to do computer updates between 1-3 but tonight they are so incompetent that they cant get enough people in there to staff for a shift. I never do this, but this location could use some attention. The facility is nice, but that's about it. We came inside to sit, and couldn't find anything or anyone to help clean one of the high chairs to use. One had trash and food all in it and the other was sticky. Whatever, blew it off. Table was kinda dirty, ok. Had trouble with a kiosk and no assistance. They didn't call our number out to let us know the food was ready. Still, ok. It's fine. I went to wash my hands and a different customer warns me that the bathroom is disgusting. That's when I started paying attention to detail. She was right! Water all over the sink and floor, no toilet paper, overflowing trash cans. I walked back out into the dining area and noticed the same. Trash everywhere and we could barely stuff our empty bags into the trash. I got a McFlurry to go and it wasn't mixed at all. Nobody said a word to us the whole time. It looked like two young girls were running the place and just couldn't keep up. The parking lot had plastic bottles, cigarette butts, etc all over the place. My family is traveling and experienced the best and worst of McDonald's today. We started off with lunch in our hometown of Cabot, AR. Although the drive through line stretched into the street, service was fast and our food was hot and cooked well. About 7 hours later we stopped in Dickson, TN for dinner. The small restaurant was nearly deserted and there was a short but steady line of cars going through the drive through. The trash cans inside and outside the store were overflowing, and the sink in the men's room was stopped up and getting ready to overflow. We decided to try the food anyway because we didn't want to spend too much time on dinner. Despite the relatively empty store, our food took more than 10 minutes to be completed. I watched my open Angus bacon and cheese bun, fully dressed except the burger, sit open on the counter while numerous employees worked around it on other projects. Good food is worth waiting for, but when our food came out none of it--not even my freshly-finished Angus--was hot. Most of it was not even warm! Our son's cheeseburger came out in a cheeseburger wrapper but without any cheese on it. When my wife returned to the counter, she was given a "new" cheeseburger that was cold. As we waited we saw another family return to the counter because one of their cheeseburgers was hot and the other not even warm. My wife pointed out our concerns to the manager on duty, and her only response was to re-cook our meal and/or offer us a free meal on our next visit. I know the paradigm is the customer complains and the business makes with the free stuff, but this manager totally missed the point. I think she'll be happy to go along serving cold food in a dirty restaurant, pausing occasionally to give away the franchise owner's money away to those who complain. They really should consider just bulldozing this one and starting from scratch! Overall, this is where fast food gets its mostly well deserved reputation for being mediocre. read more

Well if no stars were an option that would be my rating.... unfortunately I have to at least give it a one star to be do the Yelp review. Food was okay but service and cleanliness of the store are some of the worse I have ever seen. There is an older lady that works there that has the personality of a rock so I thought maybe she's just having a bad day until employee number 2 who was 10 times worse than the older lady. If you're going through the drive-thru please be prepared to have your food thrown in the window. My bag had no napkins no straws for the drinks so I parked and went into the store which look like a nuclear bomb had went off with trash and food all over the floor no napkins to be found and angry faces looking at you because you came back in. read more

We live a few miles from this McDonald's and have had hit or miss service and/or food at this restaurant. Today was the worst though. It seems like the food and service are going downhill, fast. The guy two orders ahead of us ordered a cheeseburger but they forgot the burger, then the guy right in front of us only ordered a coffee, and waited over 10 minutes for the coffee. The fry station had alarms going off for over 4 minutes while 2 people stood around and did nothing to silence the alarms. Needless to say when we ordered and got our food, the fries were way overcooked, as well as my wifes burger and my buttermilk chicken tenders. Trash was overflowing at every bin and drink station looked like a tornado hit it. We've given them enough chances there, especially since our kids like McDonald's, but this one is horrible now. This has to be the worst McDonalds location I've ever been to. Went around 8 pm. There was about 7 people working behind the counter, and with myself about 5 other people waiting in line. As I waited, three people came back saying they were missing items from their order, And the other was letting them know the ketchup was empty, and that the Coke and Dr. Pepper was out. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty to have so many employees working. When I received my order, I had asked for the quarter pounder with cheese plain. It was not. The guy told the manager, who was now helping the kitchen, while another employee barked about needing her wraps. The manager yelled that she can only do one thing at a time, and if she needed something to get in the kitchen herself. By the time I got my burger, my fries were cold, and I was ready to get out of there. I mean, I know it's fast food, but with so many people working, you'd think things would have been A little faster and with less mistakes. my family goes there alot to get icecream,however,lots of times we have gone there and the stupid icecream machine has been broken. Some of the employees are really friendly. The sweetest of them all is Miss Kathy Larkin. I usually come around 9 pm and bless her heart she is usually there resting and eating dinner after she has clocked out. She talks to me like a human being and always smiles at me. that goes far in my book.She has been working there forever and they havent made her manager. i think its because she is old enough to retire but like the rest of us she can't. I would love to see her get the respect she deserves there. my only complaints about the restuarant is this. This is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Customer service is nonexistent. The lady took my order incorrectly and when I went to the counter to get it corrected the manager's attitude was "oh well, deal with it". I ordered a fish sandwich meal and an extra fish sandwich. I also ordered deluxe quarter pounder. I received one fish sandwich with two fish filets on it. Her answer was for me to bring the sandwich back in and she would fix it. I could not see how she could fix a half eaten sandwich. I thought they just did not give me my second sandwich. The lettuce in my Deluxe Quarter Pounder was rotten. Not wilted, rotten. I did not realize that McDonalds was so hard pressed that they were using rotten products. My husband also went into the men's restroom while I was in line and he said it is filthy. This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. We are from Canada and travel to the US every summer. As has been said, the outside of the restaurant is filthy. The garbages were overflowing, there were so many greasy finger prints on the door that you couldn't see through the glass,and there were cigarette butts on the ledges outside as if staff were saving them for later. Inside was just as bad , the floor was unswept, and I didn't want to touch anything it was so grubby. The girl who took our order got everything wrong , besides which, she was very unkempt. It just seems that no one around there really cares. I'm surprised that corporate does not check in on this restaurant and get it back into shape. You used to be able to count on all McDonald's to be fresh and clean. I used to work at a McDonald's, and the standards were always pretty high for cleanliness. This particular restaurant is in an area where travellers congregate, so none of us know any better, I think it takes advantage of this fac. I doubt that anyone makes a second visit. read more
